CheapOair when contacted were sensitive to our needs as seniors and went that further step to accommodate our comfort needs on a very long flight from Toronto to Bangkok return.

CheapOair has try their best to contacted me by e-mailing flight information But, a bit too later time. I found out of the flight cancellation many hours after my check in -- checked baggage( paying $ 25.-us for it)---gone through security and waited at the gate.
"The United Air Lines"cancelled the flight which I was supposed to get on and I was unable to travel to my destination at all (I was very disappointed for missing out of my vacation. I waited for later flight but, was none for me to get on. I was at Buffalo air port for 10hrs. On that day). But, It might not be CheapOair's error - I suppose. I was suggested by one of agents of the CheapOair to contact with "Travel Guard insurance co." They had no name of mine on their list... I am not pleased for not having any refunds.

If you have more time than money, Cheapo O air is for you. The wait times between flights were not particularly long. In most cases there was substantial time to stand in long lines waiting for documents to be stamped and bags to be checked. The return flight had a 9 hour layover which meant getting a room for the night; and even with that additional cost, it was still cheaper than any other flight deals.
