Worst site ever - going through a 3rd party to book a flight sucks. Airlines wont help you. This site has no customer service - you have to wait for someone to call you back from apersonal cell phone - wanted to charge me 700+ dollars to change 1 leg of a 400 dollar fare! A-holes and SCAMMERs--stay away from this scum.
Hopeless travel agency. Worst customer service. Their customer service representatives would ask you to pay after spending 2 hours on the phone, provide a docu-signed letter mentioning the $ & the itinerary and would say that the ticket will be available within 30mins, max 5hours. 8 hours later you realize there is no ticket issued. I ended up calling customer service again, they said the EST team has left and they would be able to issue the ticket the next morning.
A day later there is no ticket issued.
Again when you call them, they would come up with things like "we are working on it or the ticket price has now increased, it will cost more money". I readjusted the date based on the support person's advice and again the same story repeats. I have no ticket issued even after 48hours - I had a medical emergency to travel internationally, have electronically signed the document to pay the money to cheapbestfares.com and there is no ticket as yet. I am running out of time to apply for my visa and so on! Don't trust these guys, they will continue to apologize a 100 times and you will end up paying the price for it.
Great value deals, had words with Golbert and Davill they were so polite and professional loved their services just saved 200 bucks because of them.
Customer service was very helpful, professional and efficient. The fare was much cheaper than other places to so i am very happy about that.

Good help from ricky - made sure i could get the price i needed with the round trip. He explained this clearly and spelled and entered that i need a wheelchair at the airport with the timing of the trip i knew it would be difficult to find a reasonable price for the flight - i thank him for his help
Someone in my family found a flight through Momundo which routed us to this place. Purchased a flight on United. Got a call from Cheap Best Fares half hour later telling me there was an issue with the airline, they cannot honor the flight they advertised and just wanted to blindly change it to another airline. I told them no, they call back 10 minutes later offering me $100 off, tell them no. Call back again 15 minutes later, again told them no.
Started to investigate further once I got home and saw these reviews. I did manage to get a confirmation # for UA when I booked on the site. Called UA, gave them the number. They said the reservation was there, but wasn't paid for. Fortunately UA was able to cancel out the reservation for me. I called Cheap Best Fares back telling them I want to cancel under the terms they couldn't deliver what I purchased (two days later the fare they said they couldn't honor was still being advertised).
I've received at least 13 calls from them over the past three days trying to blindly change everything based off a conversation. Nothing ever in writing.
The positive reviews on here are clearly fake based off the horrible grammar and some of the worst misspellings I've ever seen. A 3 year old can spell better. It's appalling these people are in business - this is clearly a scam.

I am furious with this company! I booked a flight with them last Spring and the tickets were never purchased. Showed up at the airport, confirmation number in hand, and was told we had no tickets. Just terrible. After speaking to a representative, they told me a check would be sent to me within three weeks. It has been six months... How can a company like this survive? WILL GO TO THE BETTER BUSINESS BUREAU.
After i paid ticket prices called me and said i have to pay an extra $300 dollars, basicall because of their system was wrong.
The cancellation fee was another #200.

Everything seemed nice and smooth. The following day we received an email, and a phone call to let us know that the Airline did not approve the discount, and CheapBestFares offered a new itinerary with better discount with another carrier, what we accepted. However, they pressure you to get the payment right away on their payment link. We did pay the amount, no big deal. Few days later, another call from CheatBestFares to let us know that the ticket is not confirmed with the new airliner, and they working on it, and it should be resolved with no issue. 5 days passed since the payment was made and shown in the bank account, with every day phone and promises to be fine asking us to be patient and allow them few hours, a day, and the last one was asking for 24 hours to resolve. This is the sixth day, they finally telling us, they can't get the tickets and they will fully refund us. CheapBestFares was not able to explain why the credit card was charged (not pending) without confirming the tickets. Meanwhile, the prices for same itinerary are almost double within a week. We will have to buy new tickets all over with almost double the price. From this bad experience, I personally will sue them for fraud, and ask for compensation, dispute the amount as fraudulent with our bank, as well as block our credit card. We believe CheapBestFares is gathering credit card info, and using the money (few days investment), making profit, then refunding the money without paying the interests for a week "Loan". Now, you make your own judgment.
