I am one disappointed chick today. I ordered from charottlerusse.com for the 1st time last Thursday. I was so excited because I found out about the site on the very day that they were having a 50% off and free shipping sale. So, I started loading up my cart. My order ending up being 3 pairs of boots and a dress. Then, the aggravation began... the order took a long time to process and to be shipped. I just received the package today, a week after placing the order. I was happy to have finally received the much anticipated arrival of my purchases. When I opened the box containing the first pair of boots, the first thing that I noticed was how cheap they looked. The seams were raveled and it looked almost like I'd made the boots myself. The second pair looked some better, but were not the color that was pictured on the website. I was however, quite pleased with the third pair of boots ( they were NOT Charlotte Russe brand as the other two were. They were Soda brand.) Much nicer quality. I was also content with the dress. So 2/4 I guess isn't absolutely horrible, but I will not be ordering from charlotterusse.com ever again. I wish anyone else interested in ordering from Charlotte Russe better luck than I had.

Okay so during the Black Friday Deal I ordered 3 pairs of shoes and one pair of pants from the Charlotte Russe site. I was beyond excited to get my packages because it's been a while since I shopped for myself. Two days later I ordered some clothes from forever 21. After a few days I receive the Forever 21 package but not the Charlotte Russe one even though I ordered from Charlotte Russe TWO DAYS EARLIER. Then, after about ten days, my shipment page still says PROCESSING. My order hasn't even shipped after 10 days!
So I email Charlotte Russe about it and the man replies saying that they had to cancel one pair of my shoes from my order because it was out of stock. And he tells me to buy something else the price of my shoes or less so he wouldn't have to take the money they charged out of my account. However, I checked on the site and they were still selling these shoes in my size! I emailed him this, and he still has not replied after a week of waiting.
I got my order today though after days of waiting and it doesn't have the shoes with it. On the form they sent me with the box it says they charged me $61. On my account it says they charged me $55. On the email the man sent me, he said they charged me $68.
I am overall very dissatisfied with my experience. Their customer service is horrible. If you want to buy Charlotte Russe things you're better off going to the store rather than ordering online. Or better yet, just order from Forever 21. Their deals and services are SO much better. Good luck to y'all. Don't make the mistake I did.
Oh my lord I never thought customer service could be worse. Ordered two separate orders from here in August. One order just never arrived to my house and the second order I decided to return an item from that order. After never receiving my return $ TWO MONTHS LATER I called customer service where they told me that I should've called them, told them the tracking number and let them know I would be returning an item. And because I didn't let them know there was nothing they could do about it. It never ONCE on the return order instructions notified me that I had to call them to tell them that. I spoke with a supervisor who then went to check in the back and they found my order sitting in the warehouse, never scanned in or touched. Then I asked for the refund, which it took another month to process through. They then proceeded to tell me that my bank wouldnt accept the refund so it took longer than expected. (meanwhile my refunds from before went through with no problem... pretty suspicious) I told them I was very disappointed in their service and Chris the supervisor offered me a 15% discount on my next order. HAH! I could find a better discount from an online coupon code. I will NEVER be shopping here again and I really advise you should not either
The manager at the Cape Girardeau, Mo area by the name of Tyler was very RUDE to me on a exchange. I bought a shirt and was unsure of it... i asked the clerk if I decide o don't like it can I bring it back. She said SURE. I took it back and TYLER got real snotty with me. I will NEVER do business with CharlotteRusse EVER AGAIN. Not because of the exchange, but for the RUDENESS.
I recently made an large online order after receiving all but one package I tried tracking it to no success so I finally called Customer service just to be told they didn't have the item (never received an email saying that) then when I refused the replacement order and tried substituting the item with something that was lesser than the shoes I was told I couldn't because the orinal price of the items were $2 difference but the item I wanted sale price was cheaper than the shoes sale price!? So stupid and frustrated so that was my first and last to be shopping with CHARLOTTE RUSSE!
I was in the Charlotte Russe store at the Newport Center Mall in Jersey City NJ yesterday, the staff has NO professionalism! NO customer service skill at all! They all look like they just rolled out of bed and came straight to work. They were yelling like they were at a night club. Talking about going on vacation, getting tattoos, and having plastic surgery. I was total shock! I had to record them secretly and show my sister because she loves that store... The "manager" has red hair, tattoos all over, and her leadership skills SUCKED! One girl (Ivory) had on a baseball cap and slippers, with a Belly shirt and stretch pants. (Not to say that she can't wear that, but with gut hanging all over at work that outfit is not exceptibal) one girl asked if she can help me, so I thought, when I said "yes" and turned around. She was on her cell phone and asked if I could give her a minute. (Tanya) smh! They will NEVER get the pleasure to "help" me again... I will continue to shop with Charlette Russe, just not that store...
Fabulous:-) it tooks less than a week. I got everything I ordered. Free shipping no fees, no tax. It was great. I loved it. I will buy again.

All the CR stores in my area have been shut down. I purchased items online, but they did not fit so I traveled to a location out of my area in hopes of returning. To my surprise they do not return sale items for cash. My only option was to exchange or store credit. I looked around at the items in store. I was very disappointed with the selection of clothes. CR has always been one of my favorite stores and the location that I used to visit often in San Jose always had the latest trends and I was sure to find a cute outfit. The Gilroy store reminded me of a cheap 5 and below. I couldn't believe it was a CH. Obviously, the stores have been hit hard due to the pandemic, but I don't think it's a reason for the stores open to have such a poor selection. You would think they would have them looking full and filled with trendy items. With that being said I was not able find an item I liked, so I opted for gift card, and was assured I would be able to use it online. Fortunately, the selection is still very good on line. I thought I was set, but when I tried to enter my gift card it would not take for some reason. I did some research and was not able to find a way to enter it. I tried to call customer service but it wasn't a working number. I then emailed customer service. The response I got was not what I expected. "At this time we are not able to redeem Gift Cards online. We apologize for any inconvenience". REALLY! If i knew that i would have kept the item and sold it my self. I was very disappointed. How rude
After ordering a single item from their online website, I will never purchase anything from here again. I placed an order for a dress and it told me that the order couldn't be processed. I never received a confirmation email so I assumed it just was a glitch in their system. Ten minutes later, I noticed my card was charged. I went ahead and called customer service where I waited for 20 minutes to speak to someone. She told me that the order did go through, and I just didn't receive an email confirming so she gave me a confirmation number to track my package. Which I soon discovered, did not work.
After waiting for my package for a good 2 weeks. I called customer service AGAIN. I then waited AN HOUR to speak to someone, only for her to tell me that my order wasn't coming. So, I now have lost money for an order that I was never getting. She then told me that in order for me to get my money back I needed to speak to the AP department and they could help me. They told me to give them 48 hours to contact me. I will NEVER order from here again, the customer service representatives are very unprofessional and they have taken money from my account for an order that was never even expected to be sent. I would not recommend ordering from here.
I bought clothes not too long ago on line from the New Charlotte Russe. I was so happy when they reopened the stores since I would shop there frequently. It took a week and a half from the order date for them to ship out the clothes. When I finally got it, I saw that a few things weren't how they looked online and I went to the store near by to return. There I found out from the cashier that they have strict orders from corporate to not accept returns or exchanges at the store. I would have to mail the items back to them and pay a re-stocking fee. I looked over their return policy on their new website and there was no mention of this. (Keep in mind, the old corporate allowed returns in store). I was informed by the worker that they did this because they would loose a lot of money with returns... duhh... I was no longer able to return the items by mail since I found this all out after the 30days of ordering and they would no longer accept it.
I wrote an email to corporate asking for help in the matter and I still have not heard back. Not worth the hassle of shopping here anymore. Clothes are cheap which was good, but so was the material.
I stumbled upon Charlotte Russe (online) about five years ago.
I since then have discovered that there is a Charlotte Russe store in the mall about an hour away from my house.
Anyway, I still prefer to shop online there because the clothes are true to size, the quality for how much you pay for the items is amazing (I don't wear my clothes to death, I dont know about some of you but I really only wear a piece a handful of times before I get tired of it) and the shipping has ALWAYS been on point for me!
I placed my order and got it confirmed June 27th. I am leaving for a long weekend in Austin on the 30th.My clothes are scheduled for arrival this afternoon.
It's been over a year since I actually ordered anything online (weight gain, confidence issues, was afraid that my stuff wouldn't fit. The works.)
So I was very hesitant to try and buy from here after periodically checking in on the reviews for shipping and seeing that they were HORRIBLE.
I then remembered that every other time I have ordered I have had fast shipping and I have come to accept the cancelled items when buying from the sale category.
It is a hit or miss. And that's okay with me because I am not CHARGED for them. It's as if they were never on the sales rack to begin with!
Anyway. 10/10 from a loyal customer that does a lot of research and will not order from a company that has done me wrong.

Went back to order after 6 month's, NO REFUND, CHANGE ORDER #, HASSELING ME ON INFORMATION THAT WAS SENT PRIOR to the DEPT. WHO WAS SENDING IT OVER.
THIS SHOUKD OF BEEN POSTD IN MY SIGNED IN ACCOUNT OR EMAIL, WAITING FOR MY NEXT PURCHASE.
NOW I GET A RESPONSE TO WAIT 6 WEEKS to BE HANDLED, 6 months not enough.

I didn't read the reviews here or on other sites until after I'd already placed my order. The reviews made me incredibly nervous, but there was nothing I could do to cancel my order at that point.
I placed my order very early in the morning, and the package was delivered in only six days. I hadn't received any emails about items being out of stock, something I'd notice was common in reviews. I went through my package to make sure everything I'd ordered was in there. I'd ordered fourteen things. There were fourteen items. One however was not something I had ordered, and something I had ordered was missing. The missing item was a dress I found in the clearance section for $6. I was pretty excited about it, as it was a beautiful pink dress. In it's place was a pair of high waisted distressed jeans. I'm a bit disappointed as I'd much rather have the dress I ordered, I'd never wear the jeans they sent in it's place. It was only $6 though, not enough to waste time trying to return the jeans.
I ordered 2 dresses and when they arrived one was exactly as pictured, the other not so much. The only thing that looked the same as the picture on the website was the color. I called Charlotte Russe, explaining that they had sent me the wrong dress. The woman I talked to was extremely polite and helpful, she immediately sent out a replacement, and I was hoping it would look like the photo online this time.
Fast forward to today as I receive my package only to see it's still the wrong dress. It turns out the photo on the website is 100% inaccurate and looks NOTHING like what you will receive.

I checked their whole website and I couldn't find a dress that looked anything like it at all.
I don't recommend ordering online from this company! BEWARE! Because now I have to go through the hassle of returning these dresses and hoping I'll be able to get my money back for false advertising!
Also, they claim that if you sign up with an email you get a 20% off coupon. IT'S ALSO A LIE. Never got it no matter how long I waited.
The website doesn't even allow customers to review products, also another red flag. I bet everyone who has ordered and received a completely different item would really put a damper on business._.

I ordered 4 pairs of shoes for a buy one pair get the 2nd for $10 promo on Dec 16,2013. My order was shipped on Dec 22 but one pair was out of stock and was cancelled. I was upset and called customer service because the shoe that was out of stock was still showing as in stock online, the rep said the warehouse does not always update correctly so I could reorder but there was a chance it would be out of stock. If that wasn't hassle enough I would have to pay full price for the shoe and call back to get it price matched to $10, they did upgrade my shipping to overnight for this pair. This was the only pair of shoes I received! The tracking information never updated for the original order, I believe it was never shipped as fedex never said it received the shipment. I called back on Dec 31 and was told to call back on Jan 2 which would be 10 business days after shipment and they could then give me a refund or reship. On Jan 2 the rep told me they had reshipped the package but had no tracking number, it seemed very suspicious! She told me to call back on Jan 7,10 business days from the date it was reshipped. I called back on Jan 7 and was finally given a refund and was told the 10th business day would have been Jan 3 which makes me believe the previous rep had lied to me about my order being reshipped. Overall this was a big hassle, I ordered these items as xmas gifts and they never arrived. I know the holidays are a busy shipping time but I can't help but feel there is some serious shadiness going on at charlotterusse.com! Beware!
