I ordered a pair of shoes 6 days ago, and They deducted the amount from my bank account from the day I ordered it. Today I received an email from them saying the item that I ordered 6 days ago is sold out. It took them 6 DAYS to tell me that the shoes that I ordered is already sold out. It's $300+ WORTH OF SHOES so I sold 2 of my shoes just to pay that amount knowing I will receive that shoes. Why do you have to deduct my bank account if you are not certain if the product will sell out soon or not!? CHAMPS, YOU ARE SO TERRIBLE. VERY TERRIBLE. VERY TERRIBLE. I'LL GIVE YOU -5 OUT OF 5. THAT'S HOW TERRIBLE YOU ARE.

I ordered a pair of sweatpants in an extra small. I never received an updated tracking link for my package and when my package did arrive, I received the complete wrong item, it wasn't even close to what I ordered.
I went to four shoe stores before I found Katt at your Pearl Ridge location on Oahu. What a relief to find someone who wasn't b-bopping to loud in store music. She approached myself and three teenagers and asked how she could help. Her empathy for my situation surpassed anything I have been through. Sure enough she found us EXACTLY what we were looking for. I will never never walk into any shoe store other than Champs! Brandon, the store manager, was terrific as well. Good job Champs!
I bought a green camo jacket from them and they sent me the wrong style. It's not just the style, the interior of the jacket is a different material. Be careful when you buy from them.
Cancelled my order for them not being able to verify my payment method which makes no sense because I use only one card. So I try to pay two times with my google pay account and once with just the card. They charged me three times after sending me an email of cancelling my order and saying I would not be charged. This is bull$#*!
It is more comfortable and soft as well, which gives good jogging. I like shoes material and that quality.
All these people on here leaving bad reviews or just bots get a life I've ordered from champs over a hundred times and never had a problem with my order yeah it takes about a week longer than anybody else that I always get my s*** get a life and quit trying to ruin people's business oh my God I don't get them the same day or the next day I'm going to cry and write a bad review get a f****** life
I had asked to speak to a manager about my complaint it took him a good 20 mins just to come out the back and help me out, he was rude when he approached I introduced myself and he did he told me is name was Will and store manager he didn't take me serious would t look my way when I was talking to him and treated me if I was a child. He was inappropriate, judged me on my face and my told me I wouldn't be acting way this if I wasn't white. He did not help me through my process of complaint he just kept saying I was acting like a "white crazy lady" and to top it all off im not even white he was being racist, sexist and just rude over my complaint her wouldn't take me serious and said his crew was right even if they were wrong. It was very unprofessional and i couldn't deal with it so I left the situation.
Well, after 28 years of military service I was told by an employee of this Foot Locker store that I could get a 15% discount, but only if I give them my military life history... ie., date of entry, date of retirement, date of birth, where I joint the military, where did I get out of the military and why did I retire... Oh, and my SSN... lol. And then after all that she came back and told me that I wasn't in their system to receive a discount... lol... which means my military ID card meant nothing... So to all military personnel your service to these people means nothing. They just wants your information... This happen on 5/22/2021
I ordered 3 mlb hats every single one had bad stitching crooked logos wrong size and then they made me pay to return them even tho they claim free shipping on returns lol and on top of that they keep denying my bad reviews on the products even tho there's nothing inappropriate about the review they just censor anything negative smh will never ever shop or recommmed this horrible place

Ordered my son some shoes for his birthday and rec'd an order number. Said 2 weeks for delivery. After the 3rd week came, had to search and search the website for a contact number. Called and rep said that they no longer had that shoe in stock and that I should see a refund credited to my account. Don't understand why they didn't notify me that my order was cancelled. Found the same shoes on another site and ordered the same day, no problem, same price. Wouldn't do business with them again!
Complete waist of time trying to reserve shoes at any local store. I guess its one of those who you know things. Sad, truly sad.
I ordered my child 2 pairs of shoes A MONTH AGO. They NEVER sent out my 2nd pair and had the shoes going in and out of stock. Then today, they cancel my order after not saying anything but "processing" fit a whole month. Do NOT buy from this place EVER. They sent me ONE of the shoes I ordered and the shoe looks straight from a Chinese factory, it has paint everywhere, it looks SWOLLEN, it just looks FAKE and sloppy. I'm not sure how these ever passed quality check, Champs HAS to be selling "B" shoes, like the ones that go to Ross. Don't waste your money here, the QUALITY of the sneakers they sell online are HORRIBLE.
Try letting people look at your in store products online without making them sign up to some B. S account to receive a million harassing email promotions and offers that no one wants. I call them emails from hell as it's almost a form of online rape. It's Bad for business to rape your customers. This is a good way of telling your customers to just go shop at foot locker lmao.
Bought Jordans and waited 2 weeks for them to ship. They shipped to the wrong address and told me through live chat that there's nothing they can do. Then they ended the chat with no resolution. Please believe me when I say this a brick & mortar business that is just digging its own grave even deeper. I will be staying on GOAT and StockX.

This complaint is solely about the inappropriate music we heard playing loudly over the Champs intercom during our shopping visit where the song lyrics liberally dropped F-bombs and MF-bombs. Keep in mind kids have to enter Champs stores to try on shoes so parents can't just leave them at home. Plus, this store is located in a mall next to other merchandisers where families also shop.
When I complained to the checkout person, she said "It doesn't bother me." When I asked the manager about the music, he said "Corporate controls the music programming".
What a shame that CEO Richard Johnson feels his higher purpose includes using profanity to "empower and inspire" impressionable children. A 2019 Forbes magazine article ends with a Johnson quote, "We have to really think about how we honestly put the customer at the center of everything we do and say, 'Hey, we get it.'"

I am more then upset with the way I was treated on the phone in regards to a return. I was informed although my purchase was bought during the holidays that I would be unable to return them due to a time lapse of 45 days. The Resolution Specialist, as she claimed to be was very rude and unhelpful. I felt more then anger at this person and was very shocked at her responses. This person's name allegedly was Jessica and her Operator Number is 4825. I Can't believe how unwilling they were to keep a customer happy. I paid good money for shoes that my girlfriend can now not wear. I will never buy another item from this business ever again, never not again.
I ordered shoes almost a month ago and they just never came. Right now I think Champs is still doing an investigation. They have never updated me. Each time I have to call and stay on hold almost an hour. I am on with them now on hold. This is the worst company I have ever had to deal with. I am not sure what will happen. I may have to file with my bank as a fraudulent charge. I am getting no answers form anyone at Champs. It seems like they just put me on hold hoping I hang up. I have ordered shoes from Finishline for years. This is my first and last time ordering from Champs.
This is the worst experience I have ever had. On December 5th I placed an order for the Jordan 9 university blue as a Christmas gift for my brother and now I wake up and get an email saying my order was cancelled because they're out of stock? So then why did they let me add it to my cart if they were supposedly "out of stock" they took my money and now I don't have a gift for my brother. When I bought the shoes and got the confirmation email there were still a bunch of shoes and sizes left and now all of a sudden they're out of stock? How does that make any sense. What company let's you pay so much money and then tell you they don't have the product anymore? Well then maybe they shouldn't be letting people add the products to their cart if there are none left! Have never had this happen to me. Will never purchase from champs again
Answer: You may never get them. Even if you click the link and check your order status and it says, "fully shipped" that does not mean you are getting your shoes. They will not notify you if they do not have them in stock - even though they said they did when you placed your order. Just waited over a month and made a couple of phone calls through the wait period. Endured being on hold and on the phone for over 1.5 hours. Was told a week ago that they would be sent. Today find out that they knew then that they didn't have them.
