I ordered a pair of shoes online had to return them the size that fitting use the label that they sent me in the box return my package at the USPS office they stated they never received my return so now I've paid for shoes that I don't have and they refused to refund my money knowing damn well somebody stole my $#*!ing shoes from their damn company
3 days later I still cannot pickup my order from the store. Purchased online for curbside, email said 24hr wait time, its been 72 hours. No communication. Over two hours on a phone that just rings, there aren't any associates. The IRS doesn't take this long. So I call bull! I will be disputing the charges on my card, for theft.
There is a huge lack of communication! They don't answer the phones! They don't not correspond to emails! They take your money but don't provide the product! Wait time on phone over a hour long like wtf! They need to be reported to the BBB and Attorney Generals Office if I could give a negative number I would! NEVER will I use champs again WORSE company EVER! You outta be ashamed of your corporation!
I ordered sneakers on 05/30/2020 I still have not gotten a email confirmation and champs processed my payment and took my money out of account customer service center is based in Florida so there's no reason not to answer the phones I been calling for 4 days now nothing 2 hours one time on phone this is terrible... please contact me *******@yahoo.com
Got an email today(5/2/2020) stating that champs has to"track down" my jordan dub zeros after i already purchased the shoe and my size from their website. If you didnt have them then why make them available on the site? I placed my order 4/30/2020. I know its only been a couple days but that email was NOT assuring.
I order a hat an boots on may 26 2020 an my hat came today but not my boots why didnt i get my order yet an when i look to track it it says it still didn't ship out yet
I WILL NEVER SHOP ONLINE WITH CHAMPS AGAIN! I ordered AirMaxPlus with the matching tshirt May 18th, it is now May 28th and when I track my order through UPS it say it have never even made it to their facility yet. But Champs took the money from my account and claimed the items were on the way. My delivery date got changed twice. The tshirt arrived a few days ago but not the shoes. How is this even possible when I ordered them together. Customer service is rude. This company is a scam and a fraud. Im pretty sure they charged my card twice as well.
Order placed 4/18/20. I call on 4/29/20 and was told it was sent to ups called ups on 4/29/20 and was told that champs created a label but they never shipped it. I called champs back on 5/1/20 and was put on hold after giving them my order number and mysteriously the phone hung up on me now. Called back days later and was told the order was cancelled so I asked why and they said they don't know. I asked why was I told the other day that it was sent to ups with other orders on a pallet, again phone hung up. Finally talked to someone on 5/10/20 and was told they're gonna refund my money. Today is 5/25/20 and I have yet to receive my refund. Time to call my credit union and dispute this. Keep in mind I ordered from Foot Locker on the same date 4/18/20 and 5 days later it was at my door and they're one in the same company. I'll never order from them again.
Champs Sports is a horrible place to shop online at, the people took my order and money, claimed that the order would be shipped a day later, it's been 5 days and my order still is open without any shipping information. There's no way possible to get in touch with customer service at this point because no one while answer the phone or emails, so basically there just taking advantage of people and there hard earned money in the middle of a pandemic at this point
I ordered the Nike 97's on May 11th it's May 16th! They should've been and shipped it out it doesn't take that long to ship shoes out! I emailed them yesterday and they were responding fast in 2 minutes now today they don't email back at all. I'm getting a refund. DONT BUY HERE.

On May 5th I visit with Champs shoe store in Hillside Village the customer service there was very rude due to the fact I just purchased a pair of shoes from Footlocker next door I went inside of Champs and saw another shoe that I would like as the even exchange of the amount I just spend in Footlocker they told me that I could not do so when they sent us to Champs from Footlocker so that my fiance can purchase the shoes that he wanted because Footlocker didn't have his size. Not only they lost a customer due to the fact all I wanted to do was exchange a pair of shoes that couldn't really fit that I purchased no more than 10 minutes later from Foot Locker ( remind you I use to work for Footlocker for about 5 years) i really wanted another pair in Champs and they told me; all management that was on staff that day that I cannot do so this was very unacceptable having management experience I have never known to turn a customer down the customer is always right and they supposed to always satisfy their needs when come to any establishment that's a Merchant runs the customer must be happy to refer you. Due to this complaint I would like to have a phone call back this is a reviews to give you guys a zero for your ratings.

I ordered my shoes on April 19,2020 and they still haven't shipped! I've been emailing and trying to call but their phone line won't ring! Worst company ever! Stick to finish line, etc. Never experienced anything like this. Called UPS and they said they're waiting for Champs.
Honestly after reading all the bad reviews I thought they were going to mess up my shipping but my experience was smooth & great will be ordering again because they're waaay faster than Nike; Nike shipment takes up to 3 weeks
I can't never get ahold customer service threw phone and email. I've ordered some shoes 1 weeks ago still haven't received them so I'm trying to get ahold of him but can't. I might have to cancel and shop somewhere else that handles customer order good.

So I ordered a pair of shoes online, and had them shipped to my PO Box. Once they got to my post office, they told me they COULDNT SHIP TO PO BOXES! Tell me how this makes any sense? Nowhere on the website did it tell me they couldn't ship to PO Boxes. I've emailed every single day since this occurred (two weeks) and call every single day for the same amount of time, and have yet to hear from ANYONE. I will never be shopping with them again.
I have a really big issue concerning your release information. I was on this site whenever the air Jordan 1 court purples dropped the first day and missed my purchase window by a minute. That's understandable because the shoe sold out. Recently though on your twitter you guys said there would be a re-release of the shoe at 10 am on the 16th then said they were restocked(randomly) at 2:00 pm on the 15th and then after that whenever the 16th rolled around you guys said that the shoe sold out and you won't be re-releasing it at 11 am! That doesn't make any sense at all! Y'all need to figure this out and figure it out fast!
Champs is ripping pepole off by the millions when u are protected by the government anything goes dont believe me make an online purchase and see how after u purchase the price total u think it is then check your bank right after and see how much u afe really charged they can add several hundred and thier reason is its thier policy if u read it on thier website what a f joke boycott champs cause the only 1 getting in the arse is you!
I bought my son Jordan's for Christmas on their website and they were never delivered even though they claimed it was. I was home all day. I assumed they delivered to wrong apartment. They did "an investigation" I received an email after weeks stating I would get a refund in 2-4 days only to receive a denial email today. So I'm out $203 and he's out his present. Who doesn't refund or replace items?
Answer: You may never get them. Even if you click the link and check your order status and it says, "fully shipped" that does not mean you are getting your shoes. They will not notify you if they do not have them in stock - even though they said they did when you placed your order. Just waited over a month and made a couple of phone calls through the wait period. Endured being on hold and on the phone for over 1.5 hours. Was told a week ago that they would be sent. Today find out that they knew then that they didn't have them.
