On 11/17/2016 I ordered my daughter a pair of shoes for her birthday. Champs immediately took the funds from our account but then canceled the order as of 11/17 saying they didint have the shoes. I never got an email or a call about the order and the funds were still held from my bank as of 11/23... My husband had to call champs on 11/22 to see why the order still hasnt been shipped. Shame on this company... thier customer service is aweful
This fraud of company champs has a BBB rating of (F) which is essentially all you should need to know. So I order a pair of shoes for my son on a Thursday and select 2 day shipping at checkout well its now a week later and no shoes as of yet the "resolution specialist" (Ashton) I spoke with tried to give me a lesson in math on how to count business days not knowing I've been a corporate accountant for the last 20 years. Despite having my intellegiance insulted by this female she tells me that the tracking number I have is not the one they have but wouldn't give me the correct one so I can track my package. Something needs to be done about champs sports their rude employees and careless management. In closing DO NOT order anything as much as a shoe string if you value your money and time. But don't take my word for it read all the other 1 star reviews this flea market company gets
Champs would not return a defective product. Customer service quoted policy, district manager would not respond. Terrible experience, will not return.
I order four pair of shoes for my boys. We receive three pair still missing one. I try to see order statues it wouldn't let me. And they charge double they said it was the banks fault. Last time we shop at champs sports.
After waiting 10 days for my kids shoes to arrive I got them with a pair missing. I never received and email telling me that pair wasn't available. I could have ordered them from somewhere else. Now I have to wait another 10 days for my daughters sneakers. She will not be happy!
Placed an order 12/1/15 to be shipped within 5-6 business days. Email sent from them giving link to check status. Check status after 6 days after not receiving - and said it was "fully shipped". Still no order received. Called on 12/29/15 and after 45 + min conversation, they admitted error in their system that a store had marked it shipped even though it wasn't. Customer service rep said that he would cancel that fully shipped order and send order to next store that had the shoe. Offered a $20 Champs store card for my troubles and assured me that they would get the shoes to me. One week later - no shoes and no order in their system AND no one else on the internet has that exact shoe in the size I need - even though I could have ordered it last week from 2 different stores. Was on hold for 38 minutes today and they said that they knew one week ago that they didn't have the shoe - but did not bother to let me know anything - no communication. Now, I don't have the shoe that I ordered and can't find it anywhere else. Don't order anything from them, because you will not know if they really have it or not. They do not communicate with you!
After ordering online and receiving the wrong item 10 days later, I called the customer service line. I was on hold for 20 minutes, then spent another 20 minutes trying to see if I could get the mistake corrected. This was a Christmas gift, that I had ordered well in advance to get it before Christmas. The store shipped me the wrong product and now claim they are out of stock in the item I originally ordered. They offered no compensation for the mistake they made. I had to beg to get a return shipping label, and they would not refund my money until they received their product back. I had to call back to ask why the return label was not given to me after they promised it by email, and had to wait on hold for 20 minutes just to speak with someone anout this. They did not offer to ship the correct item when it became available either. It was very dissapointing-I will never order from this company again!
Ordered a pair of sneakers in August for my nephew and within 3 weeks they had a hole in the toe... No hesitation champs gave my money back with their sincerest apologies
I bought an order online and went to champs in Bellevue and Jason helped me. He was on the phone with the customer service for one hour being the middle man where he could easily told me to call the number of the customer service on the invoice.
In short? He was knowledgable, patient, and accommodating.
This place has a great variety of shoes for basketball, jogging/track and casual wear. I love the Nikes they sell. Service quality depends on your area. Overall great place for shoes!
Got 2 pairs if nikes from here as a present. They shipped real quick. Also was the only site around with these styles. Good stuff!
Answer: You may never get them. Even if you click the link and check your order status and it says, "fully shipped" that does not mean you are getting your shoes. They will not notify you if they do not have them in stock - even though they said they did when you placed your order. Just waited over a month and made a couple of phone calls through the wait period. Endured being on hold and on the phone for over 1.5 hours. Was told a week ago that they would be sent. Today find out that they knew then that they didn't have them.
