Purchase a pair of $190 vapormaxes as a gift for someone from champs and after it being delivered later than guarenteed delivery date I receive the sneakers in one of the cheapest usps shipping bags and the box was completely destroyed. How does this company expect to last if they continue to be terrible. As I type this I am on speaker phone while waiting on hold to speak to customer service service rep for 35 min now due to high call volumes. And from the looks of it, it most likely is due to the terrible service they provide. Never would order from them again. EVER.

I wish I would have come across these reviews before purchasing from here. Terrible customer service and no communication at all via email even though more than one email has been sent. The hold time is absurd and after holding for quite some time, I was simply disconnected. One way or another, I intend to get my $250 back from these crooks and asap. Don't buy here. The stress isn't worth it.

Bad business

So I ordered a hoody and the next day I received a email stating that the item was out of stock. The money had been taken from my account immediately. I called *******6813 and was on hold foreverrrrrr!. I have yet to receive my hoody nor money.

Worst Service Ever

So I bought a release for Christmas, it was cancelled and still they hold my money, had to wait for 45 minutes for her to say that the order never went through. I ask about the money and she said that when the bank had a hold of the cancellation it would release the money, I told her that I needed her to cancel the order since it wasn't even made because I needed the money. She puted me on hold (to wait again) to finally tell me that it would reflect to 3-5 days. It was the worst experience ever and I'm nottttt promoting this brand ever again.

I ordered online on Thursday 12-20 paying extra for next day delivery. After not receiving anything by Saturday I called on Sunday 12-23. I waited 45 minutes before getting a rep on the line and another 30 to be told they had warehouse confirmation the shoes ordered would be delivered by 8pm Christmas Eve. I received an email at 6:39pm Christmas Eve stating they were unable to d uldill the order and my card would not be charged. My card has been charged and afyer verbal confirmation from CHAMPS customer service of delivery I have no gift to give! The poorest service and worst experience I've ever had. Would NEVER recommend CHAMPS!

Went to a store to find a particular shoe was told Southcenter had it but only 1 pair left in size I needed. Called to have them hold aside so I could go get them. No answer after several calls. Was told I could purchase online and pick up in store of my choice same day! Got an email saying my order was ready went to the store salespeople standing around talking to each other. Showed them my email and they looked it up and said no record of my order even though my bank account was charged. Was told I had to cancel and repurchase if I wanted them same day. I said ok let's cancel it and they gave me a phone number to call which took 45 minutes to get someone on the phone. Once I got them on the phone they said my order could take 2-10 more hrs to show up on the store database because they were running behind. I told them to cancel and refund my money which she did but refused to give me a cancellation confirmation number. She said they would email me within a few hours to a few days to confirm and I would just have to trust her word that it's been cancelled. Needless to say I had to call my bank and file a claim on the the charges. Worst customer service ever. If I could have found the shoes in another store I would have gone there instead. Unfortunately my son had his heart set on those and he really did earn them! But never again will I shop champs!

Christmas Nightmare

Do not shop online at Champssports.com. I placed an online order (paid for expedited shipping) and after they processed the order they cancelled it after three days. My funds were not available in my account for several more days. Long story short I am out of money and my son doesn't have his Christmas gift! My sister used there site and she was charged for two other items, fraud. She stated she clicked on a link after the order and her account was hacked. She had to cancel her card. DO NOT TRUST THIS CROOKED SITE.

I ordered shoes on 12/16/2018 and they cancelled the same day for no reason the shoes was a pick-up order from nearest mall and when i went to the mall they had the shoes in stock. I couldn't get in contact with champs all yesterday and had me on hold for 40 minutes. Never buying from them again.

This is the worst place I have ever ordered from period. They cancelled my order after 3 days claiming that the item I ordered was out of stock. I still have not received my refund! This is a total scam because they are taking peoples money for items that are not in stock and then keeping the money! I can only hope that my bank can recover the money that Champs basically stole from me.

If I could give less then one star I would. Customer service is the worst I have ever dealt with. Over 40 minutes on hold, multiple times. They have not refunded me my money like they said they would. The shoes I ordered weren't in stock but they took my money and have not refunded and it's been over 7 days.

If you have to call customer service, its over a 40 min wait. The orders do not always pop up on your account and they can cancel your order without notifying you. Ive never had a company put the money on hold and still send separate charges after that without releasing the hold. So if your order was $500 you better have $1000 to spare until they decide to release the hold. It's ridiculous and there's so many other companies to buy from. BUYER BEWARE. The discounts aren't worth the hassle.

CHAMPS SUCKSSSS!

I ordered shoes online 5 days ago, didnt recieve any updates in regards to shipping so I tried calling the customer service number only for the line to be busy the first three times. Called back maybe two hours later and the hold time was 15+. So then I decided to do the live chat and of course it says it was unavailable. Tried the live chats again a couple hours after and someone finally told me the shoes I ordered was out of stock. Well when I go onto the website the shoes I ordered still says they're available. She's saying its because they havent updated the inventory yet. So basically you're taking everyones money for them not to receive anything. Im so pissed I will never order from them again let alone buy anything from their store. Just throw the entire company away!

Beware
December 4, 2018

Placed a Christmas gift order online last week and received a confirmation of order. After not hearing anything further for a few days, I check the website and find the item was cancelled. I got no notification of this and when trying to call to get more information as to why the order cancelled, I am sitting on hold still for 24 minutes! No response to email and also, their chat is down. Don't order from here as you won't get any help or customer service once an order is placed.

Horrible system

Give me my shoes
This site is a scam it said my final price was $180 up until i actually paid for it. However when I received the confirmation email, it said that everything had costed me $210.
Poor customer service
