On 26 Nov 2018, I placed an order for male 990 New Balance. Due to a glitch with the website, the final order number indicated a female 990 New Balance size 11. I immediately called Champs Sports customer service number and spoke with a female representative regarding this matter. She stated that there is nothing she can do but maybe the supervisor can assist. I asked to speak with the supervisor. After waiting on the telephone for about 40 minutes, the female representative hung up the telephone in my face. She literally picked up the phone and placed it back down.

I called back again and spoke with Kallie regarding the situation. After being on hold for about an hour, Kallie transferred me to Ashley, a resolution specialist. Ashley stated that she could not do anything to assist even though the order wasn't processed.
This is very bad customer service. Stay away from Champs Sports. I would not recommend this business to anyone. The representatives or staff do not care about the customers and will not assist with anything. I work for Department of Defense and there is no such thing as can't. There are always exceptions or work arounds to get things done.

Great selection of shoes but Horrible shipping for online purchases. I ordered twice and both times I waited about 2 weeks for my order. Simply annoying! Won't shop online ever again

I will never order a shoe ever again from champs. I ordered a shoe in the store and I found out two weeks later that the order has been cancelled right after the day I ordered it. I didn't receive any email about it. I only found out it was cancelled when I was in then phone with them. I felt very frustrated and angry when I got this news. Champs needs to improve their delivery and ordering process. But for now I'll only get their shoes in stores.

I ordered a sweat suit that I needed within three days. When ordering it on a Saturday, its stated if I ordered by 1 central time I would have it within two days. It never mentioned anything about business days. I paid $25 for two day shipping. I speak to a person named Kaitlin who informs me I wouldn't get it until the end of week and they are not issuing me a refund. STICK WITH FOOTLOCKER AND FOOTACTION. She told me she cant forward me to a supervisor because its so many and that she doesnt know who she spoke to. DONT ORDER FROM THESE CROOKS AND I AM CONTACTING THE BETTER BUISNESS BUREAU.

Terrible service

I ordered a pair of shoes and got them all was good then a week later I see an email saying order comfirmed. They sent me the same shoes and charged me again. Then when I emailed them to cancel the order never got a response and never got it canceled. Don't buy from champs sports!

I placed an online order to pick-up at the store and said in stock in my store more than 75 hours ago I called more than 5 times and nobody can't explain my order is not processed yet. The last customer service operator named Linda she hung up the phone. I am still waiting for an answer.

Fairview mall

Old manager at this mall is gone. Replaced with someone else. Staff is now terrible and customer service is terrible. No one helps just stand around and talks. At least the old manager knew his store and was very helpful. I will never shop back at this location and I know alot of people who would not shop at this store again. Dont know why the old store manager left... but wish he would return regardless of anything. The store is a mess now. Do not shop at Fairview!

Went into my local Champs and placed an ordered for these beautiful puma phenoms. I was told id get my shipment to the door in 3-5 business days. Not only did I get my shoes ten days in (I get it, labor day, or whatever kind of excuse you guys want to throw at me). BUT THE BOX HAD TWO LEFT SNEAKERS IN THEM. I dont have two left feet, this is absolutely useless for me. Do NOT order shoes from a company who does not know left from right. HOW DID YOU GUYS LET THIS HAPPEN? So now, I dont have the perfect pair of shoes for the First Day of School anymore. Thanks guys! I'll be sure to never purchase anything from you folks again. Two left shoes. Shake my damn head.

Ordered a product online waited 3 days just for them to email me and say that the product is no longer available. I call customer service to try to resolve the issue and had to wait over 45 minutes, to make the issue worse I had to hear an automated voice tell me over and over " For future convenience order online ". What a joke they would not help me and were very rude so I will no longer shop with champs sports.

I ordered an outfit from here, first they sent me the wrong shirt, then the pants I ordered they emailed me 5 days later saying they were out of stock, so I ordered a different size, shocker they sent me another email saying they were out of stock but yet they still show in stock online! Not to mention they still haven't refunded my $ 145.00! Never again will I order from here

Don't order from them

Forget ever getting a hold of anyone. Can't rate the customer service because they don't really have one. I tried to cancel a backpack that I order because found a better one. Called their number several times they have an automated recording to make you think someone will take your call but it never happens. I go my bank involved and the next day they hurry and send me a message to say it shipped. I sent emails no response. Do waste your time. Go anywhere but Champs

Sent me used 6rings

These asshats made me wait 2 weeks for a used pair of 6rings. Scuffs on the leather, cheetos stains or some kinda red stuff on the laces i paid retail pricw for some bs. Customer service wont answer. Local stores wont help. Worst shopping experience of my life my lady is so disapointed too man what is wrong with these people

Bought some mens Jordans online and after 5 days of not hearing ANYTHING, I called their support number. The woman from Champs said my shoes were stuck at some store and they hadnt done anything to ship them. She then told me that my shoes were only 30 miles away and would be shipped ASAP. 3 days later I received my shoes. 8 business days, these days, is ridiculous, but my biggest problem with Champs is their lack of communication. Dont buy from champs online!
