I've simply tried to order a pair of Nike sneakers. First of all their system states that it needs 24hrs to process an order?! But even that doesn't work. When you then contact their support chat you always get the response to wait one more day while they cannot state what's preventing the order from getting processed.
No clue what stupid system they use, it simply doesn't work!
I needed to make a change to an online order within hours of ordering and they would not help. Said I could return to sender, but would still be charged shipping
I recently purchased a pair of shoes from Champs and order 1/2 size down because according to the website they were running small and recommended it. Upon receiving them they were way too big so I checked the return policy and it states that you can exchange an item for another or get a full refund.
Upon arriving at the store what the policy didn't clarify was that you actually have to BUY the product AGAIN and the original item has to be sent back and you will not receive a credit back for the original purchase until it is received through the mail so meanwhile you will have 2 charges on your card.
So take note, if you take the company's advise on their website for sizing and end up with the wrong size and have to return it, once again they will make your life even more difficult by having you incur a double charge because there is no actual "exchange"
Ordered baseball cleats in May 2017 and received an email shoes were discontinued. Cleats then appeared in December (not baseball season). Sent back cleats to exchange because (shockingly) my sons feet grew in the 7 months it took them to ship the cleats. But apparently I missed their 45 day return window. So they sent me back the original shoes and advised me that there is nothing they can do.
Summary - they took an extra 7 months to ship the cleats, I took an extra few days to return and they would not exchange (not refund - exchange).
I made an online order for shoes that were size 13. I received a size 11.5 with someone else's invoice in the box and all their information. I used the online chat and received service that was not helpful, so I disconnected and tried again, got the same person, disconnected and tried again and the next person was worse. I then decided to call in and got someone that told me to send them back to a US address (I live in Canada) and email the receipt explaining. I did all this and I get an email back saying I will only receive half of the shipping cost because I was supposed to mail the shoes back to a Canadian office. I called again and was told I would receive the rest of the refund back within 5 business days. Sure enough I received less than half. Called again to get this sorted and was told that I will be receiving another payment that would still leave me short $10 US. I said that was unacceptable and put on hold again, she came back and said that I would still be a bit short because of the exchange difference. I should not have to pay another penny out of my pocket for a mistake I didn't make and already spent about $300 on the shoes. I should NOT have to go through this much effort for a mistake your company made and continued to keep making while I repeatedly tried to get it resolved. I will never shop at champs again and I want everyone know how horrible the service is, that this company provides.
I order two pairs of shoes from Champs for a Christmas gift. However, my shoes shipped to me used and damaged. I called customer service and she sent me another pair, these were also used. I called again, and I told the CS rep that I would just be needing a refund because even if she sends me another pair, they would not make it in time for Christmas. So I send the shoes back, and 3wks later still no refund. So I call champs back for to ask why I did not receive a refund and he assured me that I should receive it in about 1 week. A week later, I only receive half of a refund! I called aging to tell them that I only received half of a refund and they tell me to call back tomorrow! WTF!
I bought a $150 dollar Nike shoes and they came without shoelaces. I called to customer service so they can send me what is missing and they didn't care. They won't send anything. Either I have to go shopping for shoelaces or go to the store to return the shoes and re shop again online hoping they are gonna do their job this time. IM NOT BUYING FROM CHAMPS ANYMORE! So inconvenient!
Purchased a pair of shoes for my son for Christmas. They charged $100 shoes other sites had for $79. Charged an additional $30 for shipping. The other sites did not have his size so I was stuck. They didn't fit so I had to return them. They took much longer to process the refund than other sites and they only refunded the cost of the shoes so I lost $30 for absolutely nothing. I will never deal with them again and discourage anyone else from doing so.
The box they sent was all tore up. The shoes were just put in a damaged box and shoes looked worn! I am done with this company
I will NEVER buy from this site again. I ordered red basketball shoes and they sent me black football cleats. No biggie really. Mistakes happen. But then I realize the "free" return shipping label they gave me will take about 2 weeks for the shoes to get back to them. If I'd like to ship them faster I can go to their website and buy an express label for $30. No thanks. So I used the "free" return label and asked for a refund. As it turns out, the "free" return label isn't free at all. It will cost you $6.99. They take it from your refund. So basically I had to pay $6.99 for THEIR mistake. Un-freaking-believable. Never again.
Send me the wrong color and it took about 2 weeks to get to my house. Then i go on the site to get another pair of the right color and the price goes up $30 and i cant return bc there service is terrible and they just send it back w an error. NEVER BUY FROM CHAMPS.

I've been getting my shoes at champs for 2 years now! I bought some shoes and tried them out at home and they didn't fit me so the next day I went to turn them. The person said that they had already been worn. How could they have been worn if they didn't even fit! They didn't want to give me my money back and told me I could exchange them even though I didn't want to buy shoes from there. I ended up getting different shoes but I'll never shop from my shoes there anymore, I prefer footacion (:

I ordered my shoes through champs standard delivery five business days that would be the most well it's been a week and my order is still processing hasn't even been shipped this is truly disappointing
My son's shoes showed in 2 days. GREAT... they were supposed to be standard delivery and take about 5 days... really great!. No complaint here except it's free shipping over $75. $116 was our order and it showed up with POSTAGE DUE! Customer service was less then helpful. Shoes are good quality though. Would be afraid to order again.
Im doing this for my wife. She order a pair of sneakers that took a long time for her to receive thats the beginning of a horrible experience. So she finally receive them. Surprise she open the box to find one of the sneaker had a horrible defect that was very noticeable right dead smack in the middle. Not only that to also find out they were both different shoe size. What type of employers they have working there that they dont check the merchandise before they ship out. Horrible experience will never shop there or order from them. That store should be shut down
Horrible! I am still so furious with champs. They tripled my original order. When I called them to get the 2 orders cancelled they accused me of ordering the same shoes 3 times! After investigating further, they finally admitted that there was a glitch in their system and that somehow it tripled my order. To make matters worse, they Couldn't cancel my orders because it was already being process. My credit card got charged 3 times and I had to ship the shoes back and wait for them to receive it to get my refund. HORRIBLE customer service. Please save yourself a headache and order elsewhere.
Answer: You may never get them. Even if you click the link and check your order status and it says, "fully shipped" that does not mean you are getting your shoes. They will not notify you if they do not have them in stock - even though they said they did when you placed your order. Just waited over a month and made a couple of phone calls through the wait period. Endured being on hold and on the phone for over 1.5 hours. Was told a week ago that they would be sent. Today find out that they knew then that they didn't have them.
