Champ Sports never fails to disappoint. Almost every time I order shoes, there is a problem. My last order with them was cancelled about 5 days after placing the order, plus an additional 5 days to actually get the refund. Also lost my promo code that I used for the purchase. It was 25% off because they messed up my last order. Do yourself a favor and buy somewhere more reputable.

I was kind enough to give champssports.com a chance right after hearing all of the negatives reviews but they blew their chance off. I ordered a Nike city bright hoodie knowing how beautiful the colors on that hoodie were I was super excited throughout the whole week only to find out later today that they had canceled my order. What a pathetic joke this company is unbelievable ima start shopping at Wss more often and ditch champs sports.

Champs.com is the worst place to order from! I ordered my shoes 2 weeks ago and still haven't received them! I called customer service and spoke to a representative and he was so unprofessional! Didn't care at all about my situation! I asked to speak to a manager and so he hangs up on me! I will never purchase from champs again! I will continue to shop at footlocker and adidas. Customer service is everything!

I placed and order with Champs and was notified my package shipped on 10/2 and the tracking showed it would arrive on 10/3. When the package did not arrive on 10/3, I went
To track it, and it appeared the order never shipped... all tracking detail disappeared. I chatted with CS on 10/4, they said it would definitely ship out. On Monday, still no tracking detail. I CALLED customer service on 10/7, they insisted the package would definitely ship out. I checked on 10/8, still nothing. I chatted again with Customer Service on 10/8 and they told me the store was going to go down to Footlocker to get some shipping boxes and I could be assured my package would ship today. WHAT? I told them I wanted my order changed to in store pickup. They would not. I told them I wanted my order canceled and they said they could not do so. They offered me a 20% off coupon. As if I'd EVER shop from them again. Unacceptable and horrible customer service. DO NOT ORDER FROM CHAMPS ONLINE!

I ordered a pair of sneakers for my daughter but they weren't the ones she wanted. They were never worn or used or even tried on. I returned them with their tags on, clean soles and the laces tied in the original way they came which was not a way that a person could wear them. Champs mailed them back saying they were used. WTH? I called them and they told me "Well you know we have pictures of the sneakers we sent to you" as if to threaten me or say I was a liar. I said good for you but I have the sneakers back and they are not worn so I can send you pictures too. After a long wait on hold, I was told that I could return them because they were sent to me from a store and not from the warehouse and they in fact did not have pictures. They said someone could have tried them on in the store and then they sent them to me. So Champs... you are sending me a pair of sneakers you consider used but tried to sell to me as new? Anyway I returned them and waited for my refund that never came. I had to call them and they admitted they didn't know why I wasn't refunded. Ordering online should be a convenience this was a huge hassle. I will not be shopping here again.

I ordered my daughter some size 7 Jordans and received men's size 10 Adidas. After horrible customer service on trying to figure out how I get the right shoes I was told I would have to wait roughly 2 weeks (already waited a week and she starts school soon) after I sent back the wrong shoes to receive the right ones. So to speed it up I decided since I wear size 10 that I would see if I could just buy the Adidas too. The chat guy asked me if I was sure I didn't order the Adidas after I provided them with the order number for the Jordans and have all the paperwork for them. I was told I was already assisted on the matter and they couldn't let me just buy the Adidas. So now since Champs Sports messed up my order I have to drive 45 minutes to the nearest ups store to ship them.

Horrible Service

I ordered sneakers for my daughter online through Champs. She was all excited to start school with them but they never came. I call customer service and they said they need to do an investigation first and that they'll get back to me in two weeks and let me know what my options are then. Excuse me? Did I not pay for the sneakers? Did I not pay for shipping for a specific time period? Did I not pay you your money in full? Do I have a history of claiming items weren't delivered? But I have to wait 2 weeks or more to find out if I will even get them resent or my money back... or what?! Are you kidding me? So my daughter doesn't get to wear her new sneakers to school or I have to buy them again and just cross my fingers and hope you give me my money back? This is horrible. You are the only company that operates like this! I will never ever ever buy from your company again and no one in my family will either!

Disgusting company
July 30, 2019

I had to exchange a pair of limited editions boots 3 times total. The first two were complicated enough but the third time exchanging them for the actual proper size was disgusting. I did everything I had to on my end and I did not see any product sent to me. When I called, three weeks later, they said that the exchange product was received to them however they stated "someone didn't do their job." No one sent me a new product or refunded me with my money. The customer service was disgusting. I had to be on the phone arguing how this is completely unacceptable and with both the representative and the supervisor. She couldn't even give me proper straight away answers. No idea how she was even hired for that position and responsibility. I will never order anything from there ever again as I was basically scammed out of almost $200 if I never followed up. Disgusting company. No wonder their sales are declining rapidly.

I Took My Son To Your Foot Action Store In The Mall And We Purchased Three pair of sneakers and megan said my total was 480.00 so that is what i gave her in cash. When i got to my truck i looked at my receipt and it said 439.00 so i called the store and spoke to the manager and he recounted the draw and said it was not over and i told them that she took that money because i know what i gave her. So i asked for the next person in charge and they gave me stephanie's number and she said that they needed to do an investigation and she would let me know the out come, well she said there was nothing that they could do and i am just out of 40.00 i am so upset right now! You all have just lost a great customer! And everything in the dark will always come to the light.

Well my card was charged $270.63 my bank let me know they would not hold my money from me for any reason and to contact Champs. This has become a nightmare.

Worst company ever!

I hope this company goes out of business. It's a huge scam. I ordered shoes back in December that were 7 1/2. These shoes fit more like an 8 1/2. I was planning on returning them. However, my dad ended up having a stroke and I had to leave for a few months to take care of him. I'm home now and this company is telling me they can't do ANYTHING for me. I also had a item that I needed to return to lululemon that I received back in December. Lulu's online chat was so understanding and helpful! Champs really needs to take some notes from Lululemon's customer service! It's not my fault that I needed to leave to take care of my dad and it's not my fault that this company can't size their shoes correctly.

I took advantage of a 25% off coupon online, I ordered a pair of retros and clicked on my size Upon finishing my order it then proceeded to tell me "error" telling me my size wasn't available (I called the store and they had my size) and got redirected to home page. Tried AGAIN! Different store this time and the same error popped up again. Little did I know my card was charged TWICE! Called customer service, the lady was actually nice! Had to cancel one of the orders and wait like 2-3 business days for a refund. I ordered my shoes for PICK UP THAT DAY, I kept waiting and waiting and no email confirmation yet as to when I could pick up my shoes I HAD TO CALL 3 TIMES and they told me my was available for pick up, email STILL! Hasn't told me my order was ready too. So if you order online for pick up, make sure you keep calling the store to make sure it's ready for pick up! DO NOT WAIT FOR AN EMAIL CONFIRMATION! Overall happy with the shoes I got! But the experience was a pain in the neck!

Horrible customer service

HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE! Will NEVER go back. "Manager" April is a liar with a lot of attitude. Internet went down in the middle of my $400 sell. I was told not to leave the store. My back showed the sale completed, but April said it was on hold. I ended up having to wait for over an hour. I asked for the DM's phone number to be told by April that she didn't have it. The only number she had was for customer service. I requested a refund and was told I could not have one I called customer service and put the call on speaker for April to hear and the supervisor at customer service to talk to her. She told them she didn't tell me not to leave the store. I told her not to lie only to have April to tell me to lower my voice. She told customer service she had spoken to her DM about the situation. I told her she had lied to me again only to find out from the supervisor (Dave) at customer service this is company policy. The DM doesn't talk to customers. I was told by Dave he could not help me that it would be 7 days before he could even see the transaction. I had to wait an hour only for April to rering my purchase and get the last 4 numbers of my card. VERY UPSET? Over this whole process.

I bought a pair of Air Jordans, paid cash... returned them in store, the same store I bought them. From, and was told they didn't have enough money to refund me... no other options whatsoever. So I go to ANOTHER Champs store, and do an exchange because I saw a shoe I liked. AGAIN, with 106 due to me, Im told the same thing. So I offer to have them put it on my credit card, which I was told would be on there IMMEDIATELY, HUGE MISTAKE! I call customer service, and they tell me it'll be 5 to 7 business days... 5 TO 7 BUSINESS DAYS! ARE YOU KIDDING ME?! NEVER... EVER AGAIN WILL I PURCHASE ANYTHING FROM THEM! WHY ACCEPT CASH FOR PURCHASE, BUT NOT HAVE ANY IN YOUR STORE?! PURE BULL$#*!!

I sincerely wish I had read these reviews before I ordered from this company. Unfortunately, they were the only site that had the shoes that I wanted at the time. Unfortunately, the shoes did not fit after I waited forever to receive them. I put them back in the box that they came in, slapped the return label on it and shipped them back the same day that I received them. It's been nearly 3 weeks now and I still have not received a receipt confirmation or a refund. I have called several times and have waited 45 minutes to almost an hour each time and still can't get someone on the phone! Unbelievable. The chat feature on their site is bogus. It never works. I hope that enough people read these reviews and decide to shop elsewhere that this company goes out of business. Seriously, this like some kind of Ponzi scheme. I buy stuff online all the time and have never dealt with a company this disreputable. I wish I can give them zero stars. Save yourself a lot frustration and loss of time and money. Shop somewhere else. DO NOT enable these crooks. Champs is a company that just begs for a class action lawsuit.

I am in complete disbelief as to the lengths that Champs Sports would go to keep $25. I purchased a $25 gift card on Dec 10 to be sent to my nephew in Texas. The gift card was never received. I have been going back and forth via email (the only effective method of contact) with them since Dec 16. If you call you can plan on sitting on hold for at least half an hour before getting any assistance and the chat feature on their site doesn't really exist. They have flat out refused to give me a refund and refused to provide proof of delivery or even shipment. They have gone back and forth saying they would reissue a gift card to refusal to reissue the gift card. Five days ago they sent me an email stating the gift card was reissued and sent via email, even though I have repeatedly told them I no longer want the gift card. The gift card was never sent nor received, so I sent them yet another email. Today I get an email stating that the gift card they supposedly sent to Texas in December was redeemed on Jan 3 in Missouri, so they cancelled the reissue. So... I'm the one pulling the scam, huh? Really? Future reference folks... Champs Sports is not a reputable company. Ordered a pair of new jordans on 01/11/2019 didn't receive confirmation email until 01/14 and was unable to reach customer service by phone or email or live chat the whole time. Received my order today on time in perfect condition. However I will not be shopping online with champs sports due to unneeded stress caused by horrible customer service.

How is it possible that Champs sport has constantly long wait times. I have ordered a pair of Lebrons XVI "20/20" through them at store, but because they my didn't have my size in stock so I placed an order through them to have it shipped to my place. NO EMAIL OR CONTACT before cancelling my order. I only found out after calling them several times and waited over 30-40 mins each time to get a response.

My recommendations:
If they don't have your size in store don't buy it there. Move on to a different store and find your size. Champs customer service the worst and should not be. Unless they are getting thousands upon thousands a call a day, wait times should not be over 15 minutes. Don't deal with customer service just move on and go elsewhere.
