I ordered my shoes on the 16th. Tracking information says they're still sitting there waiting for carrier pickup so I'm canceling my order. I did it with PayPal so I'm having PayPal handle it so I know I'm going to get my money back. Don't order from this place I'm not saying they won't ship your stuff but they won't ship it fast enough for it to be any use to you

Well when you call the you can't get anyone that speaks CLEAR UNDERSTANDABLE English. I didn't get my full order I ordered 2 of each thing for 1 of each. They tried to give me partial refund umm no I want my items I ordered or a FULL refund. She said she had to call the store to see what happened. Then gets back on line and says they don't have it. Well does the warehouse or another store you can ship from. She comes back and says you will have the items in 2 business days. Said I'll get a email with new order number. Never did! Their customer service sucks! Clearly the slip said 2 each I got 1 of each.

On 5 separate occasions now I ended up paying extra to buy shoes from other retailers because of the constant Champs issues. From adding to cart to (eventually) attempting checkout, just a big ball of crap.

ORDERED TWO WHITE ITEMS, BOTH PRICED AT $10(NOT $100) ONE WAS DIRTY & OTHER WAS TOO SMALL. CONTACTED CUSTOMER SERVICE, THEY STATED A REFUND WOULD BE ISSUED FOR THE DIRTY ITEM, WEEKS LATER THEY'RE NOW ASKING FOR PICTURES OF THE DIRTY ITEM AFTER I WAS TOLD MY REFUND WILL BE ISSUED. SECOND ITEM I RETURNED VIA MAIL AND THEY ONLY ISSUED A 3rd OF WHAT I PAID FOR IT. THE $20+ DOLLARS I SPENT WASN'T REALLY AN ISSUE BUT THE WAY THEY WENT ABOUT THE REFUND WAS JUST TRIFLING. RETURNED A $10 ITEM AND THEM BASTARDS CHARGED ME A $7 FEE TO RETURN IT. I HATE CHAMPS LOW BUDGET A@$ AND WILL N E V E R CONDUCT BUSINESS WITH THEM EVER AGAIN!

Stole my Money
December 4, 2022

I purchased an item for pick up and received an email stating on a certain date if not picked up the item will be shipped to my billing address. We'll that day came and I received an email stating I picked the item up. I figured they are now shipping the item. Then 3 days later I checked the status of the order to also find it says the item was picked up. So I call customer service who tried to contact the manager if the location. After 45 mins she trys to lie and say the stores closed. I ask to speak to a supervisor. We'll she also try to say they are closed. I told her you have 15 mins Ieft to get in touch with your people I either want the item shipped to my address or my money back. The supervisor ask me to call back tomorrow. I said no you call me back cause I am not going to call you to wait while you get the store on the line. Supervisor tells me she can call me back in 3 days per policy. So either I call tomorrow and stay in hold while they call and their associates don't answer or I wait for management to call me back in 3 days. After I didn't pick my item up they basically marked it as I did and now I cannot get my money back unless the person who claimed I picked it up decides to tell the truth. Customer service won't help so I have to contact my bank. It's a nightmare! Don't shop at champs foot locker or any of the partnering companies.

I made an order from Canada, 5 days later it says delivered from UPS! I was home all day and nobody rang at the door! I called customer service they said it is going to take up to 8 days to make the investigation if they refund me or not! This is terrible, I deeply regret buying there

New MB. 01 / Kimmery

I would like to personally thank Kimmery over at the Champs toll free number *******813. She was very courteous and knowledgeable in the shoes I was looking for, the new PUMA MB. 01 LaMelo Ball shoes and she assisted me in placing my order. This was after some real speedbumps with other shoe companies trying to obtain these new release basketball shoes for my son's birthday. I am happy that I could find them at a legitimate sports company like Champs and not have to use a secondary website that I know nothing about. Fake Jordans

Recently bought a new pair Jordan 13 Court Purple, didn't even waste a second before I realized that they gave me fake Jordans. The price's looked reasonable so I was kind of surprised, then again I also should have looked at the reviews. I'm not completely sure if all of there shoe brands are fake, but most Jordan's are. If you're looking to buy some Jordan's, don't shop here.

I ordered some shoes that I had brought that was a new release and I never had got the shoes inside the box was a bag of tape that was different colors. When I contact champs that told me that they could do nothing about at. These mothers$#*!ers don't deserve a dollar nor a star in that case. I WILL NEVER ORDER FROM THEM EVER AGAIN. I HOPE THAT YALL THINK ABOUT IT BEFORE PURCHASING YALL MIGHT NOT GET YOURS. WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE

I purchase two pairs of shoe from online the two pairs of shoes came one of the pair of shoes was the display pairs it was very worn out and returned it for a next pair and the next pair of sheo was even worst like somebody worn them and take it back I will never ever shop from champ I see why the don't make that much business cause the customer service is very poor

Exchanges terrible

Will never buy shoes in any Champs again, purchased a pair of Adidas shoes in December as a gift, they were too small, I went to the store to change them and they did not have the right size so I asked for store credit to buy a different shoe and I showed proof of purchase through bank statement that I paid $109.00 as I couldn't find the original receipt and they
Refused to give me full credit and offered me $40.00. No other store does that and that is why no one should support Champs as they are not champs but losers.

Any other store should have exchanged them, worst customer service

No concern for your loss

I went to the north point mall store and they didn't have the size I wanted so I was going to pick out another style, the cashier suggested that I pay for it there and I can pick it up at another store. I asked her how far is the store because I live in Roswell she said 15-20 minutes away. I was sent to the Cumberland store in Atlanta which cost me $100 in total by taxi, I called the manager at the Alpharetta store and told him that I need my money back for the taxi I was told because I didn't tell the employee I was catching a taxi there is nothing he can do. So a tennis that originally $126 now cost me $227.

NEVER BUY HERE AGAIN

No Wonder they have a low review! I ordered shoes on sale, Champs sent them to me used! I sent them back and Champs sent them back again stating they had been worn and were not able to restock them. I feel scammed! I'm on the phone foe an hour with customer service and no resolution! CHAMPS YOU SUCK!
