Well I was a unhappy customer but Cellular outfitter has been very cordial to make sure I am satisfied great customer service.
They sent other items and charged me foor them and i have called them 8 times and cant talk to anyone always voice mail
After reviewing my order and seeing that it was canceled prior to shipping - they did refund my original shipping. Thanks for making it right.

I ordered 50 cases and they don't tell you shipping but charge $103 for shipping. I called and no answer. I emailed and said to cancel my order because it was cheaper and free shipping for the same thing on Amazon. I had not shipping confirmation and my card was not charged. No activity for 5 days. I ordered from Amazon and received my order in 2 days. Then I get an email that they can't cancel the order and it will be coming but I can return it once I get it. Oh and then I have to pay to ship it back to them. Then they try to sell you something else and only return the cost of the cases. So $103 for shipping and $15 to ship it back and NO product. Very poor customer service and you should avoid them at all costs-because it will COST you. Even if you only want one item - the shipping will be more than the item. Get it on Amazon.
Good Relations with Costumers i had problem with the shipping amount gave me a decent discount on shipping and decrease the price of the item as well

Great prices and great selection for iPhones items. Shipping costs reasonable and love that they give you tracking info and notify you of delivery.
Any problems I've had which are few and far between have always been resolved. No company is perfect but this one tries to fix their mistakes ASAP.

Ordered something and changed my mind right after I ordered it. Ask to cancel and they wouldn't even cancel it! Shipping is to expensive!
