My only issue with the site is that sometimes you are able to get thru the order process simply and others you have to wait and try again another day. I assume a software glitch
Shipping takes a few weeks but always gets here eventually.
I had ordered 3 phone cases, only received 1. I had sent an email/message to your customer care team and I have not heard a word, its been going on 3 days... very unprofessional. Lousy customer service.

There was so much stuff to choose from and the prices are so much cheaper than from a cellular store.
Sent different stand than i ordered, phone case specifically made for my phone didn't fit... Temper shield is good.
Always use this site, will always refer friends, I just wish there was more choice of colors and options. I bought a very nice bag, I was going to give to my granddaughter, well, had it come in other color options, that would have been very nice. Also, larger bag selections!

1, Did not arrive until dec. 28 after Christmas
2. Phone cases did not fit my phones to small asked for return
3. Cellular Outfitters want track number,
4. Order number,
5. Then pictures.
They have delayed for 2 weeks, just want return authorization and my money back!
Couldn't change my order 5 min. After making it tried calling they never answer phone hours change every time I called didn't receive order even no it was wrong worst site I ever dealt with would not recomend this site to anyone who expects good service even after 15 times of tryng to talk finally got chat they told me 3 different stories totaly screwed me

Worst experience ever, and I order online all the time. I ordered Dec. 3rd, the company kept my money and did NOT ship anything. I contacted them to see where my order is because they were Christmas presents, and their representative was rude, never apologized for never sending my order, dragged the process out another week, and told me it was reprocessed and sent, except for 2 items that they sold out of and now cant send, even though I ordered them weeks ago. When I complained about not having everything in stock I ordered, he refunded only a partial refund, and all I asked is fairness about getting refunded for the part of the order they couldn't fulfill. So he took it upon himself to CANCEL the order that he told me had already shipped 2 days prior, and STILL only gave a partial refund. I want the order I placed!
They are deceptive, terrible customer service, terrible attention to customer service, terrible, terrible, terrible. DO NOT ORDER! You will not receive the order, but they will not contact you. They will try to just keep your money, give you the run around about finally getting your order, keeping your money the whole time.
Don't think you are getting a deal. The products are cheaply made, you get what you pay for. Cellular Outfitters is Emporium Wireless. Buyer beware.
Ordering for Cellular Outfitter turned out to be very disappointing. I went on line and said my order was complete, when actually they did not have the three phone cases I ordered. I had to call them, only to find out the product was not in stock. Cellular Outfitter said my products would come straight from the manufacturer, they could give me approximate time frame for the delivery of the products I ordered. Cellular Outfitters blamed the holidays. What a joke? The blame should be on Cellular Outfitter for not being in stock on a advertise product.
Bought case & screen protector for my LG phone. Both fit perfectly and were installed without a problem. I would be comfortable ordering again from Cellular Outfitter.

I have bought two items from Cellular Outfitter and am very pleased with both.
One was a cover for my husband's phone, which was very hard to find, but Cellular had one! He loves it! The other item was the wallet case with magnetic hold for the phone for my Galaxy S5. I love it and use it all the time. Convenient for those quick trips so I don't have to carry my entire purse with me all the time. It carries everything I need, and I like the fact that when I get a call, I can just take the phone right out of the case so quickly.
