I'm satisfied with the product and the prompt service, but I can't get off their e-mail list for promos! The unsubscribe feature doesn't work, so I e-mailed the company. I received a speedy response to an earlier e-mail about my order, but I've had no response to my request to be removed from the promo list.

Great! I really appreciate the content of my product and what it has to offer. I really like the fact it was delivered on time and in great condition.

Everything was great except the crazy barrage of promo emails the following week. I seriously probably got 10 emails per day for the rest of the week

I had two orders that weren't correct - each for a different reason - and CO's customer service department folks were prompt about sorting it out, which I really appreciated. Will keep ordering from them - gear that I need at good prices.

I ordered two cases and only received one. They said the other one was on backorder and would send it as soon as they had a back in stock. Now they're saying they won't refund my money or give me another case because it's being longer than 90 days. So that's how they scam you out of your money. Either give me my money back or send me a new case!

Slow to reply, but - the issue was resolved and all questions answered.

It would be 5 stars but 1of the items I wanted was out of stock. Besides that I got exactly what I order and the quality was okay.

Products seem to be of excellent quality and build.
I tend to be a bit fussy when it comes to things that get used so frequently. These are comfortable to wear and access the phone.

In my haste I initially ordered an incorrect size for my husbands and daughters phone. My daughters was replaced immediately! (And that one was critical) but I am still waiting for my husbands case to arrive. Thank you.

Ordered items on 12/22, using Priority Mail, with expected delivery on 12/27. (Had to ship from West to East coast.) Received by Christmas Eve with all items ordered!

Ordering was smooth and easy, and delivery was lightning quick. Products were good overall, though the glass screen protectors weren't spectacular (haven't been able to get them to completely stick around the edges without bubbles). In their defense, they weren't for the latest phones and not the first that didn't work spectacularly, but better than the last we tried.

Great experience. It was easy to order and everything was delivered on time.

The car charger heats up
Very hot, i don't dare use it. The holster I ordered does not fit my phone as it said it would, its too small and tight. I ordered it to fit my phone description and its too small.

I just love my phone cover and it came very quickly

I purchased the Butterfly Wallet Case. It is beautiful and the company is great to customers. However, I have an iPhone 7 Plus, and if I try to talk on the phone while it's in the case, nobody can hear me. I have to remove it from the case before I can talk to anyone. So, excellent customer service, beautiful product, but not much good when no one can hear me. This is why I only rated three stars.

Item was as advertised. Thanks much. We had a worn out OEM charger for my daughter's phone and this one did the trick just fine.

Claim to be cheaper, but not exactly. Sneaking charges by other means
