I have ordered items several times from CellularOutfitter and have never had a problem with anything I've purchased.

They are quick to verify and confirm orders, and the delivery of an order is as they indicate on the shopping cart checkout.

The site should tell you up front the cost of shipping at all levels when you check out.
I paid via PayPal and was not notified of the shipping charge until after the transaction, just not right. I sent several emails to cancel only to be ignored. Never again
I received my order pieces were missing and some of the items were not manufactured properly I sent pictures back to prove my findings. My order totaled $13.98 + $11.98 shipping & handling = $25.96 they stated that they would send me back $6.99 I would like all my money back I know that's not going to happen, these were gifts for family members, I was very disappointed.
Great way to get phone accessories cheap and in a timely manner. I have never been disappointed.

I shop on line ALL THE TIME. I've never had so much trouble placing an order, reaching the company. I was sent and charged for (2) orders. Could not get anyone to help me. So frustrating I just gave up. Eventhough Im extremely frugal, i dont evencare about The money; it's impossible to deal with this company. Great prices; nowhere near worth hassle. Never again. Strongly NOT RECOMMENDED.
Got item within the time they stated. Packaging was good. Actually did not realize that the case had a covee that came out so you can use the phone with out the flip case. A plus! Shipping was about the same as the item I purchased, but like the items, so was worth it. Screen saver purchased for my galaxy does not cover whole screen. It was easy to apply. Part of the flip on my case is cracked and only had it a week. The crack is not worth shipping back for price I already paid.
It sounds great! 40% off your order, no shipping charges listed, until you hit process. Then you see shipping equivalent to your so called discount. Then trying to call is impossible because they do not answer! They are awful.
Anyway for those who think wow no shipping! I went back and found their shipping here is the policy. Crazy thing is when ordering, you have no choice for shipping.

All orders shipped via Express Mail will require signature upon delivery.
Received my item very quickly! I swear it was less than a week!
Prices are good, but shipping charges bring them over the top, and they only show up in the final invoice, AFTER the order is confirmed. I ordered earbuds for $5, and had to pay +$10 in shipping. So I ended up paying more than I would have paid for a similar item at another retailer. I tried to cancel the order as soon as I got the invoice and saw the charge, but it is impossible to get anyone on the phone, or through email, or by "Contact Us" on their website. I tried all these different ways to contact them for several days, to no avail. At the same time I started getting multiple marketing emails every day from them, although I specifically did not sign up for them. No one ever got back to me about my issue, even until today, but they definitely rushed to ship my order. I will not order from them again.
I am happy with the products I ordered.
I was somewhat dissatisfied because I became committed to the extra shipping cost before I could edit not to. It was not listed, that I could see, so that I could choose to not use that extra cost.
I ordered a new phone case, and they took it upon themselves to charge me $28 for rush fed ex mail.
The case came to approximately $16! And they had the nerve to charge me this outrageous shipping charge.
I have contacted them several times- asking them nicely to credit me the shipping charges I do not want. All I get is a form letter answer. I have asked them to send me a pre-paid shipping label as I do not want the case. Again no answer.
I will be blogging and posting it on Facebook if they don't answer my request.
Yet I am still getting e-mails in the range of 2-4 a day- still trying to get me to order.

I received incorrect products and I have tried for several days to call. I have yet to have a person to answer the phone! I also paid extra for express shipping and it took 8 days to receive my wrong items. I should have received it in 2 to 4 days! I will never purchase from Cellular Outtfitters again.
Order was received on time, and just as described. Very happy with my purchase.
Never again! Not what it said! Ordered cause I thought it was for a certain phone but it didn't fit!
