They do not read emails. I wanted my shipping changed. Sent them two emails. Never bothered to change it. I got charged twice the value of the items I bought, for shipping. The cost of shipping gets added at the end without offering the buyer a chance to see what the cost is.
When I made the purchase it stated no shipping fee, once I received the confirmation it stated an $18 shipping fee that was debited from my account. Unbelievable! Such a scam! And the best part is that the return policy states that shipping fees are not included in returns. So basically if I'd return the phone case, I'd get $2 returned, what a joke. So I paid $18 for a phone case. Such a scam, I will just resell it to get my money back.
Love this sight. I only wish it had more styles for my particular phone. I have ordered from this sight multiple times and have always been satisfied.
As I have learned, as have apparently hundreds, if not thousands of others, the excessive hidden shipping charge is poor business practice. I will withhold final judgment until package arrives with product, but do not see a second purchase from this company.
I recently purchased a Case and Screen Protector for my Galaxy S7 smartphone.
Based on my 2 items purchased, it was noted that I would get a free stylus along with it.
I paid for the two item ($14.98) + shipping ($11.98), which seems high such small items.
The big problem is that they ONLY shipped me the Case and not the Screen Protector, or the free stylus.
I sent an email to the company and have not heard back.
In summary, I am very disappointed.
I will NOT be buying anymore phone accessories from this company in the future. They have good prices, but charge a lot for the shipping (which is a additional profit) and did not process the order correctly.
I ordered a phone charger for my car from Cellular Outfitter. The charger arrived in good shape and in a reasonable time. It works fine and I trust it will work for a long time coming
I bought an iPhone 6 Plus chalet but came and did not fit.
I wrote back over two days ago and haven't heard back.

I am very unset with your company. Plus I paid for Priority Shipping so they Charged me $13.97 for something that didn't cost your company but $5.90 at the most, as I also sell in Bulk and get discount Postal rates, so I know the cost for shipping Priority Padded Envelopes for which this was shipped in, which is why it is broken. I ordered the screen cover and rose gold case for the Iphone 6s. Overall everything was great with the ordering process, shipping, etc. The cell phone case is great - pretty standard but achieves its purpose! However, I did have a problem with the quality of the screen cover. I contacted the customer service team on Monday and have not heard back at all.
I will start from the beginning Ive been talking and emailing your people for over a week and every time I get something new that is no help.
I ordered the product (phone case) and the screens didnt work right and I couldnt see my order total or the price of anything finally a subtotal I guess popped up and was gone but it said 9.07. I thought this was the total so I was ok with that. Then it poped up another page that had noting dso do with my order and it had no way to close it. I emailed asap to tell them to stop the order as when it hit my band account it was 17.70 a far cry from the 9.07. Finally I get an order and I saw the shipping. I emailed again with no response. Then I started getting email and I was responding with please cancel my order and explaining what happened. Finally I get an email that had a phone number on it and of course it had already been shipped so I told the whole story again. I was told to just refuse it when it came in the mail. That was what I did probably over a week ago. Now I get an email telling WHEN I return it I need an RMA number. I told her in the email that she responded to that I had already returned the package over a week ago. Are these emails just bots or what because I dont ever seem to get a correct answer. Im going to wait alittle while long and then im going on ebay and amazon and give negative feedback on this whole experience. Then Im going to place a claim with them since you refuse to give my money back. Funny that you ask if im a robot when I think all of the emails I get are bot generated. Even this page is a pos, I have had to do this verification that Im not a robot 3 times now. It just keeps saying processing then it says the verification has expired. Really! Well I had to refresh it and it still didnt work. Now Im going to try for the 6th time.
Fast shipping & products just as advertised. Compare with same items at retail you will see the savings.
I thought I was paying $16.99 for a product and when the confirmation page loaded, I actually paid $26.99. A $9.99 shipping charge was added to my order without my authorization I will never order from here again and will return my purchase.
You have great products and excellent service only thing is shipping is pricey there should be no shipping if you order from time to time overall excellen...
Cellular Outfitter is above to give me some equipment and items that I would be buying at three times the cost at a bricks and mortar store. Very nice website. Items arrive rather quickly. I recommend them.
I purchased a wallet and hard case love love love them. Also purchased screen protectors don't stay on well so I bought several at the price can't beat it... love this store
I purchased a phone cover and a glass lens cover.The case was fine, but the glass was sent in an envelope and was broken and not usable upon its arrival. Should have been packaged better to prevent this. Now I am out a $8.00 screen glass.
