I put a order in for two coats, January 4,2019. The first issue I had with this company was no customer service. I communicated with people only through emails, it took someone two weeks to reply with the first email I sent on January 17. The coats finally arrived February 13, and they both were too small. So I contacted by email again, to receive instructions on how the send coats back, I was informed I had to pay for shipping which was 57.00 dollars almost the same price I spent for the coats. I emailed again to see if they reimburse for shipping and of course they didn't, In between the back in forth emails I got frustrated and ask for a refund, one email stated they can't send a refund when the items are already being shipped for delivery. I constantly check for shipping status and it stated destination in Los Angeles. Another email I received mentioned if they didn't have the proper sizes. I would receive a refund for the shipping cost only. I received one coat in the size I asked, once again I emailed again because no informed me the coats would be shipped separate, because both coats arrived together. I stated I wanted a refund for the coat that hadn't arrived, of course they didn't send the refund, long story short I finally received the other coat March 23, this has been the worst online shopping experience I ever had, and I love online shopping needless to say I will never ever do business with cathybuy again each person I emailed said different things when it came to refunds, this company made the it clear this company is more concerned with making a profit instead of satisfying their customers.

I ordered a dress, but I'm not at my Home address, I'm in Vegas. The asked for BILLING Card Info, and USUALLY Next (LEGIT companies) ask for SHIPPING Address. Which in this case would be Different from my Billing address. I didn't want the order to go to my home & get stolen. Without asking for shipping address they Sent the Order through! I IMMEDIATELY Searched for a Customer service number, NOTHING.
Didn't have time to wait for an email, Clicked on Customer service, saw Options 1. Cancel order 2. Change Shipping address etc. Clicked on 2, & NOTHING

They Wouldn't let me Cancel, OR CHANGE ADDRESS. They don't care WHERE the order goes, they GOT MY MONEY. Aftr reading all NEGATIVE REVIEWS, I know Now, the order Never would've came, OR it would've been WRONG SIZE, COLOR, and most likely JUNK. But IM no Rookie, I IMMEDIATELY called my bank, and STOPPED THAT PAYMENT! That had ALREADY been applied for withdrawal in a matter of ONE MINUTE! They TAKE YOUR MONEY IMMEDIATELY!
