Never buy from this company unless you are petite and then better order xl the shirts are lovely but and I repeat but way too small my arm ill not fit into the long sleeve shirt I ordered xxl what a joke told me to take a picture well I should have checked the complaints before I bought them please people do not waste your time took a month to get them they come from china need I say more... yes china is ripping us off
Received my item, clothing like the picture, poor quality and fit. Began the very lengthy returns process, video had to jump through several hoops before finally being given a return address, they even offered me a discount and suggested I gifted it to someone! I finally returned this item in April at a cost of 6 pounds. Looks like an English website, it's China. The top cost 17 so that's 23 in total. I haven't received a penny back and don't expect to. I have since seen the same item for 3.99! Absolute robbers.
I ordered the coat from this site and I got wrong size, wrong color, very poor quality. When I tried to get my money back, they told me that I will get only $8 which I still wait from them. I bought it last year. Be careful, don't let to trick you!
Please do not purchase anything from this Website. The products you will receive is nothing like what you see on their website. They will not return your money. If you have paid with Paypal, file a dispute case with Paypal. That is the only way you will get your money back. Good Luck to those who fell into their scam on getting your money back.
Fraudulent, I ordered in June with an expectation to receive my items in 7-14. The money was deducted from my account. I have corresponded through email, never the same person and I'm asked the same questions. Don't place an order with this company. It should be removed.
This company is a total scam. Stay away, do not buy anything from them. Their items are not as described and they give you the complete run around if you want to return anything. I finally got them to agree to a refund if I returned the items and they refused the return and sent it back to me. Now they will not respond to my e-mails. Do yourself a favor and never, ever buy anything from them!
This is the worst purchase I have ever made. The "coats" are nothing but thin felt with lining. The stitching is like something a 12 year old woild make on their first sdewing project. Terrible! I will NEVER purchase from here again!
They are playing with me a bout 6 month. I ordered $120 Items. After 2 month Items received one by one each they. It was not like catalog and very bad quality. I emailed them many time after one month they said sent it to Los Angeles. I sent it there and paid post cost. And they never never refund my money! I emailed them many times but no answer.
Would give no stars if I could... Took over a month and threatening them with action by my lawyer, but one of my items finally arrived. A horrible pair of "knock-off" boots that looked nothing like the photo that was advertised on their website. This company is a scam and money grabber, and should be shut down.
A week ago I ordered 3 items. Usually you get tracking information within 48 hours or confirmation of your order being shipped. I've received NOTHING! Don't order from this company!
Still waiting for my package, ordered 2 weeks ago. Sent questions to customer service and was told I would be notified when it was shipped. What's taking so long? Is their advertising excluding their length of wait and where they are located. How much interest do they accumulate on our payments while they are not producing the product? It would be interesting to see what the FTC has to say. Has anybody filed a complaint there? If so, what type of response did you get?
I never received my order plus they don't have a phone number to contact them you can't get in touch with them no matter what you do. They will definitely be reported to the better business bureau. I'm a lawyer and this is not legal
Okay, call me an idiot, because I read all the warnings and sure enough, I got extremely RIPPED OFF!
Here is what they do - they make the clothes online look amazing, but you will not get what you order, it is a cheap, cheap, cheap knock off look... there is absolutely no quality material, sewing and sizing is completely off! Good luck getting your money back. You will have to pay for the shipping back, which is $45 or so, but they offer you money back at 30% of which your order was in full. RIP OFF - CHEAP - STAY AWAY!
I was just about to give my card number for a nice large purchase for me as well as gifts for my daughters, something told me to Google reviews first because the site didn't have a single review on anything I had ordered. Good looking clothes but again all in china. Bad sizing and it always doesn't fit to what they advertise. Just like litigation.com you will never get your money bad. What a shame as the clothes do look good. I do not recommend period
Biggest scam online! Got me for 72.00 PayPal is a joke I think they are splitting the profits! Ordered two jackets took them 6-7 weeks to send one which was 5 sizes too small- smelled like urine and was trash! Never saw the second jacket and never got a dime back from them or PayPal! Wasted hours and hours of my valuable time calling and emailing over and over and got ZERO. I'm not doing business anymore with PayPal either. They are a bunch of Chinese rip off artists and PayPal is helping them along! Read the reviews I challenge you to find a positive one! That didn't matter to PayPal even though they admitted to numerous complaints against Cathybuy! So I will continue to trash them and PayPal on every site and every chance I get!
After fighting with this scam company Cathy buy- they finally decided to refund my money but only for the crappy jacket they never bothered to send! I had fraud on my debit card so my bank issued a new card and because they took so freaking long to refund my money- I can't even GET my REFUND! This has been going on since February! STAY AWAY FROM THIS COMPANY!
Made an order in February of three items I did receive 2 of them boots for one which on the site looks very expensive but upon getting them they are a sorry looking piece of crap. The top is also a piece of crap... The third item I have not received at all they keep saying it takes 3 to 7 days to process. February to April seems like ample time to me to process. Sorry i cannot begin to give a rating it does not go low enough

So glad I read the reviews. I knew the prices were too good to be true. I love how any positive reviews are written in bad, broken English. A poor attempt by the scammers to praise their non existent customer service and product quality... yet another law broken.
