This company is a total scam. Stay away, do not buy anything from them. Their items are not as described and they give you the complete run around if you want to return anything. I finally got them to agree to a refund if I returned the items and they refused the return and sent it back to me. Now they will not respond to my e-mails. Do yourself a favor and never, ever buy anything from them!

Please do not purchase anything from this Website. The products you will receive is nothing like what you see on their website. They will not return your money. If you have paid with Paypal, file a dispute case with Paypal. That is the only way you will get your money back. Good Luck to those who fell into their scam on getting your money back.

Never buy from this company unless you are petite and then better order xl the shirts are lovely but and I repeat but way too small my arm ill not fit into the long sleeve shirt I ordered xxl what a joke told me to take a picture well I should have checked the complaints before I bought them please people do not waste your time took a month to get them they come from china need I say more... yes china is ripping us off

The items looked nice in pictures but never in person. They do not accept returns. They do not refund. Products are cheaply made, not even worth $5.

Still waiting for my package, ordered 2 weeks ago. Sent questions to customer service and was told I would be notified when it was shipped. What's taking so long? Is their advertising excluding their length of wait and where they are located. How much interest do they accumulate on our payments while they are not producing the product? It would be interesting to see what the FTC has to say. Has anybody filed a complaint there? If so, what type of response did you get?

I found this site very helpful. This has huge varites of clothing. I have a great experience with this shopping site. I will definitely buy again from this site. The quality of product comparison with the price is moderate and this is fine for me. Because no other shopping site can not give you this quality of product with the same price. I will recommend this site to all of you. Go and check the products. You won't regret..

Received my item, clothing like the picture, poor quality and fit. Began the very lengthy returns process, video had to jump through several hoops before finally being given a return address, they even offered me a discount and suggested I gifted it to someone! I finally returned this item in April at a cost of 6 pounds. Looks like an English website, it's China. The top cost 17 so that's 23 in total. I haven't received a penny back and don't expect to. I have since seen the same item for 3.99! Absolute robbers.

I was just about to give my card number for a nice large purchase for me as well as gifts for my daughters, something told me to Google reviews first because the site didn't have a single review on anything I had ordered. I got the dresses a month later cheap quality and were not the correct sizes i am having a hard time Getting my refund they want to give me half of the refund because i send back to the address of the package I gave them the tracking number to track the merchandise so they have the dresses that probably will sell again and want to refund half of what i paid for! What a scam! Selling extremely cheap stuff that one can not get our money back

Contact their server at *******505 which is godaddy.com.and complain that is a scam and they r supposed to remove it. If godaddy doesn't remove it and they prolly won't you can sue them both using a. Class action. I almost bought from them but saw all this. Their clothes look badly made and doubtful will last long.

After fighting with this scam company Cathy buy- they finally decided to refund my money but only for the crappy jacket they never bothered to send! I had fraud on my debit card so my bank issued a new card and because they took so freaking long to refund my money- I can't even GET my REFUND! This has been going on since February! STAY AWAY FROM THIS COMPANY!

Do not order anything from this company. I wish I had read the reviews before spening $240! I am trying to get my money back from my credit card, God bless them. Cathy Buy is a scam! They took my money instantly and I have not heard from them once, not a rec'd order email, shipping email, nothing. There is nothing new in the way of my order status on my order page after 2 weeks. I want to stop everyone from experiencing the headache and potential money loss from this company. SCAM SCAM SCAM!

So glad I read the reviews. I knew the prices were too good to be true. I love how any positive reviews are written in bad, broken English. A poor attempt by the scammers to praise their non existent customer service and product quality... yet another law broken.

I ordered a week ago and I know how these Asian sites are. You have to order 3 sizes up and it takes atleast 3-4 weeks to come. Remember this stuff is coming from China what do u expect. It's cheap clothes. I emailed them and they got back to me an hour later. I've ordered before and some things are not great and others are ok. What do u expect. It's not Gucci! I'm tired of people complaining and u spent $10 I'm a shirt! If course it's not going to be great quality. Let's remember u get what u pay for. Also doesn't anynoe read? It tells you the sizes! Read the specs people. I don't blame them for not giving u your whole $30 back. You ordered the wrong damn size! READ!

Made an order in February of three items I did receive 2 of them boots for one which on the site looks very expensive but upon getting them they are a sorry looking piece of crap. The top is also a piece of crap... The third item I have not received at all they keep saying it takes 3 to 7 days to process. February to April seems like ample time to me to process. Sorry i cannot begin to give a rating it does not go low enough

I bought 3 dresses, received 2. The 2 dresses were returned, having trouble getting a refund. The biggest problem, they won't acknowledge the 3rd dress AT ALL! I have had to file a complaint with PayPal and California Attorney General. I wish I would have read these reviews PRIOR to ordering the dresses. This company is a scam, and I will feel lucky if I can recoup any of my $50+ wasted. Do not do business with this company.

Ordered a coat for a trip and
The shipping information was 6-10 days. It took 21/2 months. When I tried to cancel my order the customer service dept stated it would cost me 15% the price of the merchandise to receive a refund. I ordered an extra large so I could layer under it. When the coat finally came it said Ex Lg on it but it fit my 12 year old. The sizes are not made for American women!

I ordered 3 items from them on May 4 th. I got the swimsuit the Top was way too big and the bottoms were way too small, But the other shirts I ordered I have never gotten nor have I recieved my money back from them. I told them over a month ago I wanted a refund since they said the shirts were out of stock and couldnt be sent. I still have not gotten my. I have multipul emails from them that say I will get the money refunded within 7-15 days. Well here it is over a month later and nothing.

Ordered a coat for my wife on November 30th (Order #*******481). After two weeks of seeing that the coat had not shipped I sent an e-mail on December 16th. I received no response and sent another e-mail on December 18th. By December 21st I had received no response. I tried to cancel the order through the website but when you hit the "refund/exchange" button it goes to a page on their site that says "page not found", how convenient...
