The picture of the coat in CathyBuy web doesn't compare at all with the item that I received... awful quality and it is not a coat but something that you may wear on top of your PJs if you are not picky.
The fabric quality is terrible and the quality of the stitching is extremely bad as well.
I ordered an XL and it would only fit my daughter whose size is XS / S.
The fabric is so bad and it is so thin that it was shipped in a small plastic bag.
The shipping is also terrible, I received it after 1 month of the order and not within the 2-5 business days that they advertised... I wished I didn't receive it at all:-(

I've been wanting a pair of boots I saw on an online site. CathyBuy showed the same boots, but ten dollars cheaper. I ordered the boots from CathyBuy. That was over a week ago. Another item I ordered on the same day arrived today. CATHYBUY has NOT YET EVEN SHIPPED MY BOOTS! I too wish I had read the reviews first.

This store was a novelty for me, I did not know until a friend indicated me, she told me wonders about the store and her clothes, I finally made my purchases in this store and I'm in love with my pieces, I've used them several times, I washed them and they are like new, the quality of them is impeccable and I do not want to take them from the body any more, and whenever I go out with the pieces in the streets they are always very successful, they are beautiful and super fashionable.
I have loved shopping at Cathy buy and the value of the clothing that is offered. I really love that they mark down their clothing and put them on sale. This is wonderful.
I paid extra for "3-5 day" delivery. One month later, I got the coat. It was poor quality, and I never got a response from the company about a refund for my expedited shipping. Company is a scam.
Willie M B, Do not buy anything from this merchant. Shoes of the poorest quality. They do not process returns. Theirs shoes do not look like what they presents on line. Scam, scam be aware.
I ordered 3 coats - they arrived 6 weeks later and were all defective. Cheap quality - one coat the zipper would not work, one coat had crooked seems and the third actually had a sleeve sewn shut so you could not put your arm in it. They refused to send a return label - if I had changed my mind I can understand paying to ship back but these were defective and they still wouldn't issue a label. Ii disputed the charges on my credit card and marked the package return to sender. They actually disputed the dispute on my credit card and I had to dispute it a second time - they are scam artists from hong kong - the credit card charges come up as "OrderPlus Intl HongKong" DO NOT BUY FROM THEM!
I ordered 3 times. They sent one. They refuse to send the rest of my order. I have contacted them 5 times and they tell me they are not going to send them yet they kept my money.

It took over 2 months to receive items. Sizes were wrong-no labels in clothes-material extra cheap and one top was ripped. No such thing as customer service. BIG JOKE! Do not buy from this place.
