I have ordered twice from Cathybuy & will not do it again! 1st it takes over a month to receive your order, 2nd, & most importantly the sizing is entirely wrong! I checked the sizing charts & even ordered the next size up on several blouses but I swear their xtra large was a size small. It was so off in sizing it was ridiculous! I ordered 4 tops & everyone of them are way too small! Depending on what it will cost to send back, I will have to find someone to give them to or just put in the Goodwill! I am so disappointed! Ladies please be ware!

I´m truly satisfied with this store, every time I order something they provide me with a very good costumer attention ans service, they are very responsive. The clothes I picked are very nice and fresh, good quality and price as well. I recieved all the products I wanted, well packed and it was just like the photos, like I expected. I recommend this store to every person who wants to buy nice clothes in a really easy and quick way.

I ordered 3 items from them on May 4 th. I got the swimsuit the Top was way too big and the bottoms were way too small, But the other shirts I ordered I have never gotten nor have I recieved my money back from them. I told them over a month ago I wanted a refund since they said the shirts were out of stock and couldnt be sent. I still have not gotten my. I have multipul emails from them that say I will get the money refunded within 7-15 days. Well here it is over a month later and nothing.

Ordered a coat for my wife on November 30th (Order #*******481). After two weeks of seeing that the coat had not shipped I sent an e-mail on December 16th. I received no response and sent another e-mail on December 18th. By December 21st I had received no response. I tried to cancel the order through the website but when you hit the "refund/exchange" button it goes to a page on their site that says "page not found", how convenient...

I sent an e-mail this morning asking them to cancel the order. I'm pretty sure this website is a scam, the prices were a little too good to be true.

The store seems to have done a complete turn around or had a change of management, because I did not experience any of the problems I am reading now.

The clothes arrived a little under two weeks (which is rather good considering how far I am) and they fitted my girlfriend just fine, I did however had the precaution of ordering a size too large (I have heard that Asian sizes tend to be on the smaller side) quality is not amazing but considering the prices I am thoroughly satisfied

To clarify, I never had the need to use any form of customer service.

I purchased quite a few items. They took forever to ship but finally I got a tracking number. I followed the tracking number right up to the point it said it was delivered but... no package ever shower up. I checked my ring system and nope... no deliveries on the date/time they say it was delivered. I contacted the company and they kept telling me to ask my post office to prove it wasn't delivered. Wtf? First off, It was sent fed-x. Second, how does a post office prove no delivery with no tracking number? They kept telling me to have my post office provide the stamp for the non-delivery. Made no sense. They refused to simply resend the order. Had to contact my credit card company and dispute the charges. Outcome still pending.

I don't need cheap clothes this badly. Don't do business with these people. There are other cheap sites out there (eg rotita for one) who are honest and do a much better job with no hassles.

They are a fraud company! I ordered an item money was immediately retrieved from account! I never got a confirmation email! Communication is EXTREMELY POOR! The excuse I was given is they are in high demand and it's gonna take them alittle longer to get my item! 2 months later still NO ITEM! NO COMMUNICATION FIRST on there part! After about 10 different emails going back and forth with company I'm FINALLY GRANTED A REFUND! Problem now is I have to wait 15 business days for refund to process after all this time! Not worth the frustration when there are plenty of other great reliable sites to order items from even if from China like they are! NEVER AGAIN!
