I got the dresses a month later cheap quality and were not the correct sizes i am having a hard time Getting my refund they want to give me half of the refund because i send back to the address of the package I gave them the tracking number to track the merchandise so they have the dresses that probably will sell again and want to refund half of what i paid for! What a scam! Selling extremely cheap stuff that one can not get our money back
A cheap yet fashionable clothes from online shop ive seen. I really love their clothes collection! I was happy on my dress purchase. It arrived on time and i got the right clothes and size! I wore that during ny cousin's wedding. It is very nice and comfortable to wear! I recommend this onlineshop to my other relatives! It is legit and affordable! It arrived earlier than i expected! Thumbs up to this online shop!

Order took forever to come. The size was wrong, quality of clothes wasn't like picture shone, it looked cheap bate and switch. I wanted my money back. They told me to give it as a gift, and they would give me a 10 dollar cash credit. What type of business is this? A scam! From over seas! Don't buy from this cathybuy they are rip offs!
I bought this coat with I love! But after wearing it about three times ( less than I month that I received it), the plastic buckle cracked ( see pictures). I emailed them to tell them what happened and to get a new buckle or belt ( because the buckle is attached to the belt). First they offered me $11 as compensation or to return it unused and in original packaging ( which was impossible because I had already worn it a few times), plus I had to pay for shipping to return it. I told them no, that I just wanted a replacement belt and I couldn't return it because I had already worn it and it was not new.The second email they lowered the offer and offered me a $8 refund or to return it unused and in original packaging... WTF?! We went back and forth several times emailing with no resolution. I am very upset with their lack of customer service and with the company! I would not recommend this company. Yes, the clothes are cheap, that's exactly what you will get in quality of the items and in the customer service. They buckle has since cracked more and is now completely useless.
I oederd sevral items and was told it will be 5-12 days to get it. I finally got it yesterday after 5 weeks!
None of the items fit. They were all marked XL but were at best large. Mostly made of polyester and feel like plastic!
No item looked like the pictures.
I definitely won't shop this place again.
Cannot contact; when you finally do they always want a different reason for trying to exchange or return. No information label for your exchange if it's the wrong size... plus you have to pay for the exchange.
I ordered a week ago and I know how these Asian sites are. You have to order 3 sizes up and it takes atleast 3-4 weeks to come. Remember this stuff is coming from China what do u expect. It's cheap clothes. I emailed them and they got back to me an hour later. I've ordered before and some things are not great and others are ok. What do u expect. It's not Gucci! I'm tired of people complaining and u spent $10 I'm a shirt! If course it's not going to be great quality. Let's remember u get what u pay for. Also doesn't anynoe read? It tells you the sizes! Read the specs people. I don't blame them for not giving u your whole $30 back. You ordered the wrong damn size! READ!
Purchased two blouses totaling over $42.00, ordered 1x, could not pull blouse over my shoulders. Wanted to return, waited for instructions. Never got back to me so I returned to address on package. Cost $8.00 to mail back. Now they get back to me saying no one was at that address to accept them. They would only refund me $30.00 of the $49.00 I have already spent. I do not recommend them.
Sitejabber has nice shoes and it has been very easy to find the items and styles that I am looking for. Last week, I got three pairs of shoes and a purse from them and the quality of the items is great. I like the convenience of being a member and the simplicity of doing a return or exchange.
I bought 3 dresses, received 2. The 2 dresses were returned, having trouble getting a refund. The biggest problem, they won't acknowledge the 3rd dress AT ALL! I have had to file a complaint with PayPal and California Attorney General. I wish I would have read these reviews PRIOR to ordering the dresses. This company is a scam, and I will feel lucky if I can recoup any of my $50+ wasted. Do not do business with this company.
Rip off... read the reviews... Also note the grammar and spelling when reading the "good" reviews... IF you have paid via PAYPAL (they are dealing with my complaint) you have a chance of getting a refund but it will still cost you the return postage of the rubbish goods to CHINA!
I purchased 5 items at Cathy Buy on April 24,2019. The package came in about 1.5 weeks. The clothes I received are cheapest quality I've ever seen!. No clothes tag, no price tag. Material looks almost like paper. There is no return address and NO CUSTOMER SERVICE. I emailed them and I have not received any reply. I lost $80 bucks. THIS IS A SCAM. BEWARE.
I order a yellow asymmetric cotton material yellow dress. I received a less than rayon straight side slits gold dress. The have to pay for return. Never again - have zero trust in this online company ordered the first one rec'd the second one scammerssss
I bought three items from size 4x and 5x which ended up being equivalent to a medium and large. The sizes run extremely small and the quality of the material is cheap. I purchased with my credit card and returned the items. I misplaced my USPS tracking number and now they claim they didn't get the items back. I was given an address in San Francisco and to address it to Jimmy. Don't ever purchase from this company.
Do not order anything from this company. I wish I had read the reviews before spening $240! I am trying to get my money back from my credit card, God bless them. Cathy Buy is a scam! I ordered clothes over 3 months ago and never received anything. I have emailed over and over and either they don't get back or they say clothes were shipped. Thieves!
I will give them zero, not one, but I have no option to put zero. I placed my order on November 29. I have not receive anything and is January 2nd.

I have ordered twice from Cathybuy & will not do it again! 1st it takes over a month to receive your order, 2nd, & most importantly the sizing is entirely wrong! I checked the sizing charts & even ordered the next size up on several blouses but I swear their xtra large was a size small. It was so off in sizing it was ridiculous! I ordered 4 tops & everyone of them are way too small! Depending on what it will cost to send back, I will have to find someone to give them to or just put in the Goodwill! I am so disappointed! Ladies please be ware!
