Clothes are good quality. Just need to be a bit younger looking but not teeny bopper in the dressy casual & the casual clothes. The sales clerks are always very nice & helpful.
They suckker you in, charge $10.99 for a return and auto enroll you in a $14.99 bull$#*! reward program.

Glad I read all of the reviews before ordering! Sounds like a total nightmare for most. It's not worth taking chances at this point. Hope everyone gets their issues resolved.
I've been a loyal Catherine's customer for years, but NO longer! I ordered several items on 4/8/21. On 4/26/21, I received an email that my order had shipped. (In that amount of time, the old Catherines would have had it to me already.) By 5/8/21, I still had no package. I attempted contacting Catherines customer service (what a joke to even call it that) via email and also via phone with no response. One day I finally got through on the phone (after 45 minute wait) only to have the representative tell me they couldn't help me until 30 days after the shipping date! They wouldn't even answer why my simple investigation into the tracking number revealed that the post office was still waiting on the package from them and therefore the package really hadn't shipped at all! It is now over a month since the supposed ship date and I am on hold once again trying to reach "customer service". My credit card company is the next call. I am so disgusted about Catherines! I wish I could shout it from the mountain tops to Stay Away from Catherines!
No wonder they are out of business. They sent me a 40% off and when I placed my order, it didn't take off the 40%. I called 15 minutes later and they said they couldn't do anything about it. NEVER WILL I SHOP WITH THEM AGAIN AND WILL BE RETURNING MY ORDER.
I have shopped Catherine's for years. When I could go into the store, I always found something I liked. When they were bought out and closed the stores, I was hoping the Suprema items would remain available, which they have. However, and I was afraid this would happen, I just ordered another pair of Suprema shorts and they are not the same. I noticed right out of the package that the elastic waist was different. It is a little over a month later, and I'm just now getting around to wearing them. And, sadly, they not only have a different elastic waist, the whole fit is different. I have probably twenty other pairs that I wear all the time so I know the fit very well. I also have several Suprema capris and pants. I also agree with some of the other posts here about the ridiculous shipping fees and returns. I quit ordering anything but the Suprema because I knew the Suprema would fit but didn't want to take a chance on something else having to be returned. I had other issues with customer service and trying to order things. I guess I finally have to say goodbye to Catherine's. :(
I googled the Indigo Convertible Mule it came up $50.30 at Catherine's. I attempted to check out said item and was unable to apply the discount (caespecial). I called the toll free number and I spoke with a yng lady who told me tht I ws nit entitled to the discount bc said item ws on back order and it would not apply bc I wanted a 9w instead of a regular 9m. So I went back into my bag and put a 9m (in Stocked) into the bag. Again, I tried to used the discount and it came up $53.99. I asked wht happened to the $50.39. I explained tht the website say $50.39. I wanted the item tht cost $50.39. She placed on hold someone made the correction on the www.Nancy the Mgr gets on the line and tells me she would not HONOR the $50.39 and was not authorized to make such adjustments. She ws a bit ABRASIVE. NEEDLESS to say I will not be purchasing from this Company EVER AGAIN! CATHERINE'S DO BETTER! This debacle started on 4/22/2023
I had to make THREE trips to the lcoal Catherine's in Evansville, In to make a return. I somehow got the wrong size in capris. TWICE they offered me a gift card - I paid for this item on my charge card and did not want a gift card. The last time the clerk didn't know what she was doing - FINALLY after raising my voice and getting mad they got the return off my charge card. I also have trouble loging into to the account to pay Catherine's card. As soon as I make sure the balance is zero I can tearing up the Catherine's card and will use Discover from now on. With the virus I don't carry a purse, but do have my Discover card with me. One of the sales lady had on a cute outfit, but had shorts with an overlay of a skirt. You could easily see all of her legs. I think this is inapprobraite for a palce of business and told her so. What should have been a 5 minutes or less transaction took 15 minutes and I was on my way to work. Almost late.
I I purchased a $200 dress for my son's wedding online. Upon receiving it and trying it on it wasn't for me. I researched how to return, and decided my best option was to return it to a store in a community about 100 miles from where I live since I planned to be in that city anyway. I returned it to the store only to be told they could not credit my account. They had to ship it back to the warehouse and I would receive credit when they received it. I thought it was odd, but they were busy and kind of dismissed me. I was half way home about 50 miles away when I realized they did not give me a receipt. Fast forward three weeks later and of course no record of my dress anywhere. No tracking # and no evidence that I returned it so I am out $200. The customer rep on the phone was friendly and did reach out to the store where the dress was returned but in the end was not able to do anything. She said the store probably hung the dress up and sold it again. I won't be shopping there ever again and I can't advise anyone else to either.
There really should be an option for zero stars. If you order anything from catherines, chances are you won't get them. Grant it, I did not pay for them, not until I would have received them, but to continually recieve messages via email and regular mail, stating that said items were on backorder just to wait another month and get another message that the items are still on backorder. Recently, I recieved a note telling me to send an email or call, if I still wanted the items sent or they would be cancelled. They would contact me in the order they received the email. If you call, you'll either be on hold indefinitely or there is no answer. Absolutely horrible customer service. Well, today I get this short response via email saying they had cancelled the order and sorry for the inconvenience. Again, the items had not been paid for yet. However, they should not have strung me along for weeks and weeks on end in the hopes that I would receive the jeans. Like I said in the response email, you cannot run a business this way and expect it to continue. What it boils down to is this. There is no honesty within this company anymore. When the physical stores were still open, you didn't have to pull teeth to get the items you wanted. For shame. Anyone who reads this and all negative reviews, please, ere on the side of caution with this company. You will be disappointed.
When Catherines actually had stores it was a good place to shop, but since the have gone to online only they have gone to hell in a handbasket. I placed orders on 4/4/21 and 4/16/21 paying $18.99 and 8.99 in shipping. I recieved one confirmation letter for the larger order and the order clearly states to allow 1-2 for processing and 7-12 business days for shipping. As of 5/3/2021 I still do not have those orders. I called to check on them and was told one shipped 4/30 and the other 5/1 and to allow 20 days to receive the orders from the day they shipped as stated on the website. I pointed out the fact that was different than what my confirmation email stated and requested a refund on shipping since they failed to make their order processing and shipping time frame. The rep refused this request and so did the supervisor I asked to speak with. I was given an Executive of Communications phone #*******168. When you call this phone number you get a recording saying their hours of operations which are Mtn time and I was calling while they should be open, and then told to leave a msg. It is pretty clear this company is in financial trouble, doesn't care about it's customers, and will not honor what they state in emails.
Placed order on 11/19/21 paid 14.99 for shipping, received 2 items out of 3, one item is totally wrong, I ordered floral blue wide leg pants, elastic back with pockets, what I was sent was a pair of purple floral legging, no pockets no elastic back, called customer service spoke to Ana, I can reorder the correct pair and pay again, if I want express shipping I have to pay another 9.99, when I return the other pair that they sent incorrectly I would get back a credit on my card, Ana reassured me the correct pair will be sent I was still unhappy with this solution asked to speak with a supervisor I was told they are in a meeting, after I hung up I received a confirmation and I'm that confirmation it has the same number of the wrong pants they sent, called back Customer service this time got Ella she was no help as well, asked for a supervisor no one was available, she also assured me the correct pair will be sent, poor customer service, need more training. Afraid this will be my last order, not to mention that I was advised I was pre approved for a credit card? Seriously who would want a credit card when customer service is poor and the company can't send the correct pair of pants, first picture is the correct pair, 2nd and 3rd is what I was sent left my number for a call back let's see if that happens

I ordered 3 swimsuits ($217.86) on 6/26/23 for a cruise I was taking on 8/3/23. I received a "shipping confirmation" from FedEx on 6/28/23. I immediately checked the tracking and Fed Ex showed the label was created but they were still awaiting the package (not actually shipped). I periodically checked the tracking hoping for an update, but nothing changed. It never shipped. A couple of weeks later, I called to cancel my order and was told I had to wait 21 days to allow time for the package to reach me. So I waited. Around the 23 day mark, I called again and this time was told I had to wait 21 BUSINESS DAYS (almost 30 actual days) before they would issue a refund. So again I waited. I went on my cruise, kids went back to school, and I honestly forgot about my order until today - 9/5/23. I called customer service and requested the refund for a THIRD TIME. This time I was told that I was past the 60 window for a refund. I argued that I wasn't trying to return something after the 60 day window, they never shipped me anything, They refused. I escalated it to a "supervisor" and still nothing. They absolutely refused to refund me for products that they NEVER SHIPPED. I had no choice but to call my bank a file a dispute They are a HORRIBLE company. Do yourself a favor and order from somewhere else.
I purchased a pair of slip on jeans earlier this year and it took 3 months to get them. I realized when I finally got them that they weren't actually quite what I wanted and since you lose so much money returning them and decided to order another pair of the one I liked online. That was in the middle of June. As soon as I ordered them I got an email saying they were backordered until the end of October. Ridiculous, but I really wanted them. Today, 3 months after I ordered, I received an email saying they cancelled my order because my bank had dropped the pending order because it had been sitting there so long! I then called to ask "what on earth" and asked if I could go ahead and reorder and they said sure. I asked if I would I still get it in Oct, NO, IT IS ON BACKORDER UNTIL THE END OF DEC. WORST COMPANY EVER. Of course I told them to forget it.
I ordered on line after being told on the phone I would have clothes in 8 business days when I ordered then ordered and it was months before I would get them called called right then and canceled I told the pending charges would be taken off my card in 5 days called back 5 days later and was told 10 to 14 days it's been over a month and still they have not taken the pending charge off. I do not recommend this place to anyone and I'm calling the BBB and my attorney General I want my money back $#*! wipes
I was added to something that cost me $18. They were very friendly cancelling. Then I get a refund check for $2. I am so tired of fighting with them.
10 minutes after my order went through, I received pornography on my text messages, and a phone call from scammers telling me "my Amazon account someone purchased an iPhone 11, then she said 12, then 12pro. I've lived in the same state my entire life, but asked her which Amazon account was used, Anchorage, Houston or Miami, as all those cities were within 10 miles of me. She was so smug, and told me it was the Houston, Alaska account. So I told her to call the city office in Houston, Alaska and ask for the Deputy in Charge and he can help her.
Other than my account at Amazon and my Walmart subscription, no other business has my information.
I then called Catherine's customer service to get ahold of an IT person. I told the woman that answered I need to speak to the IT Dept and she stated "I only answer the calls for Catherine's orders, not Eighty Avenue. HUH? I asked her to please transfer me.
Next lady answered, I explained the situation and she says "I don't handle Walmart. I told her I used that as one of the 2 stores that have my phone number. She told me she wouldn't know where to send me. I asked her for the department that handles computer problems. She was so sure I was calling the wrong phone number, and that there is no store they work for that sells computers. I asked if she was in the US, she assured me she was, But she had no supervisor available, and when I asked about the static on the phone line, she stated that was the bosses listening in. I hung up, cancelled the order and reordered from a company I trust.
