I tried to return a blouse with the tag on it but did not have the receipt they would not help me to try and figure out a way to get more than 8.50 cents for a 44 dollar blouse.the manager was rude and had a big head using words like my store ect. I asked for a formal complaint form and was given her district manager. How can I make a formal complaint for the moline il store.
