These are my favorite cases! There are million cute designs and many good choices on the website. The team at Casetify never ceases to amaze me with their good service and professionalism. I was having trouble tracking my case, and thanks to Sophia for guiding me and giving me a tracking number. The case came quickly, within a week. I also impressed with the quality. Very Sturdy. I recommend Casetify to everyone!

We have been a loyal GOLD member of Casetify where we have purchased not less than 6 casing for our iPhone14+ & iPhone15+ without encountering issue. Only recently in Jan 2024, I purchased a Samsung S24 Ultra casing (Star war edition) for my son. He used it for a day and the painting start to peel-off (order number 19590997). Wrote to customer service for warranty claim but was told that this is due to normal wear & tear. Fast in answering but ridiculous replied without knowing their product quality! It doesn't worth the money to buy Casetify (fancy design but poor recycle materials). Casetify has been spending too much into advertising but NO customer satisfaction review process to strengthen their products quality. Totally waste of money and I am telling Casetify that you have just lost a GOLD member! No more purchase in future and I advise potential user to look for alternative brand.

Purchased in December of 2022.It was 1 year and 2 months and started coming apart.The outer cushion falls off the case.I take very good care of my things so it wasn't abused.
I find it funny that they tout 100% satisfaction guaranteed but only for 6 months.
Would not buy from them again or recommend.

Bought one for my daughter, the side detached from the back after about 8 months, any case would be better than this, utter rubbish. Actually would rate this zero but it won't let me.

UPDATE: Casetify reached out and said they would offer a one time replacement.

I purchased this case back in 12/2021 and the edges have started to separate from the case. I reached out to customer service to see if it could be repaired. They said their warranty is only for 6 months and offered a 15% off coupon. Why would I spend more money on a case that can't even last a year? Also why would I spend more money at your company if you don't stand behind your product? I've had cheap cases from Amazon that have lasted for more than 2 years. $50 cases should last more than 9 months.

Be aware that the cases will break and the side of the case will detached from the backing within the first year. Poor quality and poor materials used to stick this cheap case together. I've had Kmart phone cases that last longer. You'd think for a company that charges so much, they would provide adequate quality items. And they protect themselves by only offering a 6 month warranty - despite knowing that their cases will often fall apart between the 6 months and a year.

Perhaps if everything goes perfect, the company is OK. However, if there are issues forget about it. I placed an order 3 weeks ago. I canceled it within an hour. According to the website you have 12 hours to do so and the order is canceled with no issue. I even submitted 2 follow ups since the site never showed a cancellation. Well, 3 weeks later the package arrived. I requested a return label, but they want me to pay for their error. There's no phone just an email with someone who doesn't understand and just keeps telling me to mail it back and I'll have to pay to do so. I've wasted so much time on this and still not done. Even if I didn't cancel 3 weeks for of the shelf cases, really?!?

I feel like this is a fraud company. I emailed 4 times before I got a response only to be told that my item wasn't one that could be returned when it says nothing about that on the ordering page. I ordered the poison apple AirPod case which has no attachment to prevent it from just coming a part. Faulty design. So money down the drain. Very very very misleading. 100% guarantee lies. Wish I had looked at reviews before ordering.

The first time I used this it was fine, and my case arrived without any issues. I went to order another case, as well as other protective items this year, and it's been completely the opposite experience. They had no issue taking money out immediately, but didn't email a receipt, confirmation, or any proof of purchase despite the money being taken out. On top of this, their customer service contact form appears to go nowhere, as nobody replies. As well as this, their generic email contact also appears not to be manned. Their cases and products aren't cheap, and they do work excellently when you actually manage to get one, but this experience has been quite frustrating, and for such a huge company, I think it's really poor practice to not have better customer support for issues such as these. I wouldn't recommend ordering from them based on this fact that they're expensive, take forever to ship, and don't reply with any support whatsoever.

Casetify shipped a defective Magsafe charger and initially would only offer a one time replacement. I am not risking getting the replacement and having it not work. Not to mention that I had to go through the entire hassle of taking videos to prove that their subpar product didn't work. Eventually I argued for a full refund (upon returning the item) and they initially wanted me to pay shipping. Do not trust their "warranty" that they only accept exchanges and would not offer a refund. As a Vendor, if they ship a defective item, they will have to make you whole. They eventually curbed and gave me my full refund. I bought a phone case from them initially with no issues, but now they lost me as a customer for their greed. Never again.

Very happy with my order!
The case is good, feels so protective as I always drop / bump my phone, still didn't find any scratches on my phone after few months.
So many chic designs on websites. Every time got something I would put to cart.
Customer service is responsive. Total experience is good.
Highly recommended!

I had my custom case for around a year now, with nothing really happening to the case.
Never dropped my phone, never dropped anything on it.

The case just fell apart, the sides release from the back cover. Looks to me like the glue holding it together failed. On purpose?

Doesn't matter, cause paying over 50 € for a phone case with this quality. Nope thanks, I stay with the old 10€ cases I had in the past, which laughably lasted longer.

In the EU this would even be covered by a 1 year warranty but the 6 months from casetify are for a reason it seems.

I purchased a phone case from them not too long ago and the sides are already dirty/the stars on the back are already peeling off. For such a high price, I would expect better quality from such a product. I tried writing a review on their website for this, and turns out they don't allow you to. They only showcase the 4-5 star reviews to make you want to buy from them. Don't waste your time or money on this website, and go for a cheaper alternative.

My case is falling apart. The edges have suddenly started to come away from the backing. The glue has obviously failed. I was offered 15% off my next purchase. I really don't think I am going to invest a small fortune in another phone case that will only last 1 year. I would not recommend this product.

IPhone 13 Pro Plus back shattered when dropped from waist height even though sales person assured it was protected from a higher drop…worse still they would not cover damage to phone…if I could give zero stars I would!

I made my first Casetify order (Phone Case & Lens Protector) and received it in March of this year. I trusted the advertisement that stated it was the best protector for my phone. It was disheartening to discover my iPhone 13 Pro's back glass cracked within 6 months! I didn't realize it was badly cracked when my iPhone was in the case until I saw the cracks around my camera lens. I've had my iPhone for around two years, and there weren't any cracks before I changed my case to Casetify. I later found out that a similar incident happened to my friend. This is truly disappointing. This will also be my first and last purchase from Casetify. Please think twice if you are considering buying an expensive Casetify case with poor protection for your phone.

Signed up for texts for a 1st Time Purchase discount but that won't apply on new designs. That's not disclosed so don't fall for that bait n switch promo.
I purchased an iPhone 15 case. I thought the graphics were clever. Shipping took about 12-14 days to California. I never received a shipping confirmation. I was concerned when I saw all the negative reviews and photos of sides coming apart, finishes rubbing off, and customer service issues. My concerns were justified. $82 for this thing? Really? The decal or "printed" finish they applied to the outside of the case was crooked and rough on one edge. There was a little gob of paint & hairline scratch and I realized yeah this finish is never going to last. Their finish is cheap and unsealed, easily scratched or rubbed off.
No packing slip or instructions for a return.
I'm getting the runaround from "customer service" - acts like AI with canned responses. First response is to tell me to send it back at my expense. That's not according to their site's return policy (see photo). No acknowledgment of the defect, I provided photos. Then I requested a return shipping label. Their 2nd reply- we (finally) reviewed your photos and "the design was "printed in an incorrect position" so how about if we send you a new one no charge? No! I don't want a case from this company. The quality does not match the price. Typical Chinese negotiation tactics- they will never offer up a refund. They ignored my third request for a return label so I paid to ship it so they couldn't claim the 10 day window for returns was lost. I documented everything because I expect to have to file a dispute with my credit card.
If you want a cute case for lightweight use great but I don't see how these are durable. I won't risk my iPhone 15 Pro Max using one of these cases.
Another disguised Chinese company that only offers an email for customer service and 24 hours to respond. If they respond at all. And responses in the email chain have different ticket numbers to confuse things even further.
Site has great graphics but notice they never show the case alone in the photos? No address for customer service.
The return address they gave me (see photo) for their "office" is in NJ, a 3rd party fulfillment warehouse and the phone given is for IDS online store for poker tables!
Buyer beware always check outside reviews before buying online.
UPDATE: I can't believe it, they refunded my money. I sent them a photo of the returned package with label, and the tracking link. Took them 3 days to respond, but they did say they were going to refund. That took another 2 days. I still had to pay to return the defective case.

Tip for consumers:
They won’t honor their return policies. They won’t give up a return label. They’ll give you the runaround if there’s a problem. Customer service uses canned responses only. If they mess up your order or send a defective item you have to return at your expense if you want your money back. Document everything if you have a problem. Photograph the return package w your tracking number. I acted quickly and returned the iPhone case before they could close the 10 day return window.

Love the cases but their production timeline is really slow. I ordered a case that said "pending production" for 11 days. I messaged to ask why & got a fast response that said it takes 6-10 days for production. When it hit 11 days I sent a message again & told them now it says shipping label created. Then it took 4 days for it to be shipped out so I messaged again; I was told usps doesn't always update labels…and voila, the next day it was shipped out. Their service folks do a good job of responding but their shipping is way out of whack.

This is my 2nd case from the company. The first one lasted about a year before turning yellow, which happens with clear plastic. So for the 2nd one I decided to get the black plastic with a design and paid $49 with their Mother's Day discount. It is normally $58. After only having the case for 3 weeks, the design is peeling off. I thought it was a hard plastic insert but it is literally a thin sticker pasted on black plastic like something from the dollar store. I contacted customer support and after several Facebook Messenger messages back and forth, they said that it is normal wear and tear which is only under warranty for 10 days. Are you serious? A case falling apart after 3 weeks is not any kind of wear and tear. It's a useless poorly designed piece of junk. I have had cases for years that didn't look this bad. This damage was from just putting it in and taking it out of my pocket and purse. I would not recommend ever buying a case from this company. There are much cheaper and more durable options at elsewhere.

I had a Casetify case on my Iphone 11. The phone fell off of a countertop and hit the floor. While the phone did not have any cracks, it stopped working. It was not responding to buttons or the touch screen. We ended up buying a new phone and recycling the old one. We realized too late that the case was still under the warranty period. I messaged Casetify and they requested pictures of the old phone and case, which I'd already gotten rid of. In every communication with Casetify, they are only asking for a picture of the phone in case which I no longer have. Their support is worthless and warranty is just as worthless.

First time my phone screen has ever broken was after switching to a castify case.

This is l an $80 case that took 4 weeks to get here. The design on the back started to scratch after a month. I've dropped my phone a ton in my other case (otter box) and I swap to castify after all the ads praising how good the protection is an it breaks within a few months.

Probably better off buying a $5 case on Amazon.

Bought 2 cares for iPhone 11 for my kids, spent >80€. Exactly 1 year later the rubber frame came off, at both (!) cases. Since they only offer a 6 month guarantee, guarantee is usually 1 year by law or even 2 years for material failutes like such, we only got a 15-20% discount offered for the next order. (Every other day they have 15% specials, so what makes this offer to me special?) Why would one pay another €80+, discounted €70 for cares that die in 1 year? Still crap
