Overpriced Bad quality cases unless you get the super expensive case ONLY for iphones that had the corners with exaggerated borders. Anything else is bad. They just have kinda cute designs but who cares if your phone will break anyway. BAD QUALITY, BAD SHIPPING TIMEFRAME, TERRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE. I only bought one because I had a gift card from Shoppee, otherwise I already knew this overpriced garbage.
My case is falling apart. The edges have suddenly started to come away from the backing. The glue has obviously failed. I was offered 15% off my next purchase. I really don't think I am going to invest a small fortune in another phone case that will only last 1 year. I would not recommend this product.
I had my custom case for around a year now, with nothing really happening to the case.

Doesn't matter, cause paying over 50 € for a phone case with this quality. Nope thanks, I stay with the old 10€ cases I had in the past, which laughably lasted longer.
In the EU this would even be covered by a 1 year warranty but the 6 months from casetify are for a reason it seems.
I made my first Casetify order (Phone Case & Lens Protector) and received it in March of this year. I trusted the advertisement that stated it was the best protector for my phone. It was disheartening to discover my iPhone 13 Pro's back glass cracked within 6 months! I didn't realize it was badly cracked when my iPhone was in the case until I saw the cracks around my camera lens. I've had my iPhone for around two years, and there weren't any cracks before I changed my case to Casetify. I later found out that a similar incident happened to my friend. This is truly disappointing. This will also be my first and last purchase from Casetify. Please think twice if you are considering buying an expensive Casetify case with poor protection for your phone.
Perhaps if everything goes perfect, the company is OK. However, if there are issues forget about it. I placed an order 3 weeks ago. I canceled it within an hour. According to the website you have 12 hours to do so and the order is canceled with no issue. I even submitted 2 follow ups since the site never showed a cancellation. Well, 3 weeks later the package arrived. I requested a return label, but they want me to pay for their error. There's no phone just an email with someone who doesn't understand and just keeps telling me to mail it back and I'll have to pay to do so. I've wasted so much time on this and still not done. Even if I didn't cancel 3 weeks for of the shelf cases, really?!?
First time my phone screen has ever broken was after switching to a castify case.
This is l an $80 case that took 4 weeks to get here. The design on the back started to scratch after a month. I've dropped my phone a ton in my other case (otter box) and I swap to castify after all the ads praising how good the protection is an it breaks within a few months.
Probably better off buying a $5 case on Amazon.
I had a Casetify case on my Iphone 11. The phone fell off of a countertop and hit the floor. While the phone did not have any cracks, it stopped working. It was not responding to buttons or the touch screen. We ended up buying a new phone and recycling the old one. We realized too late that the case was still under the warranty period. I messaged Casetify and they requested pictures of the old phone and case, which I'd already gotten rid of. In every communication with Casetify, they are only asking for a picture of the phone in case which I no longer have. Their support is worthless and warranty is just as worthless.

The first time I used this it was fine, and my case arrived without any issues. I went to order another case, as well as other protective items this year, and it's been completely the opposite experience. They had no issue taking money out immediately, but didn't email a receipt, confirmation, or any proof of purchase despite the money being taken out. On top of this, their customer service contact form appears to go nowhere, as nobody replies. As well as this, their generic email contact also appears not to be manned. Their cases and products aren't cheap, and they do work excellently when you actually manage to get one, but this experience has been quite frustrating, and for such a huge company, I think it's really poor practice to not have better customer support for issues such as these. I wouldn't recommend ordering from them based on this fact that they're expensive, take forever to ship, and don't reply with any support whatsoever.
I feel like this is a fraud company. I emailed 4 times before I got a response only to be told that my item wasn't one that could be returned when it says nothing about that on the ordering page. I ordered the poison apple AirPod case which has no attachment to prevent it from just coming a part. Faulty design. So money down the drain. Very very very misleading. 100% guarantee lies. Wish I had looked at reviews before ordering.
Casetify shipped a defective Magsafe charger and initially would only offer a one time replacement. I am not risking getting the replacement and having it not work. Not to mention that I had to go through the entire hassle of taking videos to prove that their subpar product didn't work. Eventually I argued for a full refund (upon returning the item) and they initially wanted me to pay shipping. Do not trust their "warranty" that they only accept exchanges and would not offer a refund. As a Vendor, if they ship a defective item, they will have to make you whole. They eventually curbed and gave me my full refund. I bought a phone case from them initially with no issues, but now they lost me as a customer for their greed. Never again.

Within a year it looks terrible, and definitely not worth the money spent.
We have been a loyal GOLD member of Casetify where we have purchased not less than 6 casing for our iPhone14+ & iPhone15+ without encountering issue.
Only recently in Jan 2024, I purchased a Samsung S24 Ultra casing (Star war edition) for my son. He used it for a day and the painting start to peel-off (order number *******). Wrote to customer service for warranty claim but was told that this is due to normal wear & tear.
Fast in answering but ridiculous replied without knowing their product quality! It doesn't worth the money to buy Casetify (fancy design but poor recycle materials).
Casetify has been spending too much into advertising but NO customer satisfaction review process to strengthen their products quality. Totally waste of money and I am telling Casetify that you have just lost a GOLD member! No more purchase in future and I advise potential user to look for alternative brand.
They offer discount codes in exchange for signing up for emails, then exclude their most popular products from the discount. But they only tell you that after they have your email and phone number.
When you write a critical review of them, they email you offering a 10% discount in exchange for dropping a case back to their store (they have one store in the whole of Australia and it's 2064km away) and then alternately offer to cancel your order, and then put it on hold indefinitely until you respond.
So even though it's paid for in full, they won't ship it until I respond to their stupid offer to my justified review.

I purchased my case in June and already some of the design has already peeled off, I asked for refund or exchange and they did offer to me but I had to pay a difference because the case I had was sold out, their cases are way too expensive for low grade quality case
Cases are good, though ridiculously priced. Customer service is atrocious. Trying to arrange a simple return or exchange of a Christmas gift is more complicated and time consuming than getting a mortgage! Here are instructions provided by CS to begin the process:
I) Please place the item you received next to your device and take a picture
Ii) Please provide us a screen capture of your device model name, this can be found on your phone in 'Setting' > 'General' > 'About'

IPhone 13 Pro Plus back shattered when dropped from waist height even though sales person assured it was protected from a higher drop…worse still they would not cover damage to phone…if I could give zero stars I would!
They sent the customized case with my name on it to the wrong address TWICE. I was chill on the first one because it can happen since the address is sort of similar (though totally different zip code, so no excuses) but they did it again after they confirmed the address with me. I understand mistakes happen but this is just you not caring about paying customer. It took a whole month back and forth emails and I ended up with nothing. Refund was issued at least but definitely a bummer and a waste of time. I feel bad for some random person with the phone cases with my name on it delivered to them twice in the mailbox.
Bought one for my daughter, the side detached from the back after about 8 months, any case would be better than this, utter rubbish. Actually would rate this zero but it won't let me.
I bought 4 cases worth $144 Feb 2022. These cases are so cheap and not worth the price you have to pay for it. The casetify logo breaks off within a week or two of having the case on. I don't use my phone for any extreme activities at all so there's no reason for it to be as flimsy and cheap as it is. You're better off buying a case from Etsy that won't cost $60+

Answer: Nope. Well, maybe to say their cases aren't bad, but you will not get the right case and they'll wear you down until you just accept it or stop bothering them. If you have endless free time and limitless patience, or if you don't care about getting the wrong phone case, have at it, enjoy, I guess! Me, I chose to buy a case from a different company that won't screw me over.
