I don't understand how this company is still in business. I've never gotten what I've ordered from them, and I'm just talking about a single order. FOUR TIMES they sent me the wrong product, taking forever each time, and then they gave me the runaround each time they would exchange the wrong product and then, eventually... send me a different BUT ALSO WRONG phone case. Each time I communicated with them (by email only, you cannot reach a real person), it would take hours or even days to get a response. When I did get a response, it was never what I asked for, which was simply return info so I could send the incorrect case back to them and finally get a refund. They kept insisting on sending another case! I don't want to keep getting the wrong case from them, I just want a return and refund. I'm now filing a claim with my bank.
