The case is good, feels so protective as I always drop / bump my phone, still didn't find any scratches on my phone after few months.
So many chic designs on websites. Every time got something I would put to cart.
Customer service is responsive. Total experience is good.

They took a while to ship it, but I got the case in around two weeks after ordering it. It's sturdy but I've been using it for about two weeks now but you can see little scratches when it's under light. I had a good experience with the company, with on issue on shipping, and now that I see some bad reviews I'm surprised! I would recommend buying, the cases are really cute!
I purchased a phone case from them not too long ago and the sides are already dirty/the stars on the back are already peeling off. For such a high price, I would expect better quality from such a product. I tried writing a review on their website for this, and turns out they don't allow you to. They only showcase the 4-5 star reviews to make you want to buy from them. Don't waste your time or money on this website, and go for a cheaper alternative.
In mere months my case started falling apart and I thought it was just a fluke but when the offered me a free replacement that one fell apart even quicker. The bumper all around the edge just starts coming off and it's seriously not worth the money. You can get a case for much cheaper that will last much much longer.
1 month ship time, super expensive, so it must be good right? Nope. Print wore off within a couple months. And my phone still cracked when dropped off my lap whole sitting. It was a super cute case. Bummer.
Be aware that the cases will break and the side of the case will detached from the backing within the first year. Poor quality and poor materials used to stick this cheap case together. I've had Kmart phone cases that last longer. You'd think for a company that charges so much, they would provide adequate quality items. And they protect themselves by only offering a 6 month warranty - despite knowing that their cases will often fall apart between the 6 months and a year.
I am very happy with my products. Sure, delivery takes a while, but the page communicates that openly. That's also the case because they ship the parcels from Hong Kong. I live in Mexico and received my order within 15 days.
I dropped my phone countless times and never happened anything, the cases are durable and have a high quality (I use it since more than a year)
So I honestly don't get all the entiteld reviews here.
After reading all the scary reviews online. I started to think I wasted $48 on a item that would never come. However, after I reached out to the company on Instagram they replied just as fast and confirmed my item would take about two weeks to be sent out. I received my phone case in a cute package. My only problem is that the case is prone to collect many tiny scratches just within two weeks. But they're only noticeable when the case is under light.
I'm VERY happy with the quality for the price + style from casetify

With the few orders I've made via casetify e-commerce website every order has taken at minimum three 1/2 WEEKS to deliver every order, which truly for a company like casetify isn't acceptable, I've tried to speak to associates from casetify about this postage issue and I was getting bland replies from a human.
Do keep in mind casetify postage window before ordering online because the postage window will be moved back further days.
For example one of my orders was a gift and I've waited over 6 weeks now for the gift.
I purchased my case in June and already some of the design has already peeled off, I asked for refund or exchange and they did offer to me but I had to pay a difference because the case I had was sold out, their cases are way too expensive for low grade quality case
I bought my case 1.5 years ago and i have not had a single problem with it. All of the floral design on the back is still intact with no scratches, and it has saved my phone from countless fall. 10/10 will buy again.
Customer service is a nightmare, not sure what they're paying them for because they want me to solve the problem myself. All they do is give you various directions about all the other people you should contact about your order that's not them. They're reluctant if not blatantly refusing to give refunds when items are not received. You're basically teasing 65$ for air and a headache.
Order and receiving was ok. The Website well done. But that is all there is. It took a long time until we received the cares. The quality is extremely bad, made in China all the way. Bought 2 cares for iPhone 11 for my kids, spent >80€. Exactly 1 year later the rubber frame came off, at both (!) cases. Since they only offer a 6 month guarantee, guarantee is usually 1 year by law or even 2 years for material failutes like such, we only got a 15-20% discount offered for the next order. (Every other day they have 15% specials, so what makes this offer to me special?) Why would one pay another €80+, discounted €70 for cares that die in 1 year? Still crap
I ordered from Casetify online and my order still has not arrived (its been 3 months). Very overpriced product as well. $40 down the drain. I sent them an email to ask where my item was and I did't get a response :(
The lifetime warranty is a complete scam because it is literally impossible to get into contact with any customer service representative. I have sent multiple emails, tried instagram, tried their chat support. It has been over a month and still no response.
Horrible company run away from them they lie and then attach foreign transaction fees to you credit card and you have to pay to return and only get 1/2 back if you customize.you see the name casetify run in the opposite direction.I called on the day I received product I knew it was not what I wanted satisfaction guaranteed I call bull.there is no satisfaction guaranteed if you have to pay to send back to them and then only get 1/2 back because of putting your name on and on top of all of that you get charged a foreign transaction fee. If I knew about few could have put on the proper card,Do not waste your money with this company they are not soothe aggravation.
I have tried to give Casetify a chance but they have let me down multiple times.
Firstly, the customer service is terrible, if it even exists? I've tried to contact them multiple times with no reply. This was 6 months ago now. They have no email or number to call anywhere so the only way to contact them is through their website. A scam I tell you!
With both phone cases I've gotten from them the picture on the back has started to peel off after only a week of use. This is what I have tried to contact them about with no reply.
They are pretty protective, but my phone still got cracked with the most protective case plus a screen protector and only fell from less than one metre height onto smooth ground.
Please buy a cheaper phone case elsewhere. Or at least somewhere that has decent customer service.
Wife wanted a new case for her new phone. Ordered the case. 10 days later … nothing ships, or confirmed. Numerous emails go out to their "customer service" but get very third world country replies where the email and sentences don't make sense. Then day 16 it says shipped. But from a day before I even ordered the item. How the F does that happen? I email again, nothing. I ask for refund - won't do it. Awful. Stay away.
These Cases are great at protecting phones, however, I swear this company is a scam! They have 6 months warranty and every case I have bought from them breaks exactly on 12 months. The case splits at the seems! The customer service don't give a damn either. All probably part of their way to make money!
I did not notice I have made a mistake and purchased the wrong size for my phone case. I sent an email to their cx immediately and Fara was helpful to resolve it for me! Looking forward to receive my order. Thank you Casetify!
Answer: Legit company, sells poor quality cases for high prices though. Would not recommend!
Answer: Nope. Well, maybe to say their cases aren't bad, but you will not get the right case and they'll wear you down until you just accept it or stop bothering them. If you have endless free time and limitless patience, or if you don't care about getting the wrong phone case, have at it, enjoy, I guess! Me, I chose to buy a case from a different company that won't screw me over.
