I purchased from this store feeling confident because of all the ratings posted on their website as well as the 30 day purchase guarantee. So I ordered the part. One for my truck and one for my wife's. I installed the lights according to the directions which were very poorly translated into English. Neither of the sets worked. I contacted customer service and got a voicemail. I didn't leave a message then several minutes someone called me back. When I answered, that person said he just missed a call from this number (like it was a personal number). I told him what was happening and he said he would have technical support call back. Two days later I sent an email indicating that I wanted to make the return, again, no response.

Finally I called, less than a week after receiving the parts. The guy who answered the phone was the most unprofessional goon I have ever had the misfortune of dealing with. Within one minute of the conversation I began to record the conversation. The guy called me an idiot. He said that I installed them wrong, if I knew how to read I could make the install. When he finally offered the RMA number for the return he said that he was done with me and that he didn't want to hear back from me. Unbelievable. I called back several moments later and it was the same guy and we got into it a little bit. He laughed then started singing a little bit. Later on, after about 10 minutes I told him that I had been recording the conversation. His tone changed dramatically.

I sent the lights back with no faith that I would be refunded and what a relief to find that a couple of days after delivery confirmation I was issued a refund.

In short, never, ever, ever, ever do business with this company. If not for the low quality product then certainly for the low quality customer service.

From the second I got these piece of $#*! lights in the mail it has been nothing but $#*!ty serviceI went to install the lights only to find out that I needed to resistors after-the-fact I asked what all I would need as I had automatic headlights I contacted the customer service line and they said I should not need resistors as their plug-and-play so I took them to a shop who in fact he told me that I did need resistors I had the shop try three different types of resistors they were told me that my car would need to be hardwired do too The fact that I had automatic headlights all I wanted to do was return the head by eight so I contacted the customer service to see how I went about returning them I had to email them to get a response which took three days to reply to the email I got back was so vague as to how I return the lights when I replied it took them another two days to send me a reply back offering me more parts that I did not as I just wanted to return them I told them their website states there is a 30 day moneyback guarantee if I am not satisfied my 30 days quickly came to an end and I still do not have any sort of resolution or answer as to how I returned the headlights when I called the customer service rep he got an attitude with me and hung up the phone. If you know what is good for you you will not buy these lights save yourself the trouble and the money and do it at a shop that specializes in installing H ID headlights hope this helps save you guys from the drama that I've went through with these piece of $#*! headlight companies
