Love Carter's

Carter's has the best quality clothes for their prices! I always buy during their sales and spend way to much but never complain! Customer service is great! Never had a problem exchanging my items for different size or getting questions answered! I have been buying their clothes for 5 years and will continue until my kids cant fit in them anymore! 100% would recommend to everyone!

Long time customer

Haven't had any issues, they are over priced but I love lost their products. I always take advantage of random free shipping days which isn't often. Returns in store are easy which we hardly ever do. Quality is typical clothing quality, use mostly only their products on both my kids

Love Carters!

This is one of my favorite children's clothing stores. I love eating the rewards of course, having 3 kids makes it easy to rack up rewards. They can sometimes have some great deals, other times I find it's a little cheaper to buy Carter's brand items from Marshall's or Kohl's. But the quality is typically great, as is the fit.

Clothes were fine -once they FINALLY arrived AFTER Christmas! Ordered weeks before and were supposed to arrive by 12/20. Called and never got a call back as promised. Called again and held 2 hours! Will not buy online from them again. Very disappointed.

I love Carter's for my two daughters. Especially the clearance racks. Everything washes and wears very nicely. They last a long time and are great quality. My kids love picking outfits there. They always have great sales and the staff are kind and helpful at all of the locations ive been

The only negative is sometimes the price point is a little high.

Delivery company

Whatever warehouse/delivery companies they use are atrocious. The delivery men (yes that's right, two of them) that dropped off my package in front of myself and my toddler playing in his little water splash pad in our front yard made me feel extremely uncomfortable when they didn't leave for a bit and then had their phone facing out the passenger window as they drove away staring at me. Weird
Encounter. Will never order again.

My order went missing. Apparently Carters didn't ship my package so that UPS tracking associated with my order had been sitting as "Order Processed: Ready for UPS" for a long time. I contacted CS several times via both emails and phone calls. Some reps know what they are doing but many of them were horrible. Thanks to stupid Carters they didn't ship my order but the email notification about "Your order is ready to pick up!" was still sent out, I ended up with going to the store some extra times. And Carters don't care. If it was Gap.com they'll give me 10% OFF coupon to show their apologies (and they did when something inconvenient stuff happened to me). It was a mess, not cool at all.

Whenever I have questions about my orders it's like they beat around the bush with what I'm asking and completely change the subject. No help whatsoever. I hate how every time I order online, multiple items end up being cancelled after my order processes, due to it being unavailable. If you don't have an item don't advertise it for sale on the site then. Also, takes entirely too long to deliver, I'm sure my child will outgrow the clothes as soon as I get them, thats how long it's taken. I like the quality of their clothing but I'll never buy from their site again.

Lost package
May 6, 2021

I ordered two pairs of sandals which were supposedly delivered this morning at 8:40am to the "side door" at my address. Well, there is no side door so I would like to know where my package was dropped off. I asked the neighbors and even the store next door. It's nowhere. So I contacted the delivery company and all I got was an automated response saying they would get back to me within 48 hours. Gee, thanks for the customer service! I am so upset and will never order online from them again!

I recently ordered my grandson an outfit consisting of two separate items. It took more than a week to ship and by that time I received notice that one item had sold out. Needless to say the one was no good without the other. Not going to order from them again.

I understand there is a pandemic. But I have gone three times in the last week. Each day a new sign saying "sorry for the inconvenience will open tomorrow". Too bad that doesn't help me because now my rewards is expired.

Beginning July 24,2017, Carters/Oshkosh has a new return policy. 90 days max if you expect to get back what you paid for the item. After that, whether you have a receipt or not, you will get the lowest sale price. And even then, the refund is in the form of a gift card, no credits to your credit card. I've been a loyal customer, but NO MORE! And I'm returning about $500 worth of merchandise in the next two days. There are plenty of other stores selling Carters clothing.

I wrote negative reviews for two products. The reviews complied with all of the guidelines and the moderators reject them. FWIW, I'm an attorney, not someone who can't follow instructions well enough to write a review that complies with rules.

I ordered some items online. I did not get an email confirmation although I got a message that my order went through. I emailed twice with no response. I called customer service and spent almost an hour on hold. I will never order from here again. I am left to wonder if this is a legitimate site. There are many cons out there.

The worst
April 28, 2020

Is there really someone at customer service? I don't think so. I waited for 1 hour then clicked the option to have them calm back-Don't do it! You don't even get two rings, they are gone and you can't call back. Stay on hold for 2 hours! Really! So not worth it. Then to be told that I could take 28 days to ship, why didn't you tell me that before the order was placed.
This company is the worst. Not worth it ever.

Company is a joke

Don't buy from Carters Online Store you'll be so disappointed. They will cancel your order and not tell you why or they will take over 2 weeks to delivery your order. Either way anyone you speak to in customer service won't have a real answer for you, you will be on the phone with them forever, their wait time is unreal and they won't do anything for you without a fight. The clothes are so cute but buy from an actual store not from their website. It's not worth the time you'll waste or the aggravation you'll go thru. Trust this review I gave Carters online store 3 chances and I'll never do it again.

After buying multiple winter pyjamas for my baby, I realized that my baby is suffering from skin allergies, so i read on the material, it turned out to be 100% polyester. I have trusted this brand since i was buying the summer collection which was made of cotton. How on earth do they use polyester for babies?

Horrible business

For some reason, I'm on Carters "review list" and can't order with them anymore, like ever and customer service can't explain to me why this is. I've never heard of such a thing and I've never had negative history with anyone but Apparently I do with Carter's, HA! I hardly have a history at all with Carter's! It's absolutely ridiculous and they've lost my business and my friends and family. I'm glad they're business is doing so well that they can afford to lose business for no apparent reason. I've talked to multiple people at customer service, waiting for calls back and nothing.
