I love the osh Kosh brand it is so cute and washes really well. It also holds up well to the active play of children. The stores always have a great selection of items are displayed nice. It is also very organized and easy to find what you are looking for. The customer service reps in the store are friendly and helpful. Their online store is always stocked if you can't find the size you need in the store and shipping is very prompt. Returns are easy and their customer service is great.
Waste of time - don't order from them!
I ordered a few things for my 3-year-old granddaughter, who has had a growth spurt and needs some summer clothes. I received a shipping notification with a UPS tracking number, but UPS never received the package. The first time I called customer service, they said to contact UPS, but UPS said the label was created but they never received the package, so it would still be at Carter's. They offered to reship, but most of the items I had ordered are now out of stock. Not only that, but it took too much of my time - 2 calls to customer service, & contacting UPS - to get the correct answers and get a refund.
Is there an option of giving 0 stars? Horrible experience! Made an order for 4 things, the next day I got an email saying one of the items, a toddler's bathing suit, was out of stock... instead of refunding me my $15 for it they sent me a $15 e-gift card and a coupon code for free shipping and 20% off. I go to order a different pattern bathing suit the same day for the same price and figure I'll use the code they gave me. When I typed in the code It says it is expired. I call them and ask if I can get a code that works they say no, then I ask if they can just send me a different bathing suit and they say no. I ask what I am supposed to do and the guy tells me to just order the bathing suit and he will adjust the price and refund me the shipping. I order the suit and pay the $8.96 shipping. He refunds me the shipping as ANOTHER GIFT CARD. Felt extremely fraudulent. Basically like I paid for shipping because I have to still use the money at their store whereas if I would have used the coupon code they sent me and it would have worked I wouldn't have had to deal with this crap. I had to call them probably 5 different times and explain the entire story to someone new every time. Finally I talk to a "supervisor" and she tells me she will cancel the order and refund my shipping to me. I wait over a week and NOTHING HAPPENS. I call back again twice and they tell me to keep waiting. STILL HAVE NOT RECIEVED MY REFUND and don't think I ever will. Absolute scam company. No one can help you or do anything for you. They scammed me out of my $9, which is not a lot of money but it's the principal of it and that they essentially tricked me. I was led to believe the shipping would be refunded and was not once told it would be refunded as another e-gift card, otherwise I wouldn't have made the order. Do not ever expect a refund from them. I will NEVER buy from them again. Horrible company.
I ordered two pairs of sandals which were supposedly delivered this morning at 8:40am to the "side door" at my address. Well, there is no side door so I would like to know where my package was dropped off. I asked the neighbors and even the store next door. It's nowhere. So I contacted the delivery company and all I got was an automated response saying they would get back to me within 48 hours. Gee, thanks for the customer service! I am so upset and will never order online from them again!
Terrible customer service. You might as well be talking to a robot. The "Supervisors" are no better. Avoid.

I ordered something yesterday and put in wrong address. Called this morning to correct and was told that order will be shipped in a day or two but I could not correct address. I have to wait until I get a confirmation email saying order was shipped to cancel and order again. This makes no sense. The person told me the order is in a big truck and they can't go looking through this truck to find my order. I had placed an order with Amazon at the same time and they were able to cancel the order and had me reorder. I will never order from Carter's again due to their nonsensical policies.

Purchase baby clothes on line-got the wrong size and could not get any customer service response over a period of 8 werks since lodge a complaint. They are just a delivery company with no reponse or service
Went to parkchester located. One lady employee was rude & was showing damn care. No greeding, no eye contact, no smiling. Instead of being kind, helpful she was showing her damn attitude. Wanted to ask her something but she didn't replied & was folding thr closths which isn't a good hospitality. As a regular member totally disappointed & will nolonger go there.
I had a problem with ordering online. But based on these reviews I shouldn't be surprised. I'll just stick to buying your clothes for half price at ross from now.

I have been ordering clothes from carters website for at least 5 years for my children. Over the last year I've noticed a lot of glitches with the website. It's usually my orders disappearing or not being able to save anything to favorites. Over a week ago I ordered again. This time I applied for the carters credit card to get the 25% off my order. At first it showed the 25% off being taken off my order but when I clicked off and clicked back on my shopping cart the 25% off disappeared. After checking out the 25% off still was not taken off my order and once again my order disappeared. I contacted carter customer service TWICE still with no response. My order finally reappeared but I still did not receive my 25% off and on top of that I was not sent any info on my carters credit card so I'm unable to create an account to make payments. This is absolutely ridiculous.
It's the best brand I like OshKosh clothes. I bought here some goods for my Godsons. The quality is perfect.
Beware of Carters.com I honestly have never been more fed up and frustrated and mislead by any children's store. I recently placed an order two months ago and a month later it arrived late. I was not very much bothered by the fact it was late I was disappointed in the fact out of the seven items I ordered I had only received the six in total. I called the consumer affairs office and told them exactly the missing item was I had not received in my package. They went on and said that they would process a refund for the missing item. Now to this day it's been close to a month and I have not been given the refund back on my original method of payment. After tirelessly contacting them a couple times a week addressing this issue I am continuing to be told that It will be processed with 3-5 business days. I have been told this more than by one associate over the phone and I am to be honest done with trying. I will not be shopping from Carters ever again.
I wish i had read the reviews before ordering... my package has been sitting in a facility in Georgia since Dec 11th. This is beyond "slow service"
Customer service is ZERO help
Placed an order 10-12-20 my fault for losing track of time but as wrapping noticed I didn't have it. Looked at email said it was in my state at the warehouse, called CS to ensure delivery as it's a Christmas gift only to be lied to several times including that I had already been refunded for this item NOPE. The "team lead" is a joke as she feels that title somehow makes her apology more sincere than the client service reps. Bottom line is they are rude, they lie and now I'll take my business elsewhere.

A grandma that loves to spoil her babies
I ordered from Carters at the end of November for a trip I was going on up north. I finally get a shipment notification on December 11th by this time they only sent out my daughters snowsuit and canceled my sons so I had to look somewhere else for his. It's been 11 more days and no shipment date has been set. I can't get ahold of anyone and my trip is now today. So we will have to scramble and find one when we get to the resort. I have shopped at Carter's for five years, but have never ordered online. I understand they are behind but this is a little much. I will probably never be visiting the store either because of this horrible experience online. Do Not shop online with them! They falsely advertised my package will be here in 3-6 days and 10 days at the most.

Answer: I have found better online. Sometimes just 2.99 for shirt, shorts or pj. I always buy off season and get Hugh discounts. The only problem is variety but I'm not picky. I just buy what I like and check again later. Good luck
