Exceptional Service and Fast Delivery!

Prepared the clay as directed and left to dry as per instructions but unfortunately the clay cracked in Numerous places which was not at all the desired result based on images of the product when purchasing

Thank you for your review and I am extremely sorry for the unpleasant experience you had with the photo frame.

We have to be mindful of the clay and use self-judgment to determine when to stop softening it. As is the case with any DIY project using clay including pottery. The instructions are only meant to serve as a guide. Sometimes, several factors come into play when it comes to achieving the right consistency of the dough, such as moisture, room temperature, and humidity.

However, we do not want you to be unhappy with your purchase so we have already sent you a return label to send the product back to us for a full refund of your order.

Delay in shipping

Communication was given not long after my purchase that my chosen item was out of stock in the Australian warehouse - which is completely fine and I appreciate.

After notifying the representative that I'm happy for the delivery to come from the Chinese warehouse there was a weeks delay in responding and therefore notifying the dispatch team.

I am yet to receive a dispatch notice and it has been almost three weeks since my initial order.

The package was delivered on 19th March which is within the extended time frame that we had informed you about.

Great service

Very happy with interaction - dress was unable to be delivered in time due to transportation issues & they were very communicative about this & offered to refund the dress as the delivery date was after the date of the event.

DISAPPOINTING

Didn't arrive the tracking number says it was delivered but I never received it really disappointed because they were dresses for my flower girls now I have to try find something at such short notice 😢

Cute gifts

Got a super cute feeding set for a birthday present. I'd searched a lot of sites and this was by far the cutest I could find, and a really good price. Turn around was quick with updates on order processing. They're very transparent on their website around whether the product will take longer if it needs to be shipped from o/s. Definitely worth a look for something different.

These guys are amazing! My son was missing shorts with the delivery and customer service assured me they would find a solution in time for my sons baptism. Wow. I cannot rate them more. Never received item

I ordered a dress that never arrived. Company keeps telling me to check again. How many times can I check for something that isn't there? They are avoiding giving a refund.

As per the email discussion with our Customer Service team, we provided you with photographic proof of delivery to show that the package was delivered on your house's porch on 26th Feb.
If by any chance there was any error on our side in getting your package delivered, we would have surely sent out a replacement immediately. However, that was not the case here.

I am so happy with the quality of customer service that is given here. Communication was efficient and fast, I felt like I was really taken care of. Delivery was also very quick and on time! Recently purchased a pair of shoes for my niece which didn't fit and wanted a bigger size. I emailed customer service and got a quick response straight away giving me instructions on how to proceed with the refund. After receiving the shoes which I sent back, customer service representative notified me that the refund has been issued back into my account and I could make a new order for a bigger size. I always have trouble when refunding with purchases online but this was super easy to do! Outstanding customer service, I highly recommend this place!

Parcel arrived late, outside of the suggested delivery time and after the event I purchased it for. Raised my concerns a few weeks after purchase and was dismissed and lied to. Customer service was more interested in patronising me than helping to resolve issues.

I was very disappointed that I paid extra for express post and yet my parcel was sent on a truck. You can not offer express within Australia if you are sending all items on a truck from Canberra. I live in regional North Queensland and it took 10 business days. I will be returning purchase as I didn't receive it in time of event.

As a token of our apology, we have refunded 30% of your order and the credit should be already available in your account.

We are in discussions with our shipping partners to take corrective measures so that these delays do not happen in the future.

Unicorn storage boxes

The product was good and delivery excellent. BUT it was advertised as a toddler backpack and was too big for my two year old grandchild. Not returned yet because Covid has intervened. Am awaiting successful return once I am able to go to a post office.

After having the wrong product shipped to me, I emailed the company and the issue was resolved within 12-18 hours. A free return label was emailed to me and the correct item was promptly shipped out and received within the week. They were also very understanding about the fact that I am moving house, so I had to change my shipping address and am being a bit slow with my return.
Overall 10/10. I have no complaints at all.

I received my items in a timely manner, which was good. However, I was dissatisfied with a pair of shoes and sent an email about it. The response I got was that it was put out of shape in transit. Yes the shoe may have been a little out of shape, but the bow is definitely stitched on incorrectly. I have pulled it every which way and it defines doesn't match the partner shoe and doesn't match the second pair that I got in another size. I feel the 20% I was offered as a 'good gesture' wasn't good enough for an item that isn't perfect. Not like I can let her wear it like that, especially for an event.

Practical buy

My youngest daughter has recently had her first baby and I wanted to buy her a useful present, so I sent her information, from another site, on a bag to attach to the front of the pram. She sent me information on a pram bag from the MinnieMe site which she preferred, so that was the one I ordered. She has been very happy with the gift and particularly loves the easily accessible pocket for tissues at the front of the bag.
