One of my best decisions was enrolling my car in a CarShield plan. The monthly payments paid over the years have turned out to be worth every penny! When the air conditioner stopped working while living in a hot and humid southern state, I rolled the windows down. Unfortunately, these opened windows increased the hot air, making my life miserable, whether driving or waiting in the car listening to music for my husband to return. I shunned the repairs for months and remembered I had CarShield. This began my love relationship with CarShield. They provided me with repair shops or allowed me to choose my own. The entire experience was stress-free, friendly, and professional, and all was done with a quick diagnosis followed by approval for the repairs. I learned that another significant issue caused the failure of my car A/C! Superman CarShield swooped in and saved me from spending thousands of dollars out of pocket! Again, my monthly premium was "worth every penny" paid over the years!

So I have done this job in 2021 when the coil pack went out on cylinder #3. This time the 4th cylinder coil messed up. Car is 10 years old but only 54,507 miles. I can say in 2021 I did this job a hell of a lot cheaper then the Hyundai dealership. $222.00 for labor was 😵💫😵But I paid my $200 deductible and Car Shield did the rest. More then happy with my experience with Car Shield 🤙🏻😎

I had an issue with my jeep. I thought it was my struts. I had called CarShield to see if they were covered under my plan & they are not. With that, my husband took my jeep to Meineke as he is familiar with the shop & mechanics. I asked my husband to call me when they checked it & knew what it was. I tried calling & texting my husband; but he never got back to me! When he came home he tells me it was my front stabilizer link. Smh So I called CarShield and questioned if they were covered & they were. So, he suggested I send my bill to the claim adjuster's email. But he said it can NOT be GUARANTEED that it would be considered for a refund as I did not handle this correctly. They reviewed everything & I did get a refund. I was so happy that they considered this at all! I am so happy that I have this coverage.

Tried 2 times to use car shield, Called myself and was told both times my problem was covered by car shield but when mechanic called told not covered. When I called about this I was told mechanic did not call but I was standing with him when he called

It took several hours to acquire someone to tow my car. I ended up having to pay out of pocket so not happy about that. The customer Rep was very nice and helpful but just don't like the availability in this area.

I took my car to my auto repair service and they handle contacting Car Shield and CS covered the $600 repair except for the $200 deductible, no problems.
