Missed payment notice

I am concerned about the limitations of the policy. Without reading all of the details; there appear to be a number of limitations. I would like to have a better understanding of the limitations. I understand the policy does not cover oil changes and brake pads. Does the policy cover any maintenance? Do you recommend any activity to avoid break downs beyond body repair and maintenance? I am concerned about avoidance issues!

This was my first experience With Carshield I love how you all took the time to reach out to me and send me updates.
Every step of the way. I also Love the fact that when the dealer stated they were waiting On you all I was able to call you And have a three way conversation for verification of them receiving. My car was in the shop from December 14th to December 31st.
But Carshield was not the hold upJob well done

Your company coverages is not for EV.

EV equipped with full of electronic sensor.
Your company does not cover that.
When I purchased policy from your company I thought coverage simular as Tesla extended warranty but not.

My issue is my repairs were not covered and I had to pay out of pocket. I pay $99 a month so I find the explanations not acceptable.
