It was easy for me, as auto mechanic shop filed the claim. First thing that was covered. Was happy that it was made easy. Just wish there was coverage for other problems I had IE leaking strut, and also oil changes.

My overall experience with Carshield was really good. I had the service since February. They offered a really good deal for my vehicle. Thankfully, I didn't have to use any of the services for my vehicle but it was great to have the coverage when I needed it.

I gave several customer service reps my phone number, confirmed my car rental and got there and was told they tried to reach me at the number given to them by Car Shield reps hence no rental. Had to reschedule for the next. There has to be some empathy for the customer who is apparently caught up on a catch 22 with claims. Never thought it would be this horrible

After many years (7) of being with your company and very little repair claims; now that a major repair is needed you'll have dropped the ball with a lot of red tape and inquisitions. I've paid my premiums like clockwork every month. I'm not at all happy with your service or professionalism towards fixing my car, you'll looking for the cheap route to solve my issues. Cheapness seems to be your best interest and not satisfying a seven (7) year customer!

The process fo claims is very confusing and kind of moves slowly. The reason I purchase protection like this is so that when the unexpected happens like it did with me that I'd be ok and not have to worry about repairs. This process has given me and the shop I choose in their network the run around it is sad

My mechanic was required to not only submit estimates with full breakdowns but videos of the problem. Then videos of the car, vin, dipstick and all back and forth along with maintenance records.I got the car back over 6 weeks later and the shop still hadnt been paid. Everything took exorbitantly long which was unusual as i never experienced that before. Plus they didn't even honor everything they should have
