Needed a car and was skepical of the big dealers, but Earl Stewart made me feel at home. Found a 2014 Prius and am very happy with the car. Mike made it very enjoyable.
I took my f250 two wheel drive truck into Purvis for an oil change and a safety inspection. My vehicle has approximately 53,000 miles on it. I was told by my service tech. It would be apprximately two hours. After 5 hours plus my tech tells me they are working on the safety inspection, and my wheel bearings need to be repack or replaced on my 4x4, I explained my truck is two wheel drive. He said they still need to be done, and they have to fail my truck if they dont do them. I tried to tell him I had the 50,000 mile service at another Ford dealership 10 months ago, and my wheel bearing were all good. I got no connection to what I was saying. I ask what the repack would cost, he said only 399.00 for my truck. I declined his ridiculous offer, and waited another hour and half for my vehicle.
Today I took my vehicle to mineke across from Costco and had them pull my front wheels off, pack the bearing and give me my vehicle safety inspection, all for less than $200.00. The mechanic told me the wheel bearings were not loose, or in need of anything. So all that being said I obviously will never go back to Purvis, and I honestly believe that the service folks are in the business of deceiving their customers rather than assisting them.
I would suggest taking a second look for another dealership, or at the very least question what your service tech tells you, good luck.
My husband and I went to look at a used Tahoe on Saturday 7/8/2017 at Auto Nation Nissan in Pembroke Pines.
We had no appointment and didn't think much would happen that day.
To our very pleasant surprise, we were greeted by Wilfredo Cordero who was very friendly and professional. He phoned his Manager RJ Dwyer who spoke with me on the phone even though it was his day off! RJ Dwyer said I was in good hands and assured me that we would be taken good care of. We were treated like family and were offered the best deal without any pressure or hidden fees. We also received top dollar for our trade in. Prior to AutoNation, Auto Buy quoted us the lowest price ever, which we declined. We highly recommend purchasing a new or used vehicle from RJ Dwyer or Wilfredo Cordero. These men are very passionate about connecting with the customers and making us feel like we were the boss! We love our 2011 Tahoe and the price. We sincerely Thank-you both for a wonderful and quick transaction!
Best Regards,

Oh and Thank-you for my FULL tank of gas and shinny wax job!
I managed to get a car off private seller really cheap who had money and dint want to bother listing and selling it. I checked the prices on the internet and I figured even if I list it cheap I still make 2x times what I have paid for it and someone will be still happy to get this car for amount of money I was asking for it. So I listed it on cars.com but the car went on fraud watch ether because someone reported my add or cars.com guys decided to do so. I figured that they just want to be safe than sorry its very understandable this days. I called them and explain the situation they asked me to send them pictures or scan of a title I complied toke a photos with my phone and emailed it with it a 2min. Few day had passed no reply so I called them up and ask them to explain what was going on, only to hear that they had reviewed my case but cant tell me anything why but made business decision not to post my add. That simple the site that advertise them self was made for the people didnt want to bother but there are plenty of dealership there lie that they private sellers. I sold a car next day to a dealership and still made 2x more than I paid for it. Too bad that this website dont let regular people save money on purchasing cars and only worry about big guys with paid account to make money. So if you want to save your money and not overpay go look someplace else this site is bogus and plain and simple rip-off.
My car repaired by pohanka lexus service. Lagii Moore who was my service adviser. She is the best service adviser ever. I will come back when my car service needed.

All I wanted to do was look and then get predatory phone calls constantly 3 weeks later. It's too bad there's not less than a 1 for a rating.
Not bad. Does have all the features I need. Thanks Honda. Hank was great to work with and fast to respond.
I Heard many bad things about this company from different sources. I will not recommend it to anyone.
We purchased a used car at Tampa Auto Showroom in September. When we test drove the car it was heavily scented but it also had an odor which we determined came from a floor mat in the trunk that had mold on it. We told them we didn't want a car with odors and made it clear we didn't want one with cigarette smells. There was no indication of cigarette smells when we drove it because of the heavy scent of fragrance they had sprayed in the car. They offered to clean the car again, along with the mat. The second day after we purchased the car and after the heavy scents wore off, the entire car smelled of someone who had smoked very heavily in it. It was in the carpet, the upholstery, everywhere. They may have cleaned the mat, but touched nothing else. I was amazed that these guys who seemed really decent throughout our transaction, would fail to mention that, prior to them heavily scenting this car so they could sell it, there had been a heavy smoker who owned it. I couldn't believe that they would be that dishonest when I had already mentioned that we didn't want a car that had been smoked in. I don't believe the apparent cigarette smoke smell could have been overlooked by this dealer. Every time I get in this car I get sick to my stomach from the smell, even though my husband has scrubbed it thoroughly. I didn't get a reply when I sent them a message about how disgusted I was with the car. I wouldn't go back to Tampa Auto Showroom to purchase a vehicle.
Bought a car thru cars.com and Kinion auto.
It has some hiccups but in the end they worked with me and we were able to resolve everything.
Colonial ford and Michael ONeil provided excellent service with the purchase of our vehicle. The whole process was smooth as silk
I received the most professional and friendly service I ever had buying a car. My salesman Conrad was so helpful and patient.

Dear Cars.com,
Yes, I have a question. I've used cars.com in the past to sell my cars, and it has very worked very well and I was able to sell my cars in short periods of time. I subscribed to your 2 month option close to a month and a half ago to sell my 2004 Porsche Boxster with very low miles (41,000) and in great condition. It is very close to the lower prices for most similar Boxsters on your site. Over that month and a half period, I have had over 300 views and only one serious inquiry. This really amazed me, so I responded to my own ad with an expression of interest saying I was interested. I mainly wated to see if something is wrong with my ad/site. I got a letter back to my email, reflecting the fact that I had expressed interest in the car. Then, the next day and for several days thereafter, I've been getting additional emails from Cars.com telling me about all the other Porsche Boxsters that you have on your site. How does this help an individual seller on your site who is paying you money for an ad? How the hell am I suppose to sell my car, if you drown them in unliited additional cars for the following day and weeks after they looked at my ad? There is not even time enough for them to respond.
You hurt the people who are paying you money to advertise to the benefit of others who have paid you nothing.
Cars.com no longer is a good site to sell your car, I will go with your competitors. You have gotten too greedy and nonresponsive to your customers.

You have really killed the ability of people to sell their cars quickthere ly o your sit.so cars an ad
I normally don't write reviews about a website that posts consumer reviews on other businesses, however, I have to say that Cars.com is a scam and not reliable if you are seeking accurate and honest reviews. On July 9,2016, me and my wife visited a local car dealership to buy a new car. In the end, we walked out without getting a new car. What really irritated me is days later, the salesman called me back, telling me he had good news and told me to come in the dealership right away. I ignored him. He called me for a total of 4 times, each time telling me something different, such as, "we have new incentives" or "we have brand new promotions and I can get you into that new car" or "we can offer you more discounts, I promise I will make that deal go through". I contacted the dealership and looked at their website and realized that there was NO new incentives or promotions. It was a lie. This is misleading and false advertisement. First, when I posted my initial review on Cars.com, they rejected it because some guy by the name of * said I mentioned pricing on my review and told me to re-write it. Then when I did re-write my review, * sent me the following message; "Unfortunately, your review was rejected for falling outside of one or more of Cars.com's review guidelines. For instance, please refrain from accusing the dealer of partaking in any sort of illegal activity. Please feel free to re-submit a new review for moderation". This is the second time he rejects it. What does he want me to do, give a positive review on the business? He said, "refrain from accusing the dealer of partaking in any sort of illegal activity". Well I got news for you, that is exactly what the business was doing. They lied to me again and again, only to convince me to come in and make a sale. Shame on you Cars.com for not posting my honest review.

This dealership is helpful with processing already approved loans. Steve was very helpful with getting the paperwork processed and finalized.
