Cars.com is the source of all information that I have on cars. Of course, you are not going to buy a car on a regular basis but when you do need a car, don't buy without looking at cars.com.
It seems every negative review seems one way. It doesn't really show how the establishment operates, it's just the moment, maybe a client doesn't get there way and they result in negative comment.
Went to luxury looking for a car and a sales man named Angel helped me out he was very helpful and Eric helped with the finance.
I recommend luxury automotive club And meet with Angel
I referred by brother to Richard Norman at Honda Marysville because he was on the market for a HONDA CRV. Richard sold me my first luxury car and I knew his professionalism and consultative approach would provide my brother with the assurance needed for a successful purchase! He made a great deal with Richard and bought a beautiful 2018 CRV.

I mostly see ads from slimy car dealers that are selling cars with greater than
200K miles and salvaged titles. And the new car dealers don't seem to touch
Anything under a $10K selling price.
Joyee is so good to me, give me a huge discount, and take care of me, bought another one because my car just totaled, still like to come back here. You can come and see him on Toyota Sunnyvale
Too many dead ends, and dealers not communicating reasonably. Too many cars posted that are already sold.
I am a man who always online to check the cars, it is the good one for me to get some ideas of the cars, and i can get the e-mail when there is a new cars.
If you write a positive review, they post it on their website, but if you write a negative reviews, they don't post it for certain models / car companies. Fishy.
I had a terrible experience selling my car with cars.com. I was berated because I wouldn't sell my car for $1200 when I was quoted $3500 over the phone. And I mean berated, this man explained to me like I was a simpeton that "an appraisal is what people schedule when they actually want to sell a car". Thanks, buddy, but no one usually just goes along with being counter offered $2000 less. I said thanks for your offer but I have other appointments this week with other interested buyers so I'll have to stay in touch. He responded with "Where are they then? If you have so many interested buyers then where are they now?" I had simply scheduled the appraisal with cars.com earlier in the week and the carmax and craigslist appointments later in the week. I was pretty shocked that this dude had the audacity to speak to me this way when he was trying to buy my vehicle, and just ended up settling for $2500 (quite a jump up from $1200 max) because I just wanted it to be over with. I am a young female, by the way, and I feel like I was intimidated and taken advantage of on purpose and that if I had brought a male presence, that this wouldn't have happened. Common in the business of cars, but disgusting for 2017.
Overall fantastic, looking for professionalism shop here, as I walked in already felt like an important person.

I feel forgotten by BMW of Atlantic City. I took my car there on Oct. 12,2017. I paid for electronic service that was not totally completed. I noticed this after I left. I went back the next day and they fiddled with the car. I went back two days later and waited for several hours, but the problem could not be fixed. A week later, October 31, I took my car back to BMW. They kept my car for 9 days, until November 9,2017 and still did not fix the problem. For most of the days, my car was just in the parking lot. How do I know, because I went out there once to get something out of the car and because I also rode past two more times and saw the car in the same spot. True they gave me a loaner for the 9 days, but when I got my car back, the problem still was not totally fixed. It is now 12 days after I last took my car to BMW (November 21,2017), and I am disappointed in BMW of AC and feel that they not only let me down, took my money, did not fix what I paid for, and did not follow up to make sure that I was a satisfied customer, which I am certainly not. I want to know, how is BMW of AC going to fix my problem and if they can't, then what is BMW going to do to remedy the situation?
We found several vehicles my daughter was interested in on Cars.com
I spoke with Tom Diefendorf at Roseville BMW, he provided us with outstanding
Customer service and attention on the 2015 BMW she purchased. Tom and I talked on the phone a couple of times prior to meeting in person with my daughter. He was always patient, professional and polite. He emailed all the options on the vehicle of interest to me so I could review the safety features I was most interested in. He would always call me on time with follow up and was very genuine in comparison to the other dealerships I had been working with such as, Niello and Mountain View.
When I came to meet with Tom Diefendorf with my daughter, he was knowledgeable, professional, a great listener and caring. He made the transaction smooth and seamless from start to finish. Such a nice guy. Who wouldnt want to do business with him?
Tom Diefendorf continued to follow up with me after the purchase which gives me great
"peace of mind" in knowing that Tom will be there if anything is needed.
Tom was easy to work with, treated me with respect and urgency, kindness and concern.
I would highly recommend Tom Diefendorf and Roseville BMW to family & friends when
Purchasing a new or used vehicle.
I recently purchased 2017 Mazda 3 from North Shore Mazda. Duarte Bettencort coordinated purchase. All happened with such ease. Thank you North Shore Mazda and thank you Duarte.
