I would have preferred to only order the flag since I have one of your spinner flag poles already but apparently that is not an option. I really didn't need another pole.
The flag should be sold alone without a pole.
Instructions should also be included. I asked for instructions and received them for a flag with grommets, not a spinner flag. That was not helpful at all. Customer service did not read my request properly. If I had called, I am sure they would not have heard me. For a company that advertises its "Americanism" the service was a real disappointment.
Got the order confirmation email but never got email with link to track order.
Easy to navigate site - very quick check out! I have purchased from Carrott-Top for years now. Always good quality price and very reasonable prices. Even their 'regular shipping' is very quick. I have never had an issue in all the years I have done business with them.
