I ordered the wrong flag. When I asked for assistance I was told a return slip would be emailed to me so I could return that flag and get the appropriate one. Been over a month and no email. Need a New York State flag the will slide onto the flag pole I bought. I will keep the flag I bought but I need the proper one for the pole.

I was very well pleased until I got this survey link disguised as a confirmation to verify that I had received my order. I thought carrot-top was a better organization than this. I definitely will look at other places before I order from them again.

We are glad you are still in business. We shopped for our first flag in 1998. This order is for its replacement. Good experience the first time. Easy to find the exact flag we ordered way back in 1998.

I wish company I purchased the flagpole from would include this quality rope even if it cost more.The rope they gave me snapped the first time we had some wind.
