Purchased a $42 car part and was charged $175 for shipping. Should have been charged $18 for shipping, but CARiD customer service said they don't control shipping costs. They sell the same part on Ebay for $56 with free shipping. Customer service and manager would not work with me on the shipping costs. Said I could ship it back, but for refund, would have to use their shipping service which would cost $90. Terrible customer service and overcharging for shipping. Avoid CARiD, they are ripping you off.

Bought a tail light lens from them it cracked days later and the boast a 1 year warranty and will not honor it says the manufaturer wont but they are the ones advertises warranty and sells product DONT TRUST THEM SAVE YOUR MONEY
