Only these guys have no GUNS aren't they? So many victim customers wrote their horrible experience stories on reviews included me. I ordered two brake drums from this site and they send me mix and match parts so only one fitted in my car. OTHER HALF USELESS. Please do some one have power to handle like this should take care of this wrong company. Absolutely need investigate.
I ordered a set of wheels, which showed in stock and shipped in 24-48 hours. I get an email showing shipping 7 days later! Called, and was told they didn't have them in the warehouse, which is what "in stock" means. I was told they would have them shipped directly from manufacturer the next day. Three days later, I call again to get tracking number, I get it an hour before they are scheduled for delivery... so I missed them since I had to sign for them. The average call lasted 28 minutes, with 26 of them being on hold. I was also told twice by a service rep to "let me talk" after she had cut me off. Then she hung up on me after I asked to speak with a manager... 30 minutes down the drain on that call! I picked them up today at UPS, and the installation kit was not there! Card again and was told they would ship it today... so now I have wheels I cannot install until next week when I get the instal kit. Overall, terrible experience. I'd rather spend the extra money and buy direct from manufacturer.
I purchased replacement fog lights for my 2012 Ford Focus. CARiD's lights were much cheaper than buying them from the dealer and I found them to be of equal quality. They arrived quickly and fit perfectly. I'll be shopping at CARiD again.
A few months ago I purchased some new Cray wheels and nitto tires for my Corvette. Once I got the wheels onto the car and started driving it I noticed that one of my wheels kept losing pressure slowly while i was driving it. I ended up taking it into a goodyear store had them try to find/ fix the leak which they couldnt find either. When I called Carid.com to let them know that there was an issue they would not just take my word or the written word of the Goodyear shop for it. After about 3 weeks of going back and forth with them on the phone and email to try and get this issue resolved, which even included me sending a video spraying the tire with soapy water, they tried to tell me that because they couldn't see a leak there was nothing they could do. This prompted me to get a little loud with them. Which led to them agreeing to take the tire and wheel back. I didn't spend close to 3700 dollars to have defective merchandise. However, here is where it gets so much worse. After about a month of them having the wheel in their possession and countless unreturned phone calls and emails, they sent me an email saying that they couldn't find the leak and we're going to send it back to me at My Expense! This prompted me to get VERY LOUD with them explaining that I am NOT doing this for fun, there is a legitimate problem and it needs to be fixed. This is when the sales rep, George Daskalothanasis, got a random and mysterious email from his warehouse stating that they were going to replace the wheel for me. All in all from the time I shipped out the wheel and tire to them, until the time I got it back was close to 2 months of summer driving season gone. The whole ordeal was about 3 months total. I have the new wheel and tire now and everything seems to be holding pressure, but I will never do business with this company ever again. They need some serious help in customer service.
I had ordered a bunch of parts (Over $3,000.00 CAN.) from CARiD in which I had thought it was a good site as it was one of the first one my google search. It turns out I had the worst customer service ever from being called a liar to not having my calls returned after being promised from a "Supervisor" which to me is a huge disappointment. They promised me priority shipping which somehow got changed to standard shipping. They tried to compensate me with a $50 gift certificate but I will never shop there again so I refused it! The company obviously should take a look at their "business" strategy. I am still waiting for a phone call after having to call in at least 5 times and a week later still nothing. I will never recommend this site to any one in the future!

Purchased a full set of MGP *******SMGPDF - Custom Colors Caliper Covers with MGP Engraving from CARid. The first time they sent the wrong one, on the second time they I tried installing these but then the wheel was hitting the caliper, I went to the website where I submitted the issue I was having on July 13th, I had to call customer service on July 20th due to not getting any responses from CARid. I was able to speak with Cataña who initial was very helpful then she started acting rude. I told the customer service representative that on the description there's nothing that said about aftermarket wheels, this is what the description said 18 or larger here is the description "Toyota 4Runner 2011, Full Set (4) Custom Colors Caliper Covers with MGP Engraving (*******SMGPDF) by MGP®. Fits Models with 18" wheels diameter and larger". The customer service associate told me that because of being aftermarket wheels they were not going to take them back. That they need to be original equipment (wheels), I mentioned again that there was nothing that said that on your post. So now I'm stuck with calipers that don't fit and i cant return them. I did inform customers service associate Cataña that I was going to write a review on how customers are treated and she did not care.

I ordered headlights for my 2005 Subaru WRX. They looked O. K., not great, and after 7 months (right after the 6 month warranty expired) one of the halo's went out and the LED lights started to strobe. I tried to have them replace it, but they wouldn't because the warranty expired. Will never purchase anything from this website again.

I ordered caulk for my RV on July 5,2015 and on July 14th still no caulk. I called them to check on my order and got ahold of a person I could hardly understand, he checked, then put me on hold to follow up to see why my order had not been shipped. Upon returning he said there had been a paperwork problem and they would ship my products ASAP. In the afternoon of the 14th (same day I called) I get an email stating they would not be able to fill my order and would refund my money, even though the products show in stock on their site. Wonder if I will get my refund... what do you think! Poor company to do business with.

I purchased CCI aftermarket billet grill pieces for my 2010 Ford Taurus Limited. They are supposed to adhere over the original grill, no fuss, no muss. I followed the instructions perfectly, but one fell off 2 weeks after installation. After repeating the installation instructions perfectly, it fell off again, while I was driving, and it was crushed by other vehicles. It has a lifetime warranty against defects. Any reasonable person would agree that there was something defective with the 3M adhesive tape that is used. Basically the customer service rep told me that if I had installed it correctly that would have never happened. In other words, they immediately shifted all blame to me, the customer. I had the warranty info since it had only been a month since purchase. It clearly stated it was warrantied against all defects. The rep said they could only offer me a discount on a new purchase only. I became enraged, and asked for the supervisor. The supervisor began laughing at me, and notably I was irate at this point. He said the warranty only applied to the chrome dip coming off only. Even though CCI includes a ownership packet with all of their items that clearly says different. I asked to speak to his supervisor, because you could tell he was in his early thirties, and was an entry level type of supervisor. He simply hung up on me, and I called back immediately and hung up after waiting 15 mins without an answer. These guys are clowns. They were previously listed as Onyx according to the BBB. It's very clear that when a company changes it's name often, they are two bit con artists. They post great reviews, but do not allow you to make any reviews on their site at all. Horrible company, with very high mark up margins, and probably the worst customer service I've ever encountered.
