They sent me the wrong part (fuel pump was 1 1/2", not 2" which we needed). So now I'm trying to get my money back. We simply opened the box, took a look, and put everything back in the box.

Its been 3 weeks and countless times talking to a representative from this shady $#*! company. I order a set a light for my car and the first package came broken. I did the process and got them to send a new pair but when they did they sent me the wrong ones. Now I'm stuck trying to send these back and just get my refund. I literally heard the "wait 24-48hr' line about 5 times. ITS BEEN OVER 300 HOURS CARID! I don't understand how the hell it can take 3 dame week to send a email with a label? I'm so tired of this company and just want my money so I can take my business else where but it seem like that's not going to happen anytime soon. How the hell does this company stays afloat I will never know with all the bad reviews it get. Maybe there stay with everyone's refund and that how they do it! Surf right on by these guys if you're smart! Customer service is absolutely nonexistent! Request you take and send pictures of what you're trying to do so they can get the part right! Not once... but 3 times... then, nobody knows anything or have seen anything about your situation. Pitiful!

I bought a power acoustix stereo and out read exactly what it was advertised as and work wonderfully. Also they kept me up to date during the whole shipping process.

I've alerted BBB, fed trade commission, New Jersey dept of consumer affairs, attorney generals office, fraud.org, and local consumer help TV stations. Do NOT do business with this company. Period.
Ordered a bike rack last tuesday the 7th. The order has still not been shipped. Very frustrated and worried it will not be here by time I leave this weekend to go biking. I now may not be able to go because of the lack of service from Carid. I have been on hold for over 30 min without any signs of them answering my call. Purchased wheel to replce original. Stayed in ad that it was direct fit for my vehicle. It was not. It was wider than the original wheel and they refused to let me return it. I will never do business with them again. My credit card company is on my side.

Spent over $300 on 3 items: sunscreen for windshield, dashmat, & set of floormats. Only sunscreen was correct and arrived timely. Other items took weeks to arrive and were incorrect. I reported errors immediately, now (4 weeks later) after multiple emails and multiple telephone calls (with 45-90 min holds to get a human being) I have yet to get return labels and correct merchandise.
This merchant is AWFUL.

I recently purchased two air filters. The price was fair and they were shipped right away. I was kept aprised of the shipping as well. They filters work great and I can feel an increase in the lower end horsepower with both cars. I'll never go back to an oil filter again.
Good service is hard to find. I liked the look of your website, it's easy to navigate. But, it was my first order and I was worried. I knew the Bestop was what I wanted.

We are are an insurance body shop and have occasionally used CARiD for products that are not available locally. They have excellent customer service, great return policies, great prices and quality products. CARiD will be our online store of choice for all future aftermarket purchases.
Ordered a large, convex rearview mirror for my car. Delivery was very quick, but the package was damaged in shipping. The mirror was cracked and unusable. I contacted CARID via e-mail about the problem, and received a reply the same day. CARID filed a claim on my behalf with the shipper, arranged an immediate replacement part/order and gave me crystal clear instructions how the process would go and what I should/should not do until further details were available. Replacement arrived promptly and in perfect condition, my credit card was not charged for the replacement part and I am one happy customer! The entire process was efficient, dignified (no questioning how the package was damaged, etc.) and informative. 5 stars out of 5 stars. Thanks CARID!
I ordered some window visors from them. They sent me, three days later, an email that the item was shipped. NO IT WAS NOT. I clicked on the UPS link and they had only BOUGHT THE SHIPPING LABEL.
This is what they do: buy the label and tell you it's shipped. They DO NOT HAVE the merchandise, they send a 'request' to the manufacturer to send them the merchandise. If they don't get it right off, they don't investigate to see it's even on it's way. 18 days after I placed the order, the items hadn't arrived. I call and they say: we will send you a confirmation email when the item is shipped. (TO WHO? THEM?) AND, THEN, after you get the email, after the 24-48hrs, THEN YOU CAN CANCEL THE ORDER~!

I ordered a dome light replacement for my Sprinter van and received one that would not fit. When I called for a return they confirmed that I had infact ordered the correct bulb and that it would work... funny that the factory bulb was 1/4" longer than the replacement. OK, I guess I am wrong? Wait, isn't the customer supposed to be right? :) They processed the return all along insisting that it was the correct bulb and would not refund in full charging me $10 for shipping a bulb that is smaller than my pinky... will not do business again!
