Carid.com is the worst parts store I've ever had to deal with! Took my money in minutes order stayed in "processing" for a week before they even started the shipping process... canceled order and now it's in "processing" it's been weeks on a 2-3 day order... customer service sucked! I was on hold for over an hour then got cursed at by the supervisor! Absolutely unbelievable service.
Do not place an order with this company unless you're absolutely positive that the part(s) that you order will fit your vehicle, do not trust customer sales or customer service to provide you with the correct information. I provided year, make, model and bed length for placing an order for a rack system and toolbox and asked the customer sales rep several times if they would fit my vehicle. I was placed on hold more than once so the customer sales rep could ask the technical support department. I was assured that they would fit my vehicle. I received both items and the rack system fit but the toolbox was to small. I then called customer service and they issued an RMA to return the toolbox and once they received it they would then send out a replacement. However, they would not pay for the insurance and shipping to return the toolbox. Unfortunately, the cost to insure/ship it back was almost as much as the toolbox, obviously not economical nor feasible to ship it back, so I'm stuck with a toolbox that will not fit my truck.

Our groceries constantly slid around in the back of our SUV until we purchased a cargo carrier. It came just a few days after we placed our order online. We love how it collapses when not in use and with the movable dividers we use it for groceries, beach balls and blankets and will hold both gym bags. It keeps everything from tipping over. Carid sent me doors that thier Web site said would fit. Doors were for another model. Trying to get doors returned is a nightmare. 5 days working and doors still here and no refund. Customer service is terrible, on hold for long times and no consideration for customer time and frustration. Shop somewhere else. Trust me! Would give them a zero if I could!
I ordered some LED bulbs for my 2012 Prius III from CareID and they were as good as advertised. I received the bulbs EARLIER than scheduled and was very impressed by them. If I need accessories for my car, I'm going through CareID!

I ordered a much needed part for my son-in-laws father for his Cadillac. A O2 sensor which is hard to find at a reasonable price. My son-in-law found the CARiD site on in mobile phone and I searched it on my home computer. We found the exact part we needed and the price was reasonable. I ordered it and CARiD stated it would be here on March 14 2016 by the end of the day. And they were true to their word! The part was great and it worked great! My son-in-law's father was very happy! I couldn't find it on the web site, but she had it and even found my gift certificate. She was a tremendous help and in the future I'll get her to help me with my order.

I decided to order my 2014 lexus is250 grille frame from this site for $67.00. Got the part on time, but when the auto body guy went to put it on it did not fit AT ALL. The number of clips on the part didn't even match up to my car or the original Lexus part. I "live chatted" them to ask how I go about returning this and they told me I had to SEND PICTURES and attain the part number for them. Why I cannot just return this part is BEYOND me and I will probably just end up eating the $67.00 instead of going through all the trouble to return my part.
I would NEVER recommend this site or order from them again. OH and the best part, my car part was made in TAIWAN. Lexus is Japanese, should've known something would be wrong with it.

I have contacted the customer service department for the second time about my order and when it will be shipped. Again they told me for the second time to give them 24 to 48 hours to research it as they cannot get ahold of the manufacturer. It took them one day to charge my account, but they have no clue as to the where my order is. I'm reporting them to the BBB and the State Attorney General if I don't get a positive response by 3/15/16. I don't recommend anyone use Carid.com.
Decided to bite the bullet and replace all of my interior and fog lights with LED's. The online listings were difficult to find the correct bulbs. So I called the number and told the salesperson that I wanted to purchase all of the interior lights, backup lights, fog lights and rear stop lights. I received two shipments totaling around $256.00. Five of the bulbs had no place to put them, two bulbs just didn't fit. I called to get the correct bulbs and order more for our other car. They were extremely happy to sell me the correct bulbs and refused to take the others back. Also it was very hard to understand the so called "customer service" representatives being CARiD appears to have sourced that out to another country.
Our family Suffered two tragedies and barely missed the 30 day company policy window to get this corrected. After talking with them, they probably would have used another excuse not to make this right.
I try to never write a review without saying something positive about the company. I guess the one positive thing that I can say is that they were able to bill my credit card immediately for all items before they had the parts in stock.

Well they were the cheapest for a 5th wheel by pull rite. It said on the we'd site ships within 24 to 48 hours it's been 11 days and I still do not have tracking. On top of that they told me I had to pay another $257.20. Said their Web site had the wrong price. If it's wrong in a store u pay what the price tag says. So they extorted me for more $ and still no tracking. Only thing they do fast is take your! $!. Listen to what every 1 else says. If I get the wrong item after all this I'm going to go postal on them!
