I got a part and installed it. But it wasn't as the salesman said it would be. So I sent images in of the numbers on the boxes to show the part I got and the way it looks installed. They said it is the wrong part was shipped but because I have installed it, they won't allow me to send it back. So they made the mistake and I'm supposed to live with it? Bad business practice! But they're hoping that with all the reviews, this one will just get lost in the shuffle.
I received the wrong kit that also had missing parts. They have given me the run around for two weeks. One lie after another, one application after another always needing 24 to 72 hours. I'm done and I'm out 86.18 because they did not send me the product I ordered and payed for.

I ordered wheels from car Id and was shipped one wheel then the installation kit and still have not received the rest of the wheels. I had to call 3 times just to speak with a supervisor who could do nothing for me. The website does not say anything about not being able to return the wheels they only inform you of this after you have already payed. If you want sh! Ty customer service and like having to be Home Multiple days to sign for packages then shop at carid they dominate the industry in that aspect. All they are is a middle man

Pass on this company and save yourself time and hassel. This company doesn't have any stock of anything, they are drop shippers. They take your money and you sit and wait and wait and wait. If their suppliers have stock, then you will eventually get your item and an update... maybe! You can't get your money back so don't trust these scammers. Buy on amazon or some other reputable retailer, unless you can afford to wait and take a chance. I eventually got a delivery. What a hassel though. Next time I'll pass, it is not worth the potential savings.

This is the worst site in the world, I ordered two air shocks $625 for an 04 Navigator after I installed them found that the rear passenger side would not inflate because the clips that hold the air spring in place had broken off or were broken when shipped not completely sure but like I seen in other post they made me send pictures and wait 24-72 hours. Waiting to hear back still will update when I do, however Im not expecting any progress after reading these reviews

Caliper covers look great on my truck. Perfect fit also. I called them before I ordered them to ask a few questions. They answered all my questions about the product, customer service was very helpful. I am definitely going to get more stuff for my truck from CARiD.
I recently purchased a cargo liner from CARiD for a car I am restoring. As soon as I received the invoice on my purchase, I realized I had ordered the wrong liner. I immediately called CARiD back and spoke to a rep who assured me there was not a problem and he would take care of it. He made the changes and sent my new invoice within minutes and assured me the changes were made and I would get the liner I intended. Four days later I received another email telling me the wrong liner had now been cut and if I opted to cancel it would cost 50% of the price I paid. I again called CARiD and after speaking to two different reps, holding for 20 minutes and being hung up once, I was told LLOYD, the manufacturer, would not let me cancel the incorrect item. (Please note, my transaction was with CARiD, not LLOYD.) The last rep I spoke to told me she would talk to the Consumer Relations Team at CARID and would get back to me. Of course, she did not. Last night I received an email stating " We are pleased to inform you that your (incorrect) item has shipped." Needless to say, my dealings with CARiD have been anything but pleasant. Their Customer Service Department is the worst I have ever dealt with. I will purchase another cargo liner but it won't be from CARid.

They were true Magnaflow items, but universal fit. To ensure the precise fit, there was a need to measure the original mufflers and to purchase the ones with the same dimensions.
