I recently purchased a bumper from them. I jumped the gun and ordered it not immediately realizing the first two display pictures were clearly misleading, the other pictures of it were very plain and different from the first two. I realized this 5 min after my order and did all i could to cancel it, however i was after business hours so i called the following morning. Both customer service reps i talked to very obviously had their minds made up before they even heard my whole story. Long story short they said I'm stuck with it due to the fact that it already began shipment to them. Then to add insult to injury, the lady offered me a return amount of $50 if i didnt want the product. The cost of the product was around $500. NEEDLESS TO SAY I WILL NEVER BE BACK AT THIS GARBAGE WEBSITE AGAIN! I HEARD SOME NEGATIVE THINGS ABOUT THIS WEBSITE BEFORE BUT I WENT AGAINST MY GUT AND GOT BURNEDDDD!

The site says "Easy Returns" which should be followed by a sarcastic emoji. The whole process has been painful, the item which I ordered had installation issues. I called to initiate a return and they asked for pictures which I sent the same day (6/8). The automated email said I would get a response 24/72 hours later which did not happen. I called again 6/13 again told again I had to wait 24 to 72 hours and they could not find the pictures so I sent them again. I called again 6/15 again and was told I have to wait 3 more days for an RMA until following Tuesday. I have never had such a painful experience with any online merchant returning an item that does not work as with carid. I would never buy from them again

I just got my rims I ordered. Very happy with the shipping time. Rims look good on my 17 Tahoe. This place has everything. I really don't understand why anyone would give these guys less than 5 stars. I just ordered tail lights, and next will be calipers. I can't stop spending money at Carid. Amazing company and product.

Purchased front and rear bumpers and a new grille for a 2017 F250. All items were listed as "free shipping". After 5 days of waiting I receive an email thinking it was my tracking number. Boy was I wrong. It was CarID asking for 750 dollars to cover shipping costs. I chose to decline, hipefully get a refund quickly and have since found the exact items 300 dollars cheaper on a competitors site.

Bought a rear diffuser on May 15. They said it will be shipped out 31st. Then they said 4th. Then 5th. Then 11th. Every time I call oh we will send you an email on the process tomorrow I dont get why the $#*! it takes more then a month to make a product and ship it. Usually Magnaflow meaning vehicle specific high performance exhaust systems, with badges and polished tips etc. In this case the universal Magnaflow mufflers were purchased. They were true Magnaflow items, but universal fit. To ensure the precise fit, there was a need to measure the original mufflers and to purchase the ones with the same dimensions.
