Accidently ordered wrong color of Weathertech mats through CARiD and when I returned them they said I had installed and used them--which was not true. Even provided pictures yet they would not let me return them for credit. Will never use CARiD products or Weathertech again and suggest you do the same.
I ordered a set of car mats and the product quality is good. However, they sent me two left side, backseat mats (instead of a left and a right). I contacted them and they wanted me to do the following:
- Digital photos of the mats
- Cars VIN# to confirm what I ordered matched my vehicle (which they should already have!)
- Photo of the part number from the box and the mat itself
- In addition, they would have to place a new order for the replacement and charge my card. They would then refund me when they received my return.
I should not have to do all this work and be inconvenienced for a mistake THEY made.
The products seem good, but beware if you have to return something.

Contact their state consumer affairs dept and their states BBB. It is New Jersey. The company is listed as Onyx in Jersey City, New Jersey. They need to be put out of business!

What a horrible place. I placed an order on Friday and the website stated that if I place the order within the next 2 hours it would ship the same day... it did not. Was charged on Saturday and when I chatted with them on Monday the customer rep had no idea if the item had shipped or not... I am not kidding they really did not know. This place is a front, they order from third parties and have no idea where the orders are and when you will get them. I requested a cancellation and they will not respond. This place is out of control. I will write to the BBB and contact the credit card company. You can also contact your State Attorney General because they handle internet fraud cases.

They carry quality products at competitive prices. My purchase was pleasurable and the Customer Representative was very knowledgeable and helpful with ideas. I would definetly return and I recommend them. I normally dont give 5 stars but the earned it.
I was going to purchase a set of shocks from carid.com but decided to cancel my order after seeing my estimated ship date and reading reviews. We called their customer service number and the representative said it could take up to 24 hrs to send the refund back to my card (that was 10:30 pm est); I got the email that the refund request was sent to the bank less than 12 hrs later (9:30 am est). Granted, I'll have to wait 3-5 days for it to post to my account, but that's with any electronic refund, despite popular belief.
This is my second buy from here my first time the rep got ahold of a company in cal. And they pulled the molds and made my window wind deflectors that were not to be found anywhere real happy i called this time and order same type of product for my new ford edge and they are going to arrive this friday 3 days early wow! I found a set of wheels that I wanted on there website, but it said they only had 3 in stock. I had time so I called and talked to Juan. He not only found a full set, but he double checked everything to make sure the fitment was correct, found matching lugs, and had the best price. He was polite, knowledgeable, and super cook. I highly recommend CARiD!
So called technicians installed TPMS sensors without removing protective tape resulting in false pressure reading and warning light in my car. Carid told me it was likely manufacturer defect with TPMS sensors they purchased from Mercedes Dealer and told me to take it there under warranty. Dealer corrected the issue and removed protection tape from sensors and all works fine now. Unfortunately I had to pay $260 to the dealer for Carid installer failure to remove protective tape from sensors once they were installed. Not getting any response from Carid customer service about reimbursement for the fee I had to pay the dealer. I guess opening a dispute with my credit card bank will be my next step.

They lie and say products are in stock when they are not. Immediately charge your card then ship months later. When it finally shows up, it's damaged because they think Saran Wrap will protect it (see photo). Will never do business with them again.

I purchase LEXANI LUST Chrome from CARiD for my vehicle which is park in the garage 99% of the time. After one year the RIMS started to peal off and rusted, I called CARiD and they stated that the Lexani only warrants the product for one year. The rims cost over $450 each. I don't understand why CarID sell products that don't last a year. Do not purchase Lexani RIMS, bad quality hence the only one year warranty on them. The worst thing is the CARiD site has great reviews, yet they don't let their customers review the products so I guess they are selective or they are making up their own positive reviews.

This site CLAIMS that the LED light sets they sell for 200-300 a pair are made to fit each vehicle with NO modification or additional parts needed. I purchased a pair of
Lumen® H7XXHLC-G8. Upon arrival the parts DO NOT even come close to fitting the GL 450 socket which is when the nightmare began. After 6 emails, 2 calls and writing to customer service there are NO answers, NO assistance, NO one that has a clue about the lights or how they fit and to make matters worse they want to charge me to return the parts they FALSELY advertised on their site as fitting right into the same original socket. Lastly, when you call customer service the call is obviously routed outside the USA to someone who can not even locate a simple answer like "does the part number I have work for the car year/make/model". Instead they want me to send video and pictures of why they part does not work all the while threatening that there are fees if I return the parts. After 1 week of trying to work through the web of no answers I will return the parts and also notify every site I can about what a dishonest company this has been.

I ordered 2 brake light switches for a 84 Bonneville. I specifically ordered without cruise control. Wrong parts arrived. I called and stated my issue that parts sent do not match picture. New parts sent and they are the identical wrong parts as before. Company starts requesting photos of vin#. I had part Verified as correct ordered (NAPA Auto) and showed parts received. It was Verified as wrong parts sent. Car is now stuck in an active fire zone in Idaho, Rattle Snake Creek Fire. Do not order here as incompetence on CARid is what you'll receive. I should have read their reviews first, I would have ordered elsewhere to avoid this level of incompetence. AVOID THIS PLACE!

Purchased Lloyd Floor mats. First they did not ship for several days, excuse was that they were custom made as they were ordered, web page said ships in 24-48 hours. Secondly for custom fit floor mats they are very poor!
Tried to return thru the simple return they offer... jokes on you... you need to call to get permission to return items, and pay a fee also to return. Never again I will do business with Rock Auto from here forward.
