The fact that the product they sent me looked nothing like the picture in the catalog pales in comparison to the torture of attempting six times, yes six times to get them to stop sending me their catalog. Every time, they assured me that the catalogs would stop, that my address had been removed, yet they keep coming. Six times! What is wrong with this company!
I would give them ZERO stars if I could. On 12/11 I ordered my wife pajamas and socks. I was told the pajamas would be delivered on 12/24 and the socks in January. The ship date keeps changing. Now they are saying the items will not be shipped until March. She doesn't need winter items in the spring.Stay far away from this company
I have to return my purchase twice. Not for poor quality. Once because my son did not like the style and the second because I ordered the wrong size. Both times I had to follow up with C2C to find out what happened to my return. The first time it took the several days to find my return even though I had proof of delivery. The second time they did issue credit but I had requested the correct size. The correct size was out of stock so they issued credit but did not inform me of that until after is contacted them. Finally to top it off, They charge for the return if you use their prepaid return form. I chose to send it on my own dime but the took the return fee anyway. Nickle and dime you even thought they probably charge too much for their products in the first place.
Terrible! They charged my credit card when they never even shipped an item then I had to call 3 times to try and get my money credited on an item never received! They told me to call back when a supervisor was on duty so they could process the return then I called back and she said she would have to submit my request to a supervisor and they will get back to you! Unbelievable now I have to wait additional time while they have had over a hundred dollars of my money for 28 days! Crazy In addition I found the items to be OVERPRICED Do yourself a favor and don't order from this company Beautiful catalog so it's very deceiving!
I received an email from C2C letting me know that there was a processing issue related to the order I had placed. I contacted C2C to inquire about the issue. The customer service rep asked for the order number, which I did not have at the time. This seemed to irritate him given the fact that he now had to search for the order by my name. When he found the order he asked for my zip code, which I gave to him. He then proceeded to tell me that the address I gave him did not match the zip code. The irritating thing was not what he said but how he said it. This "attitude" toward the customer seems to be an ongoing issue with C2C given that 90 plus percent of their complaints reflect the customer's dissatisfaction when it comes to customer service issues. The management staff has repeatedly failed to address this issue given the fact that it has been allowed to persist for years.
My husband is a Levi Jeans and Tee shirt guy, has been since his surfer upbringing decades ago. To find a catolog with style he likes is rare, very rare. We bought an order of shirts at the holidays, just now sent in a second order of shirt and shorts. Style, muted colors, varied fabrics and detailing are very noticable and appreciated. We like the look, not cookie cutter, not stiff, clothes look like enjoyed favorites. The clothes we purchased were true to size, color and materials, well made. Yes, some styles have a flawed look, but that is what they are intended to look... classic favorites. I don't see the problems that many of these reviews have mentioned, and hope to continue having the option to buy in the future... but they aren't always a bargain prices and shipping seems high. Still, it is so nice to see my husbands tall frame in these clothes. And they wash well with care too.
I ordered a mens bag early December. It will ship Dec 30th which means it will likely arrive somewhere around Jan 10th, 2022. It say that they will hold you charge as pending on your debit card but the fact is it went thru my debit card and out of my bank when it was ordered. It was not held as pending on my debit card. They will have my money for at least a month and I don't even know if I will get my product in January. If I was an attorney I would do something. It is fraudulent as they state it as different. I want the product so we will see what happens but my trust level is low at this point.
I ordered almost $2000 worth of clothing from this company. Clothing quality is worth about a 3rd of the cost. Colors are different than advertised. If they have an item on back order, they will tag your credit card for the full amount everytime they ship that item out... Terrible customer service... BEWARE OF THIS COMPANY!
The catalog is so beautifully curated, and I was tempted to place an order for myself and for some on my Christmas shopping list - but after reading reviews here, which I found quite illuminating and very helpful, I decided against it. They are very pricey and I don't mind paying for good, quality merchandise - but I am sorry for those who had bad experiences - again thank you - we all have enough headaches these days and I feel as though I've dodged a bullet!
I have placed three orders so far, all within the last 6 months -- all shirts -- and I am absolutely thrillled with the quality of the shirts and how good they look. SO far, every time I think I'm going to like something based on the picture, I *do* like it when I see it. Right now I'm wearing one of their shirts I received two days ago. I feel like these are heirloom quality things. Very glad I discovered them. I think I was throwing away all the catalogs they sent me by snailmail for about 3 years before I finally looked at one and said "Huh. Not bad."
First and last time I order from them. Their sweatpants only come with a 30" inseam and they charge shipping for returns. They are really sneaky about the refund as well. They provide a fedex label but if u read the fine print they deduct the cost of the fedex from your refund.
From the reviews I don't know who's buying these clothes but if you want products like Versace or any of the designer labels you have to pay thousands for what you're getting from carbon to cobalt I think the clothes are beautiful, reasonably priced well made and I own quite a few Italian designers clothing. I wanted something more simple for the desert clothes are well-made so whether they are made in China everything we buy today is made in China the designs are beautiful they are very handsome looking on me and I'm excited to continue to shop at this store again and again
I have purchased a few things and the order was processed quickly and efficiently and the return process was easy. They processed my return and refund quickly despite Covid. The quality of the clothes is great and I would definitely refer them and buy from them again.
I am in between a medium and a large. I ordered the large and ALL of the shirts I have can literally be pulled 12" from my chest and 18" from my waist! I am a 200pnd, 6ft male with an average build. For this shirt to fit would require some sort of bird chested creature with human sized arms and shoulders and a MASSIVE chest that protrudes 12" outward and then jumps 18" outward at the waist.
I am wearing one of shirts now and it just feels so awkward to wear. I'm going to see what a tailor can do but where it joins at the arm pits may require too much work. The tailor will have to remove about 1.5 sq ft of fabric.
Looks like the bad reviews were from 2019-2020 range. I have had a much different experience with them since I've begun ordering from Nov 2021 through feb 2022 (for a time frame reference). I'm guessing they've improved as I've made 8-10 orders in that time frame and have received every one of my orders in a timely manner. A couple items I returned because one was the wrong product and the other didn't fit true to size. If I had a compliant, it's that they take a long time to process returns but they have always done it. Regarding quality I have been very happy with quality vs cost. A couple items I haven't been as happy with the material as what I thought it was in the picture, however that's the disadvantage of not having a brick and mortar store. Regardless they accept the product back (this part just requires patience). Overall they are worth the purchase at this point as I'd say 95% of the products I've been satisfied. If the reviews scare you then order from them in small increments.
I was impressed with the catalogue and ordered two items. One of the items was on backorder and I had to wait 3 months. OK the first item arrived and was very thin and made in China. The sleeves shrunk so much it was comical. I kept it until the second item arrived and it was the wrong size. Made in Vietnam and appeared to be of better quality. However since it was the wrong size I had to return it. I got an RMA and returned both items. It took a week for them to acknowledge the return after they received it and they kept saying they did not. I am finally getting a refund, hopefully. They also charged me for shipping on the original order even though it qualified for free shipping. They tried to make it good but it took way too much effort on my part. You may have a better experience but I will AVOID! Will be using LL Bean since their customer service is way better.
0riginal order was delivered in less than two weeks. My second order placed on January 11th arrived partially filled, with one item that was too large. I used the supplied return label and sent it back the very next day with instructions to replace the item with the next smallest size. That was January 18th, a week later I contacted C2C to verify they had received the the item. They had but had not "checked it in yet" it is now February 5th and it still isn't showing returned in my account! And no notification of the adjusted size being shipped. Oh, and don't get me started on the 31 minutes on hold without getting help!
Also, other items I was interested in their just released catalog were not going to be available until March or April of this year, Wouldn't you want to be able to sell the merchandise your marketing? There are other items I was interested in, but I am reluctant to place any further orders under the current circumstances! I hope my experience is not the norm!
I have purchased a few shirts/sweaters from C2C. First purchase, color was nothing like in catalog. I was told color can vary on computers and in catalogs. Next I ordered a light weight sweater which was nice. After that, every shirt has had problems. On one shirt, the fabric shredded away from cuff of sleeve in one washing. Another had strange bleached out spots all over the shirt. Appeared to be marks made from the buttons. Returned it for another, took 2 months to get a replacement. Another order I placed was on backorder, took about 5 months to get. By the time it arrived I had forgotten I had ordered it, and with their lack of communication, it was easy to forget. Don't waste your time or money.
Trying to get up date on my order. Have called 3 times and have been on hold for a total of 1 hour and 27 minutes and still haven't talked to anyone.
Called a 4th time and pressed1 for call back and after 4plus hours still haven't been called.
The more I wear my two C2C shirts the more I dislike them. Two shirts, same size, one fits well and one is too small. The one that fits well has a button placket that wants to fold over even after ironing. Fabric is way lighter weight than the picture in the catalog makes it look. Overall not good quality. Try Kuhl or Fjallraven for similar cost and much higher quality.
