When we ordered the cover we were promised same day shipping and that the product was in stock, we even paid for overnight shipping. Since this order was placed at 10am we were expecting it to ship same day. This did not happen, it was not shipped till 5pm the next business day and then took 2 days to arrive at our location. When we contacted the company about this we were refunded the shipping right away. Then we were given the run around about returning the package that we no longer wanted. We were told by a manager that we should except the package and then message them. They would send us a return label and refund the cost of the product. We did that, then we were told by the company that we never should have accepted the package and that now we were responsible for taking the package back to FED EX. For 2 weeks we repeatedly reached out to the company trying to contact a manager and were told that there apparently is never one on shift. We ended up taking the package back to FED EX without any communication from the manager that we were repeatedly told was receiving our messages.

Fast shipping. Great product. Very easy to install

Cover was suppose to be custom fit, but does not cover the front end all the way and the wind keeps blowing it up. Plus, water-resistant but not waterproof as stated. Not worth it to risk an expensive classic car. Cutomer service is good however, they sent a replacement but still not waterproof. Then they did offer a partial refund which was nice.

Bought a car cover (3-layers) from this site, put onto my car without even move it, but the cover start to fall apart after few months, and the white layer on the top of the car completed "melt away". Called company, the manager told me it did not "melt" within 30 days so I could not get refund. More ridiculous is he told me that the damage is due to "weather"! They will not ship me a replacement unless I pay them $30, which might "melt" again after 30days----do not buy from this site.

Price was fair, process was easy, quality seems to be excellent. It was fairly straight forward to install and does a great job covering the trailer. With all the straps and at least 6 vents I don't think that wind will be an issue but time will tell. Would definitely recommend purchasing from these folks

I just received my cover and have not had a chance to use it but I bought the same brand for a different car I own several years ago and have not had any problems with it up till now.

Car Auto covers are great. You follow up on orders and really service and care about your customers. This is our late son's car and we want to preserve. Thank you

I delayed, delayed, delayed in ordering a cover for my '52 Caddy. I feel like such a dork. The cover provides protection and fits beautifully while making covering/uncovering a snap.

Jennifer and Mark took great care of me. When my car covers failed they replaced immediately at no charge to me other than shipping... fair enough. I am very happy with them thanks Anthony

Bought an upgraded cover for my truck in March 21. The cover is now literally falling apart and deteriorating into dust. 6 months and the material is rotting away. The cover has a "life-time" warranty. They will not refund my purchase price stating that they only refund up to 30 days. They will ship me a new cover, of the same material, for $30. The scam here is that they want $30 for a replacement cover every 6 months. The material is pure crap and wont last 6 months? What a scam. Beware of this place and online cover sites.

They tout a lifetime warranty however they will only replace it 3x. For $30 shipping. Now if the cover lasted say 3 or 4 yrs. That's good. But the longest I had one last was 14 mo. So you go through the 3 replacements pretty quick. They say it's a LIMITED lifetime. But the word LIMITED is not mentioned till it's to late. Underhand tactic imo

Easy to order. I thought it would be more custom ie fit better, mirror pockets etc. It's way thinner than I expected for an outdoor cover.

Car we wanted was not available for at least an hour however were given a choice of any other car in same category which ended up being fine. You do not have an option on your survey to say car you rented was not available but you got the same category you either have an upgrade or downgrade question don't say same category

I just let it go but if it matters to you either stay all over your order of buy else where. There really is no excuse for this.

Cover arrived on time. The fit is about the same as a generic cover. It isn't long enough and the sides hang over way to much. Next time I'll spend the extra $$ and purchase a better for fit for my Stang!

Ordered 2 car covers. Was a little mix-up but they addressed it quickly and everything was resolved. Great customer service!

This company is a total rip-off! I have received the car cover and it does not fit properly to my car. It is very short. It is made for small cars and the material is not a fiver layer. The car I own is a 2016 Nissan Quest.

Previous was the evolution 4. This one is lighter and more water repellent. I got about 3 and a half years out of the 1st cover before it started to fall apart. Living on Long Island using the cover at least 4 to 5 times a week I hope this cover will last a little longer.
