I live in Toronto and rain doesn't stop its been 4 days. This car cover is super amazing. My coworkers are shocked by how good it protects from the rain and i am still amazed as well. I feel extremely happy about my purchased and definitely recommend this car cover brand from people who live in the rain.

In less than a year, the cover had almost completely disintegrated. It has holes throughout. VERY poor quality. There was supposed to be a 5 year warranty. They said that I would have to pay $30 for shipping to get a new cover. There was no shipping charge on the original $109.99 cover that I bought, and nowhere on the website does it say that I would have to pay shipping.
Here is what I think they do. They buy very cheap car covers from China that cost less than $25, then jack up the price and give a warranty. Then charge $30 shipping to cover the price of a new cheap car cover from China that gets drop shipped to us.
This is truly a scam!
Car we wanted was not available for at least an hour however were given a choice of any other car in same category which ended up being fine. You do not have an option on your survey to say car you rented was not available but you got the same category you either have an upgrade or downgrade question don't say same category
It arrived ahead of scheduled delivery date and was in good condition. I used it two days later. All was as advertised. It is easy to unroll and put over the vehicle. Of course I will never be able to roll it back up tight enough to get it back in the box, but that is OK>
I needed to upgrade to another car cover and Patrick made it very easy to do, he took care of my new order just by chatting online. I can definitely say that he knows what he is doing and he made sure that I understood what I would be getting. I would strongly recommend others to use this website!
I had bad experiences with the previous three different car cover brands. This car cover brand is my fourth brand. However, they make me feel that I should try it out because they offer a good deal and longer warranty! I like custom made car cover because it fits my car well. It would save my water and time to wash my car.

The back of the cover had Finns! When I pulled the front down, the back popped up.
The box reads, C6, the front of the cover, reads C5. They asked me to send them,
A picture of the cover on my car,. I said no. Now we are being jerked around.
So much for the, no hassle return policy!
Stay away from this company, there car covers are made in China and don't last or fit correctly, and will ruin you car paint! Issac in customer service is rude and nasty on phone, return shipping to Canada is very costly! There 5 layer cover is the same as the 3 layer. Just charge you more money! Buy from a USA made company! Stay away
Although it is expensive, I researched several competitive car covers and selected this one. It arrived just days before a heavy rainstorm and performed exactly as expected. The rain water did not pool because the cover fits well, and all water beaded right off the cover. Also, all of the wind-blown tree leaves and small seedlings were also kept off the car. I also purchased a cable and lock - thank goodness because the heavy wind would have likely pulled it off. The double stiched seams looks very well done. I'm quite impressed with it - money well spent.
We bought the best cover with lifetime warranty and 3 months later disintegrated, they said there was a 1 time replacement free and they will send it to us so I told them to go ahead and send it, then they answer that we have to paid $80, we responded that we have a lifetime warranty. Well the other person said that it will cost more to sue them but in my case I work for a law firm for 25 yrs and we will sue them, I know for a fact that they can't win and will have to pay for our regular fees plus + court cost and the refund of the cover.
Also we "WILL" file complains everywhere including the BBB where they already have an "F" rating. It's not the money but the principal.
I will let all of you know the outcome of this. In the mean time don't buy from them their covers are garbage and you may not have access to legal help like we do.
Purchased and installed auto cover. When I removed it 2 days later there were spots and streaks all over my Mercedes (sticky, putty colored substance). I had to spend 2 hours washing, waxing and polishing the car. I e-mailed customer service. Despite their "complete satisfaction" guarantee, instead of giving a refund, they wanted to send me a replacement cover. I didn't want their cheap cover, so again I ask for a refund. To get a refund I would have to ship in original package and pay shipping cost of over $40. DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY.
After some initial pain dealing with customer service via email (which is why I gave them 4 stars instead of 5 stars), I was able to get a customer service rep on the phone (Emily). She was not able to find my order in the system because I had purchased the car cover via Amazon.com, but she honored my proof of purchase and agreed to deliver a new cover (originally valued at $145). Unfortunately, they made me pay for shipping ($45) which I thought was a bit steep, given that I'd only paid $20 for shipping from Amazon.com a couple of years prior (again, why I docked them a star). All in all, I'm pleased that they honored my warranty (lifetime warranty on a 5 layer cover) but think that they could do a better job of maintaining customer service information from Amazon and perhaps honoring the original shipping costs.
It was very good experience with this CarAutoCover.com. Last month i was buy 2 car cover. It was really amazing and useful for me because it's protected my car fully. I never forget about them again.

Top notch quality. Protects car against sun, dust, wind, and rain. No discoloration and 6 month in and the fit is still perfect. Great for indoors and outdoors. When you put the cover on the car there is no need to wash it afterwards. With the constructions going on next to my house, there is a lot of dust and the cover protects the car perfectly fine. Protects well against the elements. Excellent product.
My cover fits my car perfectly, service was exceptional, i had my doubts on the material since i got screwed in the past. Isaac was very helpful in explaining the material and the way the are layered. I approve and recommend this company to anyone that is looking for a cover.
