This was the first time ordering from this company, and chose it due to the good reviews. Unfortunately, my order is going to be delivered after Christmas which was unexpected. I was not happy and contacted the company, without a fight or anything they apologized and offered a % back! The item is still coming late but the acknowledgement of the problem and offer they made without a fight was satisfaction for me. Customer service is great and would recommend using this company. Hopefully when I get the product I'll have more good things to say.

When we ordered the cover we were promised same day shipping and that the product was in stock, we even paid for overnight shipping. Since this order was placed at 10am we were expecting it to ship same day. This did not happen, it was not shipped till 5pm the next business day and then took 2 days to arrive at our location. When we contacted the company about this we were refunded the shipping right away. Then we were given the run around about returning the package that we no longer wanted. We were told by a manager that we should except the package and then message them. They would send us a return label and refund the cost of the product. We did that, then we were told by the company that we never should have accepted the package and that now we were responsible for taking the package back to FED EX. For 2 weeks we repeatedly reached out to the company trying to contact a manager and were told that there apparently is never one on shift. We ended up taking the package back to FED EX without any communication from the manager that we were repeatedly told was receiving our messages.

Cover arrived on time. The fit is about the same as a generic cover. It isn't long enough and the sides hang over way to much. Next time I'll spend the extra $$ and purchase a better for fit for my Stang!

The picture you see is the first cover I received. Not exactly the "custom fit" I was looking for. I also experienced the frustration of the infamous "e-mail Customer Service". After over 8 weeks of going back and forth, sometimes with gaps of 2 weeks without a reply, I finally decided to contact them by phone. This is when I got results. I sent the pictures you see as they requested and received my replacement within 10 days. Although the replacement is not a perfect fit, I'm happy with it. They even allowed me to keep the old one.(don't know what I'm going to do with it), but in the end I believe they stepped up and took care of the problem. You will have make up your own mind as to whether you do business with CarAutoCovers or not.
I will up date this in 6 months as the cover will live outside in the Texas weather.

Shipping was great.
Packaging good.
Material seems pretty thin, but appears to be worthy of dust and rain.
Fit for my 64 4 door Malibu is acceptable, but seems at the rear end are slightly narrow- the corners of car are about 5" outside of the fitted corner on the cover, but it still works. I'll see if I can post pics.
Overall, acceptable but I think I'll go with a different company next time or just pay for a thicker product. Time will tell.

I ordered a cover with a second day shipping, package never arrived. I called customer service and was told by James that there's nothing he can do, oh and go ahead and give a bad review it's not his company so he doesn't care. Well lesson learned, I will never deal with this company again. For a company to display red white and blue as their official site, and have people such as James taking the calls, that's a big disappointment.

Bought a car cover (3-layers) from this site, put onto my car without even move it, but the cover start to fall apart after few months, and the white layer on the top of the car completed "melt away". Called company, the manager told me it did not "melt" within 30 days so I could not get refund. More ridiculous is he told me that the damage is due to "weather"! They will not ship me a replacement unless I pay them $30, which might "melt" again after 30days----do not buy from this site.

Stay away from these garbage covers! The warranty os prorated so to get another crappy cover in 3 years you gotta pay $60 for another crappy cover that wont last.

I am mother of five year old boy. He plays in the lawn and sometimes he damages car color. My husband gets mad at him because this car is a gift from her mother. A friend of mine suggested me to try outdoor car covers. Now my son can play without damaging the car. I am so pleased with good quality and timely delivery by car auto covers.

The cover I received was much too large but seemed to be very well made although of a heavy and thing material. After a lot of emails back and forth the company informed me that they are sending a replacement on of the correct size to fit my Equinox. They said to keep the first cover or give it away which is probably the best way to handle the situation because the return freight would be very costly. Anyway I am hoping for the best for the replacement.

I had a similar experience to other reviews I am reading. I purchased an auto cover and the outer layer (grey) dissolved slowly over the course of a few months. One day after a rainstorm, it officially became a microscopic thong to our classic car. I called and sent photos to both returns, customer service, and sales. Returns agreed I was due a replacement and all I had to do was pay $20 shipping. No one in the company was able to collect the shipping fee because "the computer system changed" since my purchase, and they could not reconcile a shipping fee against a sale prior to the changeover. They played a lot of games on the phone and were just downright rude and liars. I actually heard someone in the background giggle during one of my many frustrating calls. The "Lifetime" warranty is phony and a scam. Don't fall for these con artists.

Bought 4 covers about a year ago and even with the extreme weather conditions of snow & high winds the covers are like new, unlike others I had over the past 10 years with the worst lasting not even 3 months.
Found this company looking for covers made in America and very glad I did because the quality is way above all the others that I have had in the past.
The best thing about is that these covers which are the top of their line ones hold up to winds of between 50 to 100 m. P. h., even though I had to put straps on the ones that are out in the open exposed to the high winds.
Just ordered one for my 1982 Kawasaki 440 LTD motorcycle and will be looking forward to getting it, as the last one I had the top of the line "DOWCO" cover that only lasted 3 years in these high winds with the material that started shredding about a year ago.
