Well doesnt look good, I made a big order with this company and they are completely non existent, Ive filed complaints against them with Paypal and the IFCC, the owner Philipp Muehlbauer obviously doesnt have alot of sense about him as Ive already retrieved all of his personal info... this stuff is such a pain in my $#*!. I will contact his host today too to file with them...

Speedy service. Cannot comment on quality as sent directly as gift. Person gifted is very pleased with print. Only reason gave a 4 is because I didn't personally see print.

My pictures got lost in the shipping and ended up back at best canvas. 2 months has gone without any goods being delivered and the company refuse refund. So here I am with no goods and money gone

I placed an order on 12/3, card was charged but they have no record of my order. TOOK MY MONEY and was given no product. POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE. Robot response with email, not helpful with fixing the issue.
I ordered canvas for the first time and I’ve got to say, I wasn’t disappointed. Quality is really awesome. Looks like printed on professional photo paper. Didn’t expect that.
Since it was my first canvas, I’m very satisfied with everything – the service, help from support team, easy to upload files, and the result is really impressive. Will order again for sure.
You don't get what you pay for, you can get the same price with a much better result by using their competitor. Canvas material is like a thin polyester, not "canvas" at all and when mounted on their wood framing the imprint of the wood framing is as if it was ironed on to the material, leaves an imprint... stretching the print is sub par by them... usually has fold and waves in the finished piece and the framing is skewed as well... I have bought many from this company as they were cheap and had to work at fixing the pieces... but now that I have found CanvasChamp... bye bye canvasdiscount and bestcanvas... one in the same. I have been communicating about replacement... they will replace with evidence of a destroyed canvas after I have PAID THE PRINT WORK AND backing /hanging hardware for it... wanted to donate to goodwill, want me to donate or destroy PRIOR to getting replacement with no idea if the replacement will be any better... their return/replacement practice is sub standard. They have received the evidence of the poor workmanship via photos in email to them. This is a German owned company, not American and have horrible customer service communication, can not get through to them via phone lines... must email and wait for them to respond... sub standard biz practices in my opinion. I am an Artist.

Horrible customer service.
Blamed me for pictures that sent damage.
4 out 10 pictures were damaged.
The glue they provided wasn't holding on wall and pictures fell down.
Stay away.
After more than 2 weeks, I received an email that stated "sorry were experiencing slight delay because of volume"
**2 weeks is more than a SLIGHT delay**
Also, my products are not scheduled to arrive for ANOTHER 10 days even though shipping is supposed to be 2-6 days
FYI: If you were unfortunate enough to make a purchase from this company, don't waste your time attempting to call. If you can manage to call during their 4 "open" hours, you will get hung up on automatically after 10 minutes presumably because of their high volume from their terrible service commitments

I ordered SIX canvas prints more than 10 days ago. The "normal" production time is 24-48 hours with 2-6 days shipping. My order is apparently still in the "processing" stage. I have sat on hold multiple times only to be hung up on because of "call volume" and can't get a response email. Guess I'll have to report this as a fraudulent charge to my bank because I don't think I'm getting the products I paid for NEVER AGAIN.
I've anxiously waited 3 weeks for 2 custom face masks to be delivered. Today, I met the mailman at the mailbox, opened my package only to find ONE mask. Not the two I paid for, but one. I'm beyond livid! I chatted with customer service since it's past their listed business hours and the chat agent instructed me to check the bag. Um, excuse me, I videotaped the unpackaging and my eyes and the video can clearly see there's only ONE mask. My receipt and email confirmation both reflect I ordered TWO masks. Refund my money! CANVAS DISCOUNT ARE THIEVES AND CONDUCT SHADY BUSINESS PRACTICES! DO NOT SUPPORT THIS CON OF A BUSINESS!
Have given their service more than enough chances, and more times than not, receive and inferior product. Had metal pics that they just couldn't figure out how to ship with out the ends bending. Told them how to fix since I work for the P. O, so i know a little bit about packing and shipping, NEVER changed how they shipped, so the prints kept being bent. Waste of everyone's time and money. Had canvas prints made of pictures I've had printed 100's of times, only to have the whole batch look faded, off color, kind of a bluish hue. So, I let them know that operator error or the computer botched the saturation or something. Oh, no, couldn't be them. Has to be my faulty color even though the pictures I sent that you can see on the order had vibrant colors. Month later, still haven't seen any replacements that they said would take time now, because of, you know, MY faulty colors. Sent an email asking where they were and got a reply (finally) that I needed to start the whole process over again and take pics of the faulty product (which I had already done a month ago). So, NO ONE was working on it. They don't care. Save your money. Try Canvas People, Snapfish, Shutterfly... anyone else!

I have ordered multiple canvas prints of all sizes and they have all looked great! If there was one thing that I would like to see, it would be that they come with the hangers attached.
I submitted a photo of my late husband. The canvas looks so lifelike. It's wonderful. All my friends & family have commented on it. It was delivered promptly and I couldn't be more pleased.
I bought 3 coffee mugs with my family members pictures on them as gifts. This is what I received (see pic below). All 3 mugs were broken to pieces! Never again will I order anything from them.
