I ordered my canvas on 12/9/2011. It was delivered on 12/19/2011 in a box with a very cheap, not yet assembled frame. Are you kidding me? Your website specifically reads, "Ready to Hang". I am very disappointed in this transaction and my bank will only process the charge back if the merchant acknowledges the returned item which I doubt they will do. This website needs to be shut down ASAP! DO NOT ORDER FROM THEM UNLESS YOU WANT TO BE DISAPPOINTED!
I can't say enough good thing about canvas discount. I just love them. I have purchased other canvas prints but they are by far the best and the fastest. Not to mention their prices cannot be beat.
I’m happy for using bestcanvas! Too bad I didn’t find it earlier. After disappointment for 3 weeks with previous vendor, bestcanvas did its job on 99.999% for item quality and service attitude.

I have not even received my orders yet, and if I could get a refund I would, but clearly they won't accomplish that either. This site sold my banking information and have been fraudulently letting other people use my card to make purchases that are over $200! SUPER UNPROFESSIONAL and the Miami Police have assigned a detective that will auditing your POS company for this matter. The FTC also has the information and will be looking into the misuse of this company.
I bought a 3 panel split 36"x24" for a Christmas gift when I receive it I only had enough wooden panels two stretch two... so I called back she told me they would overnight it. I got it 3 days later and it was the wrong size. I couldn't get ahold of her for 4 days, no answer to emails or calls when I finally get ahold of her she tells me I was wrong not her. I finally get her to see what she did then she tells me I will get the right parts overnight and it is now 3 days later again and I still have not gotten it and I can't get ahold of her also!
I ordered a photo with the "oil painting effect" stretched on a frame from bestcanvas.com. I placed my order using a discount which gave me $88 worth of credit for $40.
The first problem I had was that Best Canvas only applied $80 toward my purchase instead of the $88 it was worth. When I called to inquire as to what the issue was, no one picked up despite repeated phone calls mid-January. I decided to follow these calls up with an email. More than a week later I never received a response.
My item was shipped promptly and I received it within the same week of placing the order, however when I opened it I saw that the photo did not have the 'oil painting' effect which I had ordered. It was simply a plain, enlarged photo stretched over a cheap wooden frame.
I again called Best Canvas a week later to complain and again after several calls, I could reach no one. I also again followed up with an email and as of today, I have received no response. Fortunately I complained to the company from I purchased the credit about the deal and they have EXCELLENT customer service resulting in me getting a full refund for the voucher I used.
Best Canvas is obviously not in business for the long haul. Perhaps it's someone's part-time business? They don't seem concerned with retaining customers and there is no customer service. I imagine legal problems are ahead for this company.
Just a camera snap shot catches the perfect moment and you turned it into a beautiful canvas for over the bed. A memory larger than live to be relived every time I enter our bedroom. Perfect.
I had an order delivered less than perfect and you guys replaced each canvas with new ones. The new shipment was exactly what I am used to getting from you... perfection.
I shared this website to my friends on facebook and google, and also, I got 20% off as promised. Wonderful canvas… very eye catchy colors… and personified product. I'm amazed :)

It's very difficult to use website to crop photos and labor intense if ordering more than one product. Shipping cost are too high compared to competitive websites. Your products are excellent.
I loved how the canvas turned out the quality was amazing but I do have a few concerns. For one, I ordered an hanger set for the canvas but it wasn't on the canvas when I received it and also I wanted my canvas to be stretched at the corners but at the top some of it is white I take that as the photo wasn't large enough but that's neither here nor there. The shipping was wonderful I ordered the canvas on The 16th of October and it came on the 21st I'm so glad that it came on time because I purchased it as a gift for someone.
Hi I ordered a "metal print " I'm so unhappy with that in the beginning picture it's just paper it's not printed on metal and picture was ripped in the bottom so mad to see this type of work first time I ordered with you and I don't think I'll use your service anymore I pay an expensive price
Complaint all I want is my money back you can call them they don't pick up the phone I'm trying to reach them it's two months already the chat Canvas Discount/Help doesn't work either this is the worst company to deal with and if anyone got good reviews they probably know the people Who gave them the good reviews

I ordered a canvas, wasn't even a photo, it was a sentence that I always say to my husband, I was going to give this to him for our anniversary. I love the fact I received it in two days, the actual print came out nice... BUT, it looks like a five year old assemble it, it is HORRIBLE. There are scuff marks in three places, the canvas was put on crooked and the corners are bunched up, it is NASTY. I am so disappointed. I sent an email and have called numerous times today, and after waiting on hold for exactly 3 minutes and 46 seconds it disconnects, how convenient. I usually never write bad reviews, and I always try to resolve any issues, but in this case I am so angry at their LACK of customer service. PLEASE STAY AWAY!
We had 2 orders from canvasdiscount, and ordered over 20 pictures in total. We were very pleased with the first order. However, the coloring was off in our second order. We actually ordered the same picture in the first and second order and the coloring was totally different! And a few of the pictures in the 2nd order were very dull. We wanted to return the ones that were dull and keep the ones we liked, but they told us we had to return the entire order if we wanted to return anything. I think if you spend a couple hundred dollars, they should be more willing to deal with a few returns. They said they would reprint, but we had to pay for the shipping to return the photo, which wasn't worth it to us in the end.
I ordered three of the "magic mugs" as Christmas presents for the grandparents. One in dark blue, one in cyan and one in orange. There was no magic to these mugs. You can see, at minimum, the outline of the pictures when the mug was room temperature. The color did completely disappear once the mug was hot and the picture could be seen clearly, but they were almost creepy at room temperature. When I reviewed them at LivingSocial's request, I was honest. The company reached out to me and asked for pictures. I sent them and got the following back:

Magic mugs in black have the best magic effect because the picture won't be seen at all until hot boiling liquid is inside.( like tea and coffee)
Magic mugs in other colors always show the picture printed on them without hot water only the original colors come up once the hot boiling liquid is in.
Please kindly let us know if you want a redo and we can change the color to black"
It would've been nice had their website stated that the pic could been seen on all the colors besides black. I would've ordered black...
I responded today that they were gifts that have already been given. I'll see if they send me black ones... I'm hopeful...
